Costume!

The next day

Bullet was sitting at his desk in a daze as usual while Aizawa spoke, "As I mentioned yesterday, our primary goal is for you all to get your Provisional Licenses. Hero Licenses are inextricably tied to the saving of lives, so one must be properly qualified for such a heavy responsibility. Naturally the test is incredibly difficult. Even for Provisional Licenses, on average we only see a 50% success rate."

He looked at Bullet and added, "However, there is no written portion." Bullet let out a breath and slumped in his chair in relief.

Aizawa continued "That's why, starting today, each of you needs to come up with at least two Ultimate Moves!" Midnight, Ectoplasm, and Cementoss walked in to help.

Ectoplasm started, "Ultimate moves! These are your finishers. Your most unique techniques." Cementoss continued, "Internalize these moves. Make them your own until they become unparalleled! Combat is all about finding and making use of your particular strengths!" Midnight finished, "Your moves symbolize who you are! Nowadays, Pro Heroes without Ultimate moves are a dying breed!"

Aizawa nodded and said flatly, "Let's move forward with a more detailed explanation and practical demonstration. Change into your costumes and meet us at Gym Gamma."

The class went to Gym Gamma and Bullet stood there, holding his arms in his school uniform.

Ectoplasm waked over to him and said "Come with me." Bullet followed him to an area off to the side as the rest started training their Quirks.

Ectoplasm explained "No Quirk, but metal arm." Bullet nodded and his arm whirred. Ectoplasm lifted a leg, saying "Lose legs before. Have prosthetic too." Bullet was shocked and said "No way?!" Ectoplasm nodded and explained "You have to get used to the difference of having a new arm, I'm sure you've noticed the difference…"

Bullet frowned slightly and nodded, "Scared to punch hard… maybe explode." Ectoplasm chuckled, "Think same before but look." he shot out a kick and smashed a huge rock made of concrete! Ectoplasm showed him his prosthetic leg, saying "No scratch. I'm going to help you get used to your arm, in terms of combat experience, you are far above the rest so there's not really a need for an Ultimate move. Plus I've seen your new move…"

Ectoplasm gestured, "Circle knife." Bullet nodded and explained "Shoot knife faster like this." Ectoplasm nodded and said helplessly, "Extremely dangerous… but that's okay. I'm not your ethics teacher. Now let's get to training. Punch this rock as hard as you can."

Bullet swung his metal arm, shooting at the rock and punched a fist imprint. Ectoplasm smacked his head with his leg, "No hold back!" Bullet looked troubled, he really didn't want to break it… Mei made it for him especially!

Ectoplasm tilted his head and said "Mei make for you?" Bullet nodded and Ectoplasm shook his head, asking "You think she happy you hold back not break? If hurt because of this, you think happy?"

Bullet looked troubled and Ectoplasm said "Again." Bullet punched the rock and held back again, "Again." "Again…" "Again!"

A while later

The class was over and Bullet looked at his arm worriedly as he walked away. Ectoplasm sighed and shook his head, saying "Shota, he's scared of breaking it." Aizawa nodded and replied "I guessed… He cherishes things given to him. He even kept Ibara's hair and Pony's Horns in his room… I'm guessing that until he breaks it, he won't shoot at 100%."

Ectoplasm shook his head and said "We're gonna have to break it then." Aizawa snorted and nodded.

Bullet hello his phone looking at the text from Mei, [Come. Costume. Hurry! Miss you! Woof!] Bullet was shocked, muttering "Woof?" before texting [You have dog?]

Mei: [HAHAHA YES! YOU! YOU'RE MY DOG! GOOD BOY! AHAHAHHAA]

Bullet: [???]

Mei: [HAHAHA I CAN IMAGINE YOUR FACE RIGHT NOW! HAHAH TOO CUTE! EVEN OVER TEXT AHAHAH! I JUST WANNA KISS YOU! HURRY UP!]

Bullet shook his head, too many words he couldn't understand. But he smiled, that was her charm, she was so smart. Bullet was awed everytime she spoke. He smiled happily and didn't even notice that Mei's name in his phone was [Lord Mistress God (Mei<3)]

She put it there herself!

Actually the only number in his phone when she gave it to him was hers…

Bullet made his way to Mei's workshop, bumping into Izuku on the way. Izuku said "Hey! You're going to see Mei?" Bullet nodded and Izuku explained "Me too! I wanted to get some upgrades on my costume…"

Izuku continued talking and Bullet continued nodding, not understanding anything as they reached the door to the workshop. Bullet opened it and an explosion went off, sending him flying out the window…

Mei ran out and laughed, "DOG! Huh? You're not my dog! Who are you!?" Izuku was stunned and said "I-Izuku Midoriya…? I went to your house…" Mei said "Ah! Anyway! Where is he?! The Tracker said he was right here!"

Izuku was shocked, "You have a tracker on Bullet?" Ochako and Ida walked over saying "Hey, Mei." Mei looked at them before laughing "HAHA! WHO ARE YOU?!" Ochako and Ida were stunned and Bullet climbed back inside through the broken window.

Mei ran over and smacked him, laughing "WHY DID YOU COME THROUGH THE WINDOW?! AHAHAHA! YOU'RE SO STUPID! I LOVE IT! AHAH!" Before dragging him into the workshop.

Izuku, Ochako, and Ida were dumbfounded before Power Loader walked out, saying "You're here to see the Mistress?" Izuku blinked, asking "Mistress?" Power Loader froze and shouted angrily "I MEAN MEI! DAMN IT! AHHH! I'M LOSING IT! WHAT'S HAPPENING TO ME?!"

The trio were speechless.

Mei shoved a box into Bullet's hands and said "GO GO GO GO! PUT IT ON! I HAD TO MAKE SOME LAST MINUTE ADJUSTMENTS!"

Bullet was stunned and started taking off his clothes right there. Power Loader was stunned and said "Not here!" Bullet was confused and the rest shook their heads, Mei said angrily, "YOU DARE TELL MY DOG WHAT TO DO?! YOU TRASH WASTE APPRENTICE! DAMN YOU, MORTAL! HAHAHAH!"

Power Loader just sighed aggrievedly…

Bullet put the costume on and clenched his fists.

Izuku, Ochako, and Ida were awed, "SO COOL!" Bullet snorted and said "Light?" Mei snorted and laughed at the ceiling "AHAHAHAH! LIGHT?! OF COURSE IT'S LIGHT! YOU NEED TO BE ABLE TO MOVE! MY MASTERFUL GENIUS KNOWS NO BOUNDS AHAHAHAHAHAH! AWESOME! IT IS TRULY THE MASTERFUL GENIUS FROM THE DEPTHS OF MY INFINITE CREATIVITY!"

Bullet waved his arm and the bandages covered the armor costume, making it look even better!

The costume was a mix between a knight and king's medieval armor and a high tech power suit. The only difference was there wasn't any armor on the arms and head but there was a hooded cloak that was tattered beyond belief hanging off his neck barely reaching the middle of his back.

On the back there were all sorts of slots for swords and slots for knives on the torso and hip.

There was originally a helmet but Bullet didn't put it on.

In short, he looked like a tattered knight that had been battling in a war for centuries, almost undead-like. Bullet really liked it, it was super cool!

Mei waved her finger and grinned, "Heh heh! You think that's it? YOU FOOL! You see! The armor itself monitors your muscle contractions and expansions, strengthening your armored parts for an extra boost! I recycled the scraps of the Power Armor for this! There were originally arms but since you lost one like a silly dog, I took them off, however!"

She pointed at the shoulder and said "This mechanism will increase the output of the arm! Basically the idea is storing your momentum and expelling the excess energy through the steam vents for a greater impact! BEHOLD! MY STARTLINGLY ABSURD GENIUS! I CALL IT ULTIMATE KNIGHT MK I! THIS WILL INCREASE YOUR STRENGTH WHILE ALSO PROTECTING YOU! IF MY DARLING BABY GETS DAMAGED AGAIN, I WILL JUMP OFF THE ROOF OF THIS SCHOOL! AHAHAHHAHA!"

Izuku was dumbfounded and said "He really looks like…" Ida pushed up his glasses, "An undead knight king!" Ochako laughed twice and didn't get it… this must be one of those Man's Romance things she keeps hearing about…
