Zepper was confused but his instinct kept telling him to do what exactly the strange floating screen said. So as faithful to his instinct Zepper did what the panel said so.

A sudden surge of unfamiliar information flooded in, he felt like someone forcefully opened his mind and threw dozens of info into his head.
Strange images of set of movements and set of breathing techniques appeared on his mind and after a few moments the flood stopped.
Zepper got up from his stupor, a sudden instinct urged him to do what the sudden information give, he punched and kicked like he was doing a Karate Kata, it was awkward to look at but undoubtedly there was still an essence of martial arts behind it.
After completing the last part, Zepper felt very exhausted, all he did was perform a set of movements and it tires the hell out of him as if he ran a marathon.

Panting heavily Zepper remembered that the info also gave him a set of breathing technique to recover fatigue and so Zepper sat on the ground and took on a meditative pose, and as per the instructions of the Info gave, Zepper took on a deep breath and circulated it like how the instructions instructed.
It didn't even take a minute for the fatigue to disappear, after doing so Zepper got up and was about to perform the forms again when suddenly a group of kids arrived and approached him.

From thug like yone and attitude, the cocky look they gave to Zepper as if they were looking at ant.
From their tone to their movements these kids seems to be one of the factors that made Zepper attempt suicide.

Since these kids have already awakened their quirks they are eager to use it, but because it is prohibited to use quirk without hero license they can't use it openly. They would always use Zepper as a punching bag, and if that wasn't enough the head of the Orphanage would always turn a blind eye to it.
And due to that, it became a hobby for them to use Zepper as a testing
