The annoying shout of the kid made Zepper woke up from his stupor. The mission of the quest kept on ringing in his head as he slowly walks towards the kids.

'Should I do it? Can I do It?'

Zepper kept on contemplating whether he should do it or does he even have the power to do it.

Once Zepper was close to the kids, the kids encircled him and started throwing insults.

"Stay there freak! I'm going to test out some new moves!"

One of the kids wearing a red shirt said, his hands then started to enlarge as he cocked them backwards and aim at Zepper.

"ALMIGHT'S SUPER HEROIC PUNCH!!"

And then then kid launched the punch, he expected it to hit the latter but instead all it hit was air.

When the punch was getting closer, Zepper unconsciously did the footwork he received earlier, from the perspective of the bullies Zepper looked like he teleported but all Zepper did was subconsciously perform the footwork technique.

In that split second he appeared behind the one who threw the punch.

Not only was he able to dodge the measly punch he was also able to skillfully maneuver around the assailant with such ease just by performing a set of footwork movement.

When he arrived behind the kid his hands unconsciously clenched and his body instinctively took a stance, a powerful and concise punch was released at that moment making a small pop as if the air exploded.

A heart-clenching crack was heard followed by an ear shattering scream.

The kids who saw their friends lie down and scream and agony pale, as kids they have a very fragile mental strength so they immediately tried to flee.

But unknown to them the perpetrator will not let them go so easily.

When Zepper looked at the flailing kid who used to bully him, a sweetened taste of unimaginably delicious revenge coursed through his entire body, it made him shivers in pleasure. As if it was ecstasy, the relief of hitting something made him ecstatic.

The other two bullies who was about to run away saw a Zepper appear in front of their way, as a panic response one of them activated his quirk and threw small almost harmless bunch of pebbles.

Putting his hands up and guarding himself Zepper took on the full brunt of it, which didn't even made him flinch, it was strange why. He was always being bullied by them and there are almost a hundred times when he got hit by these pebbles and each time it hurts but this time why it doesn't hurt anymore?

Putting his hands down he took a stride towards the kid, opening his clenched fist he slammed his palm on the kid's shoulder.

After then he looked at the remaining one and slowly walked towards his direction, then after both of them were face to face he whipped his hands and strikes the latter's arm before kicking him in the stomach.

It was obvious what was happening, before Zepper did the quest he already weighed the pros and cons with the cons him being severely punished by the orphanage's head.

He knows that the reason the Orphanage Head was turning a blind eye to the bullying was that she thought the the bullies have a potential to be heroes considering their quirks.

And when they grew up the kids who is already probably adult at that time will feel indebted to the orphanage and will give outmost support.

Well that is if the kids do make it. and if they ended up as unemployed loser in the future then the orphanage won't be the one to take responsibility since they are already at a legal.

"Ma'am the management of the orphanage is being questioned by the government itself, please step aside and don't bother us with excuses."
