Chapter 2: Class 1A

In a house that is located right above a restaurant, a boy with black hair and blue eyes was contemplating on whether to open the letter he got a second ago or not. Right next to him, there is a little girl who has black curly hair and bright blue eyes full of innocence, and she was waiting for the boy to open the letter.

Couple of feets away from them two adults are sitting on the furniture, a man with black hair and brown eyes and a woman with brown hair and blue eyes. The woman and the boy had the same facial features, the man and the little girl shared the same facial features.

The boy sighing said "I'm opening it"

"Yay!" A little cry of joy was heard from the girl standing next to him, and he just smiled at that.

As he opened the letter, something fell down towards the table in front of him, and as soon as it landed a hologram showed up with the thunderous sound of a man hearing from it "Young Saiba, it is my pleasure to inform you that you have successfully cleared the entrance exam for UA. As you are one of the students in the top ten for having defeated the enemies and at the same time rescuing the ones in need."

After saying that the hologram changed and showing a list "By scoring 30 Villain points and 32 Rescue points, you have achieved 6th place in the entrance exam. And I'm delighted to inform you that you will be attending UA as a Class 1A student. Good luck, Young Saiba."

With that, the sound and the hologram ended. Right after that, the little girl said while jumping straight to the boy for a hug "Big brother is gonna be a hero!"

Hugging the girl, the older boy asked "Is Yuki happy now?"

"Mmm mmm." Yuki just nodded at his question.

Looking at the boy, both the man and woman said in unison "Congratulations ,Jōichirō."

"Thanks mom and dad."

Looking at her son she spoke, "So, what will you cook today as a special day?"

"It's a surprise." Jōichirō just winked at his mom after saying that.

His mom then said to his father "See that Jun? He's teasing me!"

Chuckling, Jun said "Come on Tomo, we both know that you like that."

With a mock injury, Tomo punched Jun's shoulder.

Seeing his parents playful nature Jo just smiled while he kept hugging his little sister.

Shaking his head a little bit, he asked "Are we opening today?"

"Not at all, we have decided to close the restaurant for today so that we could enjoy your cooking all for ourselves." Said his mother.

Nodding his head at them, he separated his sister from him and kissed on her forehead as an act of love he went downstairs where the restaurant is located.

There are two ways to get into the kitchen, one is through the restaurant entrance and the other one is through the staircase that connects the kitchen and the housing unit above the restaurant.

Reaching there, he quickly whipped up a dish that he had seen in an anime in his past life. The special rich ramen which is an original dish made by Yukihira Jōichirō in food wars. Coincidentally he had the same name as that man before he changed his name to his wife's.

After half an hour of preparation and another half an hour of cooking, he made the dish. Thanks to his quirk he is able to make the pots to heat up to the correct temperature and maintain it for optimal time for a perfectly cooked ramen.

Finished with the cooking, he took bowls from the compartment alongside chopsticks and soup spoons for four people. Taking the dish, he went upstairs to serve it to his parents and sister.

Serving the dish, he said "Enjoy the food."

"Thank you Jo, Itadakimasu." They chorused in unison and started to dig into the dish.

Even while Jōichirō was eating, he was actually observing his family who had a blissful look on their face as if they were ramen. Seeing that they are enjoying the ramen he prepared, he was happy, even though it's not his original recipe and only a cheap copy.

After they finished eating the second serving too, they all burped and started to laugh among them.
