Ch-2 Artificial quirk

Musutafu, Japan in what looked like an abandoned brown build two stories tall with some broken windows littered the walls. Nothing was special about this building but the same couldn't be said for under the abandoned building. If a normal citizen were to go under the building they would find many things they wouldn't understand.

How could they understand why some people would be in giant glass tubes filled with a strange light purple liquid. Why other might be strapped to the table. Or the odd looking limb on table with each one have their own unique transformation. If one would look closer they would notice that the people were ranging from all sorts of ages from children, parents, elderly even the dead was not spared. None the less everyone had to something with a quirk some and rare ones hard to come by, others ether had common or none at all.

While this was all happening an older man who had a bald head with strange goggles and a mustache to cover the mouth. This man was known to most people as Dr. Kyudai Garaki only those who really know this man would also know his other name Daruma Ujiko.

Dr. Kyudai Garaki was currently looking at a computer screen talking to another man with a strange mask. When listening to the two converse Dr. Kyudai Garaki refers to the man as All for one.

Dr. Kyudai Garaki p.o.v

"Now in oder for this experiment to have the highest chance In succeeding I need subjects without any quirk" I calmly stated to All for one waiting for his response that didn't take long

"That's can be arranged doctor I'll send some people to help with your little gathering but I would like to know what is your goal" All for one ask in his normal deep tone that sent cold sweat down the people's back who were still working.

Hearing his words I let out a little chuckle before replying

"I suppose it's time to tell you about my newest project, I've had and idea for a quirk one that can kill one's enemies or destroy the area and that can take care of the wounds after the fight. At first it was an Idea a theory, but I thought and the more I thought the more ideas the more it made sense it was possible"

I stopped to make sure All for one was following along before continuing

"we know that quirks have a mostly rely and the parents quirks and only known way to combined quirks is quirks marriages with that being said it can be hard getting powerful quirks and we're not becoming a breeding farm a-" but before I could continue I was interrupted by All for one and it sounded like he was a little excited.

"Doctor were you able to store the quirks into another host or find a away to combine them"

"Even better what I'm presenting is the first ever artificial man made quirk" I said with a giant smile on my face.

What followed was All for one laughs echoing through the lab before bring his attention back to me.

"Excellent truly wonderful doctor you don't seem to disappoint, I'm sending people right away I want this to be top priority I want to see the results right away".

Smile from his praising words I said "Of course I thank you for the kind words and you can rest assured that I'll send in the results as soon as there done"

After hearing what I said All for one nodded and ended the call. Making my way out the lab I had to go to the hospital to check the records for people who have no quirks.

Walking though the doors of the hospital I was greeted with a few "good morning doctor" which I merely asked them how was their morning not paying to much attention I was busy after all.

After walking into my office and locking the door I made my way to the desk and sat in the chair behind the computer and logging into the hospital system to check medical records for quirkless people I quickly made a list of people names and personal information.

"When looking for people the ideal are people with no family in the town and live alone or the orphanage for people won't really care if something happened to these people"

"But if we take to many people in one area then the hero's will catch on fast maybe even figure out we are going for quirkless people"

I thought to myself trying to come up with a way to keep everything on the low without those damn hero's ruining everything.
