Ch. 84 - Close call

[Hey guys, SlimeSage here. I just wanted to ask you guys for some tips on how to lose weight.

Yeah Yeah, you guys can laugh at me. Recently, I gained quite a few pounds. From 209 pounds to a whooping 218 pounds. It would be fine if I'm around my 30's or something but that's the problem!

Because I'm a freaking 16 year old teenager! I'm Moderately Obese ( •́⁠ ⁠ ⁠‿⁠ ⁠,⁠•̀)

"I guess it's time for me to leave." After receiving the influx of information, Doflamingo knew that he's finally allowed to leave the place.

Meanwhile, Hela who was happily telling a story was shocked at what Doflamingo just said.

"Y-You're leaving?" Hela stuttered, trying her best not to look as if some kind of woman craving to be with the one she loves.

"Yes. My family needs me. I don't know how many years I've been here but all I know is that my family is out there, probably missing me now." Doflamingo said as he wore his sling ring and conjured a portal in front of him.

It has been a good time since he stayed here, he had fun and such. Especially, Hela.

'I'm afraid that If I leave her here then the chances of her turning into a Yandere is a hundred percent high.' Doflamingo sighed as he rubbed his head.

Yesterday, Hela suddenly 'confessed' to him, but it's more like a forceful thing however, now Doflamingo knew that Hela must've fallen for him. And as a man, he can't just leave a woman alone, especially in this eeri space.

'But, If I let her out of here, she might go on a rampage on Asgard and start a massacre. Hmmm, looks like I need to tame her first. If Odin discovered that I'm the reason for Hela's escape, then my chances of entering Asgard and learning magic peacefully might be thrown out of the window.' Doflamingo stopped in his tracks and started contemplating as Hela, who was behind him looked down on the ground in sadness.

During these years that she had been with Doflamingo, she has softened and her determination to kill Odin and take back what's hers has diminished.

If Doflamingo leaves then she would probably revert back to what she was before. A ruthless woman full of rage to kill. Unknown to her, tears started falling out of her eyes as it fell on the ground.

She doesn't want that. What she wants is what she is feeling right now. The feeling of love that she hasn't received in her entire life. Neither Odin or Frigga has shown her their love.

Odin saw her as a weapon for his conquest while her mother, Frigga only saw her as an unstoppable monster that needs to be taken down at all cost.

And now, the man that shown her love and care is about to leave her here.

'I won't allow it.' Hela said to herself, her eyes are full of determination.

'If I can't have him right here and right now, then no one shall have hi-.' Just as these dangerous thoughts was about to cross her mind, Doflamingo suddenly said to her.

"Would you like to come with me? Out of these Hel." Doflamingo slowly marched in front of her and offered her his hand as he said that.

"Yes. Please take me with you." Without thinking twice, Hela answered and took his hand, forgetting all about her plan earlier.

Right now, she only needs to focus on coming with her shining knight in armor.

"Then, let's leave this place and introduce you to my pla-." Just as Doflamingo got excited to have a Goddess of Death by his side, he suddenly sensed someone forcefully entering the dimension, thanks to his newly acquired authority over the entire Hel.

'Who is it?' Doflamingo asked himself as he peeked outside and what he saw almost made his heart jump out of his throat.

He saw Odin in his full glory while guards in shining gold armor stood behind him, all packed to the brim.

'What the fuck is going on here?' Doflamingo cursed as his grip on Hela's hand suddenly tightened.

"Dear what's happening?" With worried eyes, Hela asked as he unconsciously called him Dear, because in her perspective, Doflamingo has accepted her confession since he offered his hand to her. In her eyes, that means that Doflamingo is reciprocating her love.

"Nothing." Because of his fear on the person outside the dimension, Doflamingo didn't notice what Hela called him and just answered 'nothing' since he doesn't want her to know that Odin is just literally beside them.

"How about we go now, okay?" Doflamingo said, and without waiting for her to response, he already jumped inside the portal, followed by Hela because he was holding her hand.

Hela didn't even responded before jumping in with him. Anyways, as long as she's with Doflamingo, then anywhere is fine.

'Even if he decided to take me on right now, then I won't mind.' Hela thought with a mix of blush before shaking her to shake off these thoughts. Anyway, if she wanted to do it with him then she would have to wait for him first, from what she can tell, Doflamingo isn't obviously ready yet for that kind of thing.

As the two of the left and the portal has closed. Odin, who was just outside the dimension, closed his eyes while his Gungnir closed brightly.

"ᚠᚨᚦ︍ᛖ‍ᚱ᛫ᛟᚠ᛫ᛟᛞᛁᚾ᛫,ᛒᛚᛖᛊᛊ᛫ᚦ︍ᚢ︍᛫ᛊᛟᚾ᛫ᚹᛁᚦ︍᛫ᛈᛟᚹᛖ‍ᚱ᛫ᛏᛟ᛫ᚱᚢᛚᛖ᛫ᚦ︍ᛖ᛫ᚺ‍ᛖᚨᚹ︍ᛖᚾᛊ." As Odin was chanting, his Gungnir slowly but surely kept glowing. The light grew so much that even his own warriors closed their eyes and covered their faces due to the intense light.

The moment Odin finished his chant, his eyes opened up, glowing. While his muscles started forming on his left arm, right as cocked his shoulder.

"Spear of the Heavens, GUNGNIR!" Odin yelled as he threw the Gungnir on his hand.

The Gungnir didn't even seem to respond at first but when Odin released his grip on it, it suddenly disappeared as if it was swallowed by the space itself.

*Crack!*

An invisible space seemed to have cracked in front of Odin as the crack slowly spread before shattering, opening a brand new space inside the crack that defies all logic.

Odin sighed in tiredness but remembering his cause here, his energy recovered immediately before his Gungnir appeared back on his hand.

"Charge!" Odin was very cautious at this moment, so he decided to let his men enter first, trying to test if Hela or the person with her has set up a trap for him or not.

The warriors, not knowing that Odin is treating them as cannon fodders, charged relentlessly, without any shred of fear.

Sensing that nothing bad is happening yet, Odin finally entered soon, followed by the rest of the warriors.

"Where is she?" Odin muttered in wonder as he looked around in caution while using his Odin force to locate Hela's location inside the Dimension.

However, he found nothing.

'She has escaped?!' A sweat rolled on his forehead as realization dawned upon him.

'That was close.' Doflamingo wiped his sweat as he sensed that Odin has entered his dimension along with his warriors, thanks to his authority over the dimension.

'Now, I could test whether I'm strong enough to repel them.' One of the benefits that he received as the new owner of a dimension is that he could repel anyone that tresspasses with a single thought. However, it also depends on the strength of the tresspasser. If the tresspasser is too strong for the dimension to repel, then the dimension would use Doflamingo's strength to enhance the repulsion.

Closing his eyes, Doflamingo immediately instructed the Dimension to repel the tresspassers, including Odin.

'Not only I lost my authority over this dimension, but I also lost my daughter.' Odin thought to himself as his eyes suddenly widened in surprise as his warriors disappeared one by one.

'He has already mastered his authority over the dimension to this extent? Impossible!' Odin said to himself in shock, as he too felt the force trying to repel him from the dimension.

Odin kept on resisting and just when he thought that he would be able to stay, he suddenly felt another force pressuring his entire being.

'W-what is this?' Odin almost kneeled in surprise but with his years of experience, he managed to stood tall, however that also gave the dimension a chance to repel him.

*Boom!*

Because of his resistance, he received the full force fo the repulsion, which not only physically injured him, but also spiritually.

Odin suddenly found himself back in the dark and cold Niflheim.

Fortunately, the warriors he brought in didn't resist that much, so none of them were injured.

'I succeeded!' Doflamingo opened his eyes and rejoiced in his heart.

"You seem to be happy. But first, mind telling me where we are right now?" Hela said, snapping him out of his thoughts.

"Oh! Yeah, right. Ahem. Anyways, we're here in my base and where you would stay from now on. I call it Sanctuary!" Doflamingo said as he spread his hand, making Hela look around in wander.

"So, this is your bed chamber?" Hela asked as she walked forward and sat on the soft and fluffy bed.

"Bed chambers? Oh, right. You mean bedroom? I guess your term for bedroom is different." Doflamingo was confused at the word 'bed chamber' at first but realized that Hela isn't a human or a midgardian, so the term 'bed chamber' must've been the term Asgardians use for the word Bedroom.

"Make your self at home. I'll be back in a jiffy." After returning here, Doflamingo wanted to know how many years has passed here. He doesn't want to suddenly discover that Thanos is already dead, Iron Man already snapped his fingers and Captain America went back in time to relieve his past.

Doflamingo shuddered just by thinking about that but he knew that it is impossible, after all Odin is still alive, meaning, the events like the Infinity war and such hasn't happened yet.

[Access granted, welcome back, Sir Doflamingo.] Alice's familiar voice rung through Doflamingo's ears.

"How many years has passed since I'm gone Alice?" Doflamingo asked as he walked through the hallway.

[You've been gone for 5 years 6 months 117 days 9 hours and 11 minutes.]

"T-that's accurate, did Matilda updated you?" Doflamingo was baffled and can't help but ask due to curiousity.

"Yeah, I did so what?" Before Alice could answer, a familiar voice sounded behind him.
