MCU(AU): The Ultimate Science System

Ethan wakes up on the presence of an omnipresent A.I. that calls him a glitch. To prevent further glitches, the A.I. sent him to a controlled environment of his choice with 3 limited gifts(Wishes basically), to monitor and create failsafes against further related glitches. One of these wishes was for a system that granted Scientific knowledge from any universe.
