Chapter 375: The second entry (Edited)

The Gryffindors returned to their common room and celebrated a big party as if they had won the Quidditch Cup.

The party lasted all day and continued late into the night.

There is absolutely no shortage of food and drink in Gryffindor, and house elves like Comey will send over some cooked food from time to time.

It wasn't until one in the morning when Professor McGonagall came over and put everyone to bed.

"Minerva!"

?●ω●?

The cat stopped Professor McGonagall as she was about to leave.

"Fish wants to hear a story nya!"

"It's too late today, let's talk about it tomorrow," Professor McGonagall resolutely refused, "I'm going back to sleep too, who told you not to come to me earlier?"

With food and games in the dormitory and a little witch brushing his fur, the cat was so comfortable that he forgot to go to Professor McGonagall for a story.

"All right then..."

Fish wrinkled his nose, not forcing the situation, and thought about going down to the Forbidden Forest to play with Shadow and the others later.

However, Professor McGonagall immediately saw what he planned to do.

"No more Forbidden Woods!" she warned, "Back to bed obediently! It's already late!"

"Hmph!"

?(〃`3′〃)?

Fish could only pout and run back to his bedroom.

It wasn't worth fighting with Professor McGonagall over such a trivial matter....

The little cat also knows how to judge the situation.

And with the cold weather lately, he didn't really have to go to the Forbidden Forest, since he spent the day in the common room by the fire...today, since Sirius doesn't show up, Fish and Harry don't bother going to the Forbidden Forest.

However, out of rebellion, Fish snuck out of the castle the next night to play with his animal friends in the Forbidden Forest.

First he took the food out of his magic bag and ate with his friends, then he set about playing with the more familiar friends, Fluffy and Shadow, while the rest of the animals scattered as usual.

When the little cat who had played enough returned to the dormitory, he found that the common room was full of people, all in their pajamas, surrounding Harry and Ron in the middle.

At that moment, Ron shouted, "In our dormitory! With a knife! He woke me up!"

There was silence in the common room.

"Nonsense!" Percy said with a look of surprise, "You probably slept through the night, Ron, and had a nightmare..."

"I'm telling you..."

"Enough, enough, stop talking!" Ron wanted to explain something else, but Percy interrupted him impatiently, "It's impossible for Black to get into our dormitory, the portrait is still fine!"

"Black? Black showed up again nya?!"

(??ω??)

The little cat finally understood what they were talking about and came closer with bright eyes.

"Ah, Fish, you're back."

It was only at this point that they all found Fish who had returned from the night tour and then talked to him about what had happened.

The story was that Ron had woken up in the middle of the night and seen Sirius Black standing over his bed with a knife, and then, seeing what had happened, had quickly fled the dormitory, and he and Harry had woken everyone up by going after him.

"That's not right," Fish said, raising his eyebrows in confusion, "Shouldn't Black be attacking Harry? Why would he be attacking Ron nya?"

?ω?

"Ron was just having a nightmare, there is no Black!"

Percy still stood by his earlier opinion.

"I wasn't dreaming!"

Ron protested loudly, his ears reddening with anger.

Just then, somehow, someone had informed Professor McGonagall, who had appeared in the common room wearing the same cat-print pajamas as Fish and a hair net.

She slammed the portrait door shut and looked around angrily.

"Why are you two making such a fuss?! There's still classes tomorrow!"

"Minerva~"

?●ω●?

Fish was the first to pounce, saying quickly, "Ron said he saw Black, but Percy thinks he just had a bad dream nya... anyway, Fish didn't smell anyone else, but he didn't leave a trail before nya..."

The kitten couldn't be sure which of the two Weasleys was telling the truth, so he had to let Professor McGonagall decide for herself.

"I didn't fall asleep! And I didn't have a nightmare!" cried Ron, "Professor, I woke up and saw Sirius Black standing next to my bed with a knife in his hand!"

Professor McGonagall looked at him in surprise.

"But... Weasley, how could he have gotten through the portrait hole?"

Like Percy, Professor McGonagall didn't quite believe Ron's words.

Ron grew even more uneasy, raised a trembling finger and pointed in the direction of the hole in the wall.

"You can ask Sir Cadogan, he must have seen something!"

Despite what he was saying, Ron wasn't sure either, after all, under normal circumstances, it was impossible for Black to have invaded the common room without the portrait responding at all.

All he had to hope was that Black hadn't found a way to shape-shift into Hogwarts, otherwise he would be in serious trouble.

Professor McGonagall gave Ron a suspicious look, after all her years as a teacher she could naturally see Ron's guilty conscience, but Professor McGonagall decided to ask Sir Cadogan.

So, she turned to the hole in the wall, pushed the portrait and stepped out.

Fish followed her without hesitation, while the rest of the students remained in the common room, ears open, breath held, listening to what was going on outside.

"Sir Cadogan, did you just let a man into Gryffindor tower?"

"Of course I did, my noble lady!" exclaimed Sir Cadogan.

There was a stunned silence in and around the common room, even from Ron.

"You... did you?" asked Professor McGonagall, wide-eyed and astonished, "But... but, what about the password?"

"You have the password!" Sir Cadogan replied proudly, "This week's password, milady! You read it from a little note!"

Ron turned his head sharply, still remembering what Neville had said to him after the Quidditch match yesterday, and Neville, whom he was staring at, obviously guessed what was going on, and his face paled.

Ron was standing in the middle of everyone, his movements naturally attracting everyone's attention, and besides Ron and Neville, someone had overheard their conversation and everyone was looking at Neville.

With these people, everyone turned their attention to Neville, the famous "Hufflepuff" of Gryffindor, who was no stranger to writing and dropping the password on a piece of paper....

When Professor McGonagall and Fish returned to the common room, they saw a pale and trembling Neville surrounded by people ... he looked as if he had been mobbed by the entire student body ...

Professor McGonagall, who had wanted to ask what idiot had written this week's password on a piece of paper and thrown it around, saw the scene and understood.

Fish looked at Neville with everyone else, nodded with a serious expression and said, "Fish think, you might be unlucky nya."
