Chapter 2.

"Now that there dead, I need to assess my situation," Vylania said as she sat on top of Qahraxis. The entire village of red-skinned people was massacred leaving a mess of gore and a river of blood.

"I first need to know how big this planet is. Secondly, If their level of technology is truly this primitive, if it is, I won't be leaving until I've unlocked 50% of my Mana, something I won't be able to do in such a weak world." Vylania sighed and just closed her eyes. Vylania's body began expelling a green aura and blood leaked out of the corner of her mouth. After 2 hours of this, Vylania opened her eyes and looked disappointed.

"Even after turning the life force of 60 people into Mana, I've only unlocked 2% of it, At this rate, it's going to take me a year or two if I want to hit 10%." Vylania clicked her tongue and looked at the horizon from on top of Qahraxis's head.

"This world is beautiful, but beauty means nothing if you have nothing to give for it," Vylania said with disappointment, "I need a flying insect, no offense Qahraxis, but I need to see this planet from a higher point of view."

"If I want to see this planet from high up, I need to go big, again..." Vylania sat down and closed her eyes again, "Come to me, my child." She whispered.

"SHREE!" Vylania looked up and smiled with pride. The insect that came to her call was a gigantic moth. The moth's body was white and furry while the wings were huge, almost 70-meters in wingspan, and were a vibrant blue. The moth's wings pulsated at intervals and when it landed in front of Vylania, it bowed its head.

"A beautiful woman of your size should have a befitting name...Venoria," Vylania said softly as she petted Venoria's head, "Meet your older brother, Qahraxis."

Qahraxis and Venoria made eye contact before nodding at each other, "Now, Qahraxis, I'm going to fly on Venoria for a while. While I'm doing that, I would like you to map all the settlements of bipedal creatures alright?" Vylania asked and Qahraxis skree'd in understanding.

Vylania smiled and softly touched Venoria's head, "Fly my child." Venoria flapped her wings and they entered the sky. Vylania watched as the jungle disappeared and an ocean took its place. The ocean's water was red and Vylania could feel countless insects inhabiting it. As Venoria continued to fly around the planet, the landscape changed from red deserts, grassy plains, high mountains, and artic poles.

After flying for 11 hours straight, Venoria landed and took a break.

"So from what I can tell this planet has a diameter of around 50,000 kilometers, so a medium-sized planet. I didn't see any cities or towering structures which means the inhabitants on this planet are incredibly primitive, which means I'm stuck here..." Vylania sighed deeply and let Venoria rest. Once the giant moth was ready to fly again, Vylania hopped on her back and told her to fly back to where they were previously.

Venoria took off and within 15 minutes they were back. Vylania called for Qahraxis and he bursted out off the ground, "Qahraxis, bring me to all the settlements you mapped. Follow us Venoria." Qahraxis nodded and Vylania got on top of his head. Soon they arrived at the first settlement, a small village of the same red-skinned people.

"Are these the dominant race on this planet?" Vylania asked herself as she jumped off Qahraxis's head. A few red-skinned people with weapons came out of the village gates, "Who are you? State your business."

"Well, that's no way to speak to a Queen," Vylania said with a threatening smile, putting the warriors on edge, "But, I'll let it slide. I have a few questions for you people."

The lead red-skinned warrior wanted to say something but the two giant creatures behind Vylania made him shut up, so he just nodded and signaled her to follow him in.

"Good boy. Now, Qahraxis and Venoria, you two stay outside. Mommy has business to take care of," Vylania smiled as she walked into the village of red-skinned people. The village people looked at her with fear which made Vylania quiver with pleasure, "These mongrels know their place...good," Vylania said to herself as they arrived in front of a poorly made wooden hut.

"This is the home of our chief, Auradoru." The lead warrior said as he opened the door, letting Vylania inside. Inside the house was a tall, muscular, red-skinned man who looked at Vylania with contempt.

"Is this who you fools are afraid of? A woman?" Auradoru said to the warriors outside. Vylania just laughed which made Auradoru look at her, "Why are you laughing woman? You are in presence of the great Auradoru! Show some respect!" Auradoru said and Vylania continued to laugh.

"I'm laughing because you don't understand your situation," Before Auradoru could reply Vylania was already holding him by the throat, "You are in the presence of me, Vylania Kryntila, a Queen to most but a God amongst you mongrels," Vylania said as she tightened her grip around Auradoru's neck, making him put his hands on Vylania's arm and try to pry her hands off.

"Now, I came here to be diplomatic and maybe allow your village to survive...but that's changed. Everyone here will die," Vylania said with a bloodthirsty smile, "And you will be my second test subject, but you're going to suffer more than the first one."

Vylania threw Auradoru to the ground and he crawled back in fear. Vylania opened her palm and a small magic circle was created, "Create Flesh-eater." Vylania's green Mana swirled in her palm and an insect the size of a locust was created. The insect had a black carapace, two red eyes, wings, and a small mouth full of razor-sharp teeth.

"Go feast little one, once you are done procreate," Vylania said as she let the Flesh-eater fly towards Auradoru. Auradoru tried swatting the insect away, but the Flesh-eater bit into his skin and began digging into it.

"AAAHHHH!!!" Auradoru screamed in pain as the Flesh-eater began eating him from the inside out. After around 10 minutes of screaming, Auradoru stopped and panted.

"Oh, you're suffering isn't over yet," Vylania said with a smile. Currently, the Flesh-eater was laying eggs inside of Auradoru. These eggs hatched almost immediately and the larvae began feasting on his flesh as well. Soon, Auradoru began screaming in pain again before he stopped, permanently. His body looked deflated, and one could see countless objects moving until his loose skin.

"Come forth," Vylania said and a swarm of 1,000 Flesh-eaters emerged from Auradoru's body, "Go feast, my children," Vylania said with a sadistic smile and the Flesh-eater began eating the villagers...alive.
