[A Sentinel Situation] - Trask's Downfall - The Chase

Trask had a submachine gun pointing at the officer's horrified face who was driving the police car through the streets.

* VROOM *

* HONK *

* HONK *

He sped through a few cars and sneakily glanced behind him, only to see Trask eerily smiling at him who ordered, "Keep your eyes on the road or I would blow your brains out!"

The officer cursed under his breath and kept his eyes on the road as he thought, 'Why? Why the fuck did he pick me? This was the first day of my job.'

Suddenly, he noticed a few police cars catching up to them and tried to slow the car down without Trask noticing.

But, Trask pressed the gun to his head and shouted, "Don't you dare try to slow down! Speed up motherfucker!"

The officer muttered, "Fuck my life!", and stepped on the accelerator.

However, the police cars chasing them weren't that far behind and some of them began shooting at them.

* BANG *

* BANG *

* BANG *

The officer ducked and narrowly avoided a bullet that would have grazed the side of his head.

However, when he raised himself up, back to his normal position, he saw a car suddenly appear in front of him.

"Fuck!", He shouted and swerved to avoid a collision with the car.

However, he hit the back of the car while swerving which caused it to swerve out of control and it drove straight toward the people standing on the sidewalk.

The person driving the car was a young woman who was shouting, "Shit! Shit! Shit!" as she saw the car inch closer and closer to the people.

She closed her eyes when the car almost reached the sidewalk and thought, 'God! Please help me! I don't want to kill people! I don't want to go to hell!'

As if answering to her pleas, the car suddenly collided with something and stopped.

She slowly opened her eyes and saw Hank lifting the car with his bare hands in the air.

Hank carefully placed the car back on the ground a few seconds later.

Then, he turned around and asked the people around him, "Is everybody okay?"

The people were too shocked by the sudden turn of events and froze in shock at the sudden appearance of a talking blue humanoid beast.

Seeing some of them nod, he uttered, "Good!" and turned around.

He saw the police car turning to another street and ran toward it.

Trask noticed that the police cars chasing him weren't slowing down or he was getting away from them.

So, he came up with a plan.

He snatched the gun from the officer who shouted, "Hey! What are you doing?" when he noticed Trask taking his gun.

But, Trask sternly ordered him, "Shut the fuck up and drive!"

With the gun in his other hand, Trask rolled the windows down and aimed at the police cars.

* BANG *

* BANG *

* BANG *

The first two shots didn't hit the car but the third shot pierced the front tire of the car and caused it to burst.

The police car swerved dangerously and it was about to roll over when Hank suddenly, caught it and placed it down on the ground while the other police cars sped in front of them.

The police officers saw him placing the car back on the ground and asking, "Are both of you okay? Any injuries?"

They nodded and saw Hank turn around and chase after Trask.

Trask glanced behind and noticed Hank running through the police cars chasing him and closing in on him.

He was shocked and muttered, "This beast hasn't died yet?"

But, he shook his head and aimed the gun at him, and opened fire at him.

* BANG *

* BANG *

* BANG *

He noticed that Hank was dodging the bullets with ease.

But, he still fired more bullets at him.

* BANG *

* BANG *

* BANG *

* BANG *

* BANG *

* BANG *

Trask realized that the bullets were of no use to Hank.

So, he did something that scared the shit out of Nixon.

Trask opened the door beside Nixon and disdainfully said, "Goodbye, Mr. President."

Nixon knew what was about to happen and he tried to save himself as he pleaded, "Wait! Wait! Wait! Listen to me! Don't do this!"

However, all of his pleas fell on deaf ears as Trask sneered and pushed him out of the moving car.

Nixon screamed in horror, "Noooo!" as he was thrown out of the car and onto the ground.

He closed his eyes and thought, 'Fuuuuuck yoooou, Trask!'

He thought that he would hit the ground.

But he didn't.

He felt himself land on two large hands and he opened his eyes only to see Hank above him as he asked, "Are you okay, Mr. President?"

The police officer's hand trembled with fear when he saw Trask push Nixon out of the moving car and he thought, 'This is it! I can't do this! I am going to jump! Fuck this shit!'

He swerved the car and when he saw that the submachine gun to his forehead moving erratically in the air, he opened the door and jumped outside.

Trask's eyes widened in alarm when he regained his balance and saw the officer jumping out of the car.

He looked at the road ahead and noticed that the car was heading straight toward a wall.

* BOOOM *

* CRASH *

The police car crashed into the wall and a few seconds later, an injured Trask climbed out of the car.

He still had the submachine gun in his hand which he waved in the air as he staggered and tried to regain his balance.

He noticed the people around him and shouted, "S-Stay away! O-Or else I-I-I will kill all of y-"

* WHAM *

Suddenly, he was hit in the back of the head and he lost consciousness as he fell flat on the ground.

Standing behind him was Havok who glared at Trask's body on the ground and looked up only to see several police cars stop in front of him.
