Splitting with Steve

Steve looked at Kyle in surprise: "Act separately? Shouldn't it be safer to act together here."

"What's the use of that? The mission is to quickly find the place where the hostages are being held. If the enemy discovers us, we can escape safely with the strength of the two of us, but the hostages may be lost." Kyle explained: "The factory is very big, we should search separately, and rescue the hostages as soon as we find them."

"That makes sense, then be careful." Steve nodded in agreement, avoiding the guards, and entering the construction factory.

Watching Steve's back, Kyle showed a successful smile on his face.

'I'm sorry Steve, but I'll be letting you attract the attention of the enemy in the factory first. Just consider this an exercise from your senior officer - after all, there is no better way to learn than to fight in person.

"This facility... At this point in time, the German army than should be using the surplus energy from the Tesseract. They won't be able to make any new cubes after that because of the Tesseract being with me, but I would still like to have their own leftovers." Kyle licked his lips, the outline of his body gradually faded in the darkness, and soon disappeared completely hidden in place .

From a close distance, Kyle quietly followed Steve behind him in a concealed state.

In the factory building of the fortress, the internal machinery and equipment were more technologically advances than the outside world. German workers also constantly operate the tools inside.

Steve walked up to the third floor of the factory. Below the suspended railway were metal piping equipment. On the third floor aisle, there were rows of shelves glowing with blue light.

Steve picked up a clip surrounded by blue light from the box in surprise. He didn't have time too much time to waste, and continued to look for where the hostages were being held.

As soon as Steve left, Kyle, who was sneaking, stopped beside a shelf. He couldn't help but get excited when he saw the rows of blue-light magazines piled up on the shelves in front of him.

'These things are all made from the [Leftover Tesseract Energy Storage]! I can get so much sacrificial material from this!'

Kyle secretly rejoiced, but just as he focused his attention on the supplies, the excitement on his face instantly subsided.

Kyle was speechless, he thought that these energy clips were all at least blue cards, he didn't expect them to be Green Item Cards only.

Rare green item cards, could be used to get Blue Cards sometimes, but he didn't even find those!

This is the reason why Kyle has lost interest, these energy clips in front only be used in combat for a short amount of time. It is better for him to actually keep these incase of an emergency. He decided to extract as many as possible in one minute, then left.

"Forget it, I can get greater weapons in the future." Kyle was a little sad, but just got up and took a step, and soon thought of something, and the whole person stopped.

'The fact that they themselves are experimenting on [Leftover Tesseract Energy Storage] means I won't have to use my own cubes. If this facility is researching energy substitutes, there would be no reason not to have an original Super Soldier Serum, which also means my alibi is pretty much all set.'

Kyle quickly deactivated [Sneak] because he did not care whether he was exposed or not. Now he could get more achievements freely as a pseudo Super Soldier by holding back less. He then set off to the hub control center of the facility as fast as possible.

Just as he was moving, an alarm set off in the area which surprised Kyle.

"Warning!!! Warning!!! Emergency!!!"

"Warning!!! The prisoners held underground in the facility have escaped. All soldiers are ordered to immediately stop them!"
