Marvel's Mutant Gamer (Being rewritten)

(Being rewritten)Our lovely MC becomes The Gamer of Marvel. Nuff said. The timeline will be a mixture of the comics and the MCU. Be warned, it will be weird, and probably not accurate.

Ouch

Until 3AM, I solely focused on my physical stats. Getting them all to 50 was my current goal. Of course, 100 was the real goal since I wanted to get the passive skill rewards from them. That would also make me a physical powerhouse as long I max Martial Arts and Mana Strengthening.

Martial Arts will triple my physical stats at max, so if I raise Strength to 100, it will make it 300. When I activate Mana Strengthening, it will quadruple that, making it a whopping 1200! I'm such a broken character.

I really want to find out what will happen if I punch something with that much Strength, and I wonder if I will then be able to contest with the Hulk in a physical fight with that much stats.

For Dexterity, I kept doing parkour, running, and jumping around the city in my ID. That also helped increase my Vitality, and Massage, as I had to use it to regain my energy.

Strength was a bit hard to increase by simple pushups, so I broke a part of a building and benched pressed the heavy concrete. That saved me the time of going to a gym and worked wonders for me.

The sad part was that I couldn't train my physical stats with Mana Strengthening on since all physical activities were a lot easier. However, that did allow me to use my other Magics and improve them while working out.

From 3AM to 4AM, I focused on my Martial Arts and Weapon Mastery while also getting some gains in Eldritch Magic and Pyrokinesis. And of course, Mana Strengthening was active the whole time. With my current MP regen, I could easily keep it on while casting other Magic without an issue.

Since I was feeling quite confident, I created a Skeleton ID and practiced there. I created a ton of conjured weapons around me and used them to fight with the Skeleton Warriors. I would dance around them while constantly switching weapons, increasing my proficiency in Weapon Mastery at a fast pace.

Whenever I encountered Skeleton Archers or Mages, I would use a conjured bow made by Eldritch Magic and shoot them with arrows made by Pyrokinesis. The fire arrows didn't do piercing damage, but rather exploded upon contact. Two arrows were all I needed to take down the Skeletons.

Whenever I killed a good amount of the boney mobs, I would exit the ID and recreate it again. I wasn't feeling confident enough to test the Boss out yet.

From 4AM to 5:30AM, I focused on Meditation since it was an incredible skill. Simply raising it increased my mental stats.

Of course, it wasn't the only skill I used since I now had the ability to use 3 at the same time. I kept Mana Strengthening active while using Pyrokinesis to burn myself. The incredible boost to my HP regen when meditating was enough for me to keep my HP high while doing that.

Then 5:30AM to about 6:40AM, I returned back to farming the Skeleton ID before I had to leave for school. Of course, I didn't forget to prepare something for grandma to eat in the morning.

All in all, I had a very productive training during the night, and I think this will become my regular schedule for now.

During the first break, something surprising happened to me. As usual, I left the class with Kurt, and we met up with Jean. This was starting to become a regular for us.

That wasn't the unusual thing, what surprised me was that Jean gave me a quick one-armed hug as a greeting, to which I really didn't know how to respond. This was the first time I was hugged by a girl, and what saddened me was that I didn't get to hug her back as it happened to fast.

I didn't think about it too much, but I probably should've since in the next break when I went to the toilet, I was confronted by four 12th graders.

All of them were on the football team of the school. Big, muscular, and as dumb as potatoes, they were the definition of jocks. They stood about 6'4 feet tall and were a head over me as I was a bit over 6' feet.

"You've been getting too friendly with Jean as of late. I'm gonna give you this one warning, stay away from her! I've been after her for a long time, and since now that glasses idiot is no longer following her around, it's my time to strike!" The leader of the four threatened me.

[<Quaterback for Bayville High School> Terrance Miller Lvl. 8]

{Terrance is...}

Blah, blah, blah. School bully, and one of the best quarterbacks for his age. Honestly, I would've pissed my pants if this happened about 2 weeks ago, but now? I don't care what this guy thinks.

Terrance's level was about the same as the zombies that I've probably massacred tens of thousands at this point. I've fought with tougher skeletons, animated trees, and an alien plant life! That also reminds me I need to find a place to grow my Groot.

"You got that, nerd?" Terrance asked, scowling, and trying to look scary. Honestly, that made him look like a pig.

"No," I replied. "Now move out of my way, I don't have time to deal with you."

Terrance got pissed. His face turned beet red, and I was expecting smoke to start coming out of him.

"What you said, punk?" His hands were balled into fists, and he was ready to show me my place. Huh.

"Are you deaf? I said, no. Now move." I was smirking, eagerly expecting what's to come.

Terrance reached his boiling point and punched at me. I could've dodged it or blocked it, and if Mordo saw it, he would shake his head in disappointment. However, I didn't. I allowed the punch to hit me straight in the face. -10 HP

Considering I almost had 1000 HP at this point, that was nothing. My head didn't even move back, and it didn't even hurt. What hurt me most was that Physical Endurance didn't level up.

"Ouch, that wasn't very nice," I said calmly.

The look on their faces was something I would never forget. Their eyes were wide as saucers, ready to burst out of their sockets. They just couldn't believe that the supposed nerd didn't even flinch from a punch straight to the face.

"Let me show you how to punch."

Before Terrance could even react, I had already punched him in the stomach. He buckled up, gasping for breath before he fell on the ground. The three other jocks actually started shivering, and I smiled cheerfully at them.

"Now move aside, please."

The jocks were terrified and glued themselves to the bathroom walls. I felt like Moses splitting the sea as I walked past them. For bonus points, I stepped over the fallen Terance, who was trying his best to gasp for breath.

Ahh, I felt like a badass! The best part was that those guys wouldn't dare tell anyone what had happened. Their image will get ruined if they do. The big bad football players got beaten up by the nerd. They will be the laughing stock of the entire school if they spread this around.

No one bothered me during the other breaks. I did see Scott glaring a few times from a distance, and I expected him to confront me as well. However, he only kept glaring.

During our lunch, Kurt asked. "Maybe ve can meet up during the veekend and visit the arcade again?"

Not good. I was supposed to visit Kamar-taj at that time, but I wasn't sure if I even can. I still didn't know what's happening there. Uhhh.

"I'm supposed to visit some relatives during the weekend, but I'm not completely sure if I will be going. I will give you a call to tell you if I'm free."

[Lying has increased to 17.]

Kurt being disappointed was something I expected, but I didn't think Jean would also feel that way. I guess she had a lot of fun yesterday.

School ended, and I didn't even see hide or hair of the jocks. On the way home, I gave a quick call to Peter, and we agreed to meet on top of the building we had talked on a couple of days ago.

After I got home, I prepared some food for grandma, gave her a massage, and informed her that a friend will be coming over. She happily smiled before she went to sleep.

I then teleported to our meeting place and sat down. I had my mask on just in case something happens. Nothing did, and Peter arrived shortly, carrying some stuff wrapped in his webs on his back.

"Magic is so unfair," Peter said as he landed next to me.

I smirked and opened a portal leading to my home, and we both entered inside.

"And also goes against the laws of physics. I don't understand what you are doing, but this shouldn't be possible. Like, are you somehow shrinking the space between two locations, or is this like a gateway..." Peter started rambling while staring at my portal until I closed it.

"Don't think about it too much, it's just Magic," I said, and he turned around.

"Don't tell me you don't even know what you are doing?" Peter asked with disbelief.

"Of course, I know what I'm doing."

[Lying has increased to 18.]

Traitor!

"Mhm, go on. I'm listening," Peter said, clearly not believing me.

"Ugh, we are not here to discuss how I do my Magic. We are here, so you can teach me how you make your things and discuss what else we can make." When in doubt, just change the topic.

Peter scoffed as he unpacked everything he carried on his back and started talking excitedly.

"I got all this stuff yesterday, and I think I can make my Web-Shooters way better with it..."

Peter went on and on, animatedly explaining how much better he can make his equipment. He also went on about other things he wants to make like Spider-rangs and a Utility Belt.

I couldn't resist asking him. "Are you trying to be Batman or something."

"Maybe..." Peter looked so embarrassed, scratching his head and looking around my room as if it was the most fascinating thing out there.

I laughed at him and said. "Anyway, since you will be helping me out and teaching me, have you thought of how much you want to be paid?"

"I don't know, I was thinking of like $25? That sounds fair to me."

Peter was really undervaluing his knowledge and how much he will be helping me out.

"25?" I asked.

"Ye, that sounds about right," Peter confirmed.

"Hmm, let me make you a counteroffer then, $500."

I really didn't care about money at this point. I can make $500 in about 15 minutes at this point. Killing the Zombie Legion was as easy as pie to me.

"500?" Peter stammered, shocked at how much I was offering him.

"Yep, that sounds about right. Since we already agreed on the price, let's get to making things." I didn't give him a chance to protest and urged him to start working.

Peter calmed down after taking a deep breath. He first started explaining the mechanics of his Web-Shooters, and step by step explained to me how to recreate them.

I listened to him and followed his instructions. My Crafting skill was improving like mad as I was making them, and soon enough, I held a pair of Web-Shooter in my hands.

[Web-Shooters(Epic): State of the art technology that allows the user to shoot webs. Needs cartridges with special fluids to shoot the webs.]

Holy crap! I made an Epic item just by following his instructions. How much of a genius is this guy?

Peter then started explaining to me how to even make the fluid for them. I guess he must've thought that I wanted to use them myself. I didn't stop his explanation since my Crafting skill was increasing. In the end, I just handed them to him.

"I don't need them, I can replicate their effect with Magic," I said with a smirk.

"Bullshit!" Peter exclaimed with disbelief.

I just made a rope with Eldritch Magic, sent it towards the ceiling where it stuck like glue, and I raised myself a bit of the ground.

"I'm a broken character," I said with smugness.

After he got out of his shocked state, he asked. "Then why did you insist on making them?"

"I just wanted to get better at making stuff like that. Anyway, I want to do something for you. That pajama that you are wearing has to go," I said.

"That's not a pajama, that's my suit!" Peter protested.

"No, no, no, that's a pajama, I will make you a suit. Just tell me what color you want it," I said and started taking out the various fabrics from my Inventory.

"That's... one special magical sleeve. I didn't know they sell stuff like that," Peter said before shaking his head. He then started telling me what he wanted.

As I was making his suit, we talked about the special fluid he used for his Web-Shooters. His creation was more than impressive.

How he managed to develop a fluid that turns into his web upon contact with Oxygen from materials he was able to access at his school, proved how incredibly smart he was. It was incredibly tough and resistant, with the only downside being that it dissolved after some time.

What we talked about was creating something similar that doesn't dissolve after a few hours, something that we can use to create better clothing/suits for ourselves that protect us better.

"We can probably make a company and sell some of our creations in the future," I said absentmindedly.

"What?" Peter asked.

"I mean, it's mostly going to be your creations, but yeah, we can make a company when we graduate. I'm gonna finish school next year, and you have two more," I said.

"That sounds amazing! We can help so many people!" Peter exclaimed.

Well, that wasn't really my intention, I just thought that being an owner of a company would be cool, but if that makes him feel better, so be it.

We talked for some time, made some more stuff, and he was going to return home. He put on the new suit I made him, and I opened a portal to the building we met at.

I'm not gonna quit writing now, and if I ever need a break or something, I will at least let you know. You deserve this much at least for how much support you've given me.
