A new sla- Friend

Lucy observed the bright flash of light in front of him with excitement.

"I wonder what I summoned this time..."

The light died down and Lucy could see what he had summoned. Lucy gazed upwards as he actually had to raise his head to look at his summon.

When Lucy's eyes landed on the summon, his mouth twitched

"Green again..."

Its face was marked by strong, sharp features. Its tusks, though not overly large, are prominent and curve slightly upwards from her lower jaw. Its ears are slightly pointed and often pierced with small bone or metal rings.

Standing tall and imposing, around 6 feet in height, with a muscular and athletic build, with broad shoulders and well-defined muscles, reflecting the strength and combat prowess. It's skin was a vibrant green, filled with scars.

Whilst its hair is long, jet black, and tied back in a ponytail. The creature looked at Lucy with piercing red eyes that are both fierce and intelligent.

Lucy gulped silently as he looked at the menacing creature in front of him.

"What the hell did I summon this time..."

A thud was suddenly heard as the menacing creature knelt to Lucy and spoke in English which surprised Lucy.

Lucy could speak to Unohana since she knew English, and he was also already teaching her ancient sumerian. While he couldn't talk to the goblin because it didn't seem capable yet.

"Greetings chieftain" The creature said with a gruff but feminine voice.

"Chieftain? Who are you?" Lucy's interest was peeked as the summon seemed quite intelligent.

"My name is Garona Stonefist from the Stonefist orc tribe sir" Garona said as she kept kneeling.

"An orc? Seriously? Why not just rename the system to monster system..." Lucy chuckled wryly as all that he had summoned to date were monsters.

What about Unohana? She was basically a monster, a wolf in sheep's clothing...

"May I ask what land you come from?" Lucy asked as trying to acquire more information and satisfy his curiousity. He couldn't do this with the goblin due to its childlike mind but he could easily converse with the orc in front of him.

"I am from Durotar chieftain" Garona spoke quickly

"Hmm... Durotar... Where have I heard that before..."

A light flashed in Lucy's eyes as he remembered where he knew the location from.

World of Warcraft!

Nostalgia hit him as he remembered the days he played warcraft with his friends.

Lucy smiled at Garona and spoke

"Get up, welcome aboard Garona Stonefist"

"Thank you chieftain" Garona said as she stood up menacingly. She seemed to hesitate for a moment but still chose to speak up.

"Chieftain, may I ask if you're injured?"

Lucy tilted his head in confusion

"Eh, I don't think so... why do you ask?"

Garona blinked blankly for a few moments before speaking.

"Because you're being carried... Like a princess chieftain"

That's right, even until now while he was summoning, Lucy was still comfortably being princess carried by Unohana who had already become numb with a poker face.

"Ah, don't worry about it, I'm fine, just tired"

Garona's eyes flashed with a glint

"Then chieftain, would you like me to carry you?" Garona suddenly stretched her arms in a carrying position... Menacingly

Looking at the muscular and rough build of Garona, Lucy could only refuse.

"No need, you have just arrived, you should rest for now... Oh and we should go meet our other companion"

"Alright chieftain" Garona said as she dropped her hands and followed Lucy... More precisely Unohana who was carrying Lucy.

Lucy was about to go silent but then couldn't help himself. He faces Garona seriously and shouted.

"For the horde!"

Unohana was a little confused at the action and thought Lucy would startle the newbie, but suddenly she heard an even stronger and more excited shout.

"For the horde!!!" Garona roared as she was happy to hear her new chieftain utter one of her favorite words.

Unohana could only continue to walk in confusion as the two seemed to have stars in their eyes when they shouted.

...

A few days later, 4 cloaked people were walking along what would be known in the future as the Euphrates River.

"I'm glad you have finally rested enough to walk on your own chieftain" Garona said with a smile... At least it looked like a smile

The goblin screeched in agreement while Unohana only kept a calm and gentle demeanor.

"Well being in the hands of such a capable healer, my tiredness was basically washed away" Lucy said with a silly smile, and yes his pun was intended.

Lucy glanced at the still gently smiling Unohana and felt a chill he hadn't felt in a while.

"Anyway... I think we should pick a direction to go now..." Lucy said, at first he was thinking of going to Eridu, the first city, when he suddenly thought that the eternals are likely to go there due to it becoming a center for the population.

Although Lucy tricked them last time, he still didn't think interacting with them too Kuch would be good.

"God knows what Arishem would do if he thought I didn't belong here..."

So Lucy and gang continued to walk along the Euphrates river for a few miles before stopping now and choosing a direction to go.

"Hmmm... I've decided" Lucy said as he broke his thinking pose

"Were going southwest!"

...

For a few days, all Lucy and the gang did was walk, eat, sleep, and banter. After a few more days later, they could hear the sounds of waves and the ocean. They had arrived at what would be known as the Red Sea.

The sea breeze gently moved along producing a soothing whistle sound. Waves continuously crashed towards the sandy beach.

On the sandy shore, Lucy was lying down on beach moving his arms and feet up and down whilst they lay on the ground forming shapes.

Beside him was Gob doing the same thing with a happy screech. Unohana was sitting on a rock with her eyes closed.

Lucy opened his eyes and looked towards the sea. Garona came out of the waters, walking menacingly, and behind her was a big fish she was dragging by the tail.

"Whistle* nice catch Garona, looks like we're having fish tonight"

"Thank you chieftain, I was getting tired of the deer meat as well" Garona answered while drying herself and skinning the meat with a sharpened bone

Lucy looked around him and was relaxing as he felt the peaceful aura of the beach around him.

"Wait beach... Aren't beach episodes supposed to be with swimsuits?" Lucy asked himself as he gazed at his companions.

An impish goblin playing about in the sand, a menacing orc gutting a fish, while the beautiful woman was simply sitting on a rock wearing an outfit that didn't show shit.

Lucy shook those thoughts out of his head and instead relaxed. He wanted to have fun with his companions for now, as they might not be able to down the road...

Thinking of the future, Lucy could only chuckle wryly.

"Unohana, I think it's time to continue the training"

Unohana's eyes lit up as she heard Lucy say that.

"Ohh, do I train you personally one on one again?" Unohana asked with a gentle smile, but there was a hint of excitement in it.

Looking at Unohana's smile, Lucy felt a chill down his spine. He quickly shook his head and refused.

"I think I can manage training on my own for the basics... What I meant was for us to work as a team, and experience actual battles"

"What did you have in mind Lucy?"

"How about daily battles, us three vs you"

Unohana raised her eyebrows "no offense Lucy, but even if there were a hundred more of you, you wouldn't even scratch me"

Lucy nodded, understanding that Unohana with her strength could easily kill thousands of him, and that's with her holding back.

But he didn't plan to train like that, his main goal this time was to fix their teamwork for future problems.

With that in mind, Lucy threw two pebbles tied up with some vines to Unohana.

"Us three will try and take those pebbles from you, and you keep it away from us" Lucy said with a smile, he was implementing Naruto's famous bell training.

Unohana smiled, understanding the thought. Although they still had a low chance, if Unohana held back by 99%.

Looking at Unohana's smile Lucy shuddered remembering how he made her carry him for a few days.

"Please go easy on me..."
