Thank god ISSTH completed before this sh***y war between QI and ww , still i am reading novels from both sites, chinese authors are great creators of imaginative world. If QI going to monopolise all the chinese novels and then putting paypal for reading novels, then i have to stop this amazing journey in chinese novels because i cant afford it. But i hope this doesn't happen.....

A really Good novel.. one of my favorites but this was and is still on Wuxiaworld.. It shouldn't be here on Qidian.... But all the same the novel although has the typical Xianxia Novel setting it still stands out as on of the best in that category ...

Disgusting. Way too much idiocy and talking nonsense. I mean, after all the build-up for yet another tournament, there's three chapters of talking rubbish before anyone even throws a punch? I get that the author's getting paid more by putting more words up, but this level of fillers is ridiculous. Also somewhere along the way, I got really annoyed with the main character. When I found myself rooting for his enemies to beat the crap out of him, I realized I really shouldn't be reading this any more. I'm out.

Its a good novel. Although some parts are really slow and some characters are really annoying... The novel has really good moments as well that make your heart race. Character development is fantastic. If I must point out a down side is that there are way to many fights and each can last many chapters. I recommend this novel!!

Start out good. Fall off fast. I got hooked by how much story contained in a chapter. It feels the progress is quite fast, less bullsh*t and get straight to the point. It shows how the mc is slowly growing. Too bad after around 200+ chapters it starts to worsen. More fillers, boring battles, nonsense cultivation system, inconsistent mc personality, repetitive plot. I actually read word per word before but find myself skim almost every chapters after 250+. And I still know what the hell is happening. Straight skipping battles, there's no need to bother reading those useless description, jump onto the battle result and you still wont miss anything. No need to remember new technique or weapon obtained, since dozens chapters later it would be replaced. No need to remember names too, they'll soon be forgotten and never appear again anyway. Definitely just skip cultivation/technique description, same reason, it will soon be forgotten and didnt even have any effect on battles or whatsoever.

actually this novel doesnt have 1300+ chapters.It has just 20-30 chapters and rest is just recursion same ****.One celled characters.All enemies are just same **** :D just different names what a joke novel.Same battles with just cultivation names changed :D everything is same **** worst novel you can read.

Thos novel is pretty nice, the Character Development is solid. The obly problem is thst its getting kinda boring. Humiliated Breakthrough Faceslap Its a Endless circle, with no interesting plot. What is even more sad is that the Mc just learns new technics but doesnt do anything on his own, the plot armor is so strong that even a chicken could be the emporer. Dont want to be mean but thats it

Take a long long time, I finally finished reading. The development of the character from being a weak kid who is sensitive to avenge his father. Untill he killed Lin Langthian and became a martial practioner who has rapidly developed his strenght over the younger generation, and he became the strongest in the world who could kill Yimo Emperror that even the Anciant Symbol Master could not be eliminated. This novel teaches the acquaintance to put forth effort to improve themselves and that without effort, great success will not happen.

Too good a novel. The world is developed quite good so are the characters. Fight scenes are choreographed well. All in all a memorable novel.

If you've read Battle Through The Heavens and want a similar experience, then Martial Universe is for you. Starting from an insignificant clan, coming across a treasure with a spirit inside who helps the MC quickly increase his cultivation, competition arc every corner, progressing from one small town to a greater region and finally at the peak of the world. Although there ARE just as many cultivation levels as BTTH, it's not as broken. The first 3/5th of the story may feel repetitive; cultivating, competition arc, treasure hunting with some plot development in between. However, the real fun starts after that. The events prior may as well be considered as a foundation for MC's character and cultivation. The latter part of the story is what's great about this novel. Much action, heart wrenching feels, and true anticipation for what's going to happen is what makes the latter part different. Another part that I personally liked was that most characters (not just MC and his group), whether from the beginning or from the middle of the story, has actual roles in the latter part of the story. If kinda feels nice when everything connects at the end. Also, there's a small cameo of Xiao Yan from BTTH at the very end of the story. (Irrelevant Spoiler: Both MCs travel to the same universe at the end.)

this was the first light novel I ever read and honestly it opened a new door for me. the battles and the struggles in this story are the best... leading all the way to the final showdown. all and all I would totally recommend this book to anyone who wants to see the power or willpower and how it is sometimes all you need to keep pushing forward.

One of my All Time Favourite Novel everything is well done including Plot Development , Character Design , World Building , there are many Heart-stirring moments in there as well especially the ending parts which are an absolute masterpiece I have personally read this Novel overall 4 Times so if you want to read a good Xuanhuan Novel this is the one for you!

I give this novel an overall rating of 5 perfect star.. You know why? Cause while I've been readingthis novel I really felt the feelings that it want to express.. I laughed, I cried, I've been excited with their adventure, I felt suspense, I've been scared for the characters.. I sometimes think it's complicated with the love stories... Hahaha... I really enjoy experiencing mixed emotions...
