Ch 34: The Golden Staircase

Everyone watching was stunned speechless by what happened and looked at yang feng fearfully. While Su Yan and some girls on the other hand were mesmerized by the scene in front of them and all had their own thoughts, which they decided to keep to themselves.

While all this happened, suddenly the beast cores from all the 5th tier monsters started floating, including the two yang feng had with him. Not many noticed the two cores coming from yang feng.

But the ones those did noticed, looked at him as if looking at a monster. The cores meant the he himself had killed two 5th tier monster beast and as yang feng was not found by anyone since the opening of the cave, not even by his fellow sect members, meant that he killed the beast's alone.

As the cores were going higher and higher, yang feng took the tortoise corpse into his inventory, which many noticed but didn't know what happened, and shouted towards the disciples of High Heaven Pavilion," all of you retreat ten miles from here!"

No one said anything and retreated as they were told. This was because he was not a trial disciple but a core disciple of the sect, who had a great reputation even among the elders of the sect.

As the disciples were retreating he looked towards Su Yan who was standing not far away from him. "Let's go." He said that and both flew towards the disciples of their sect.

The other two sects saw them retreating and carefully retreated the same distance noticing that a cyclone was beginning to form around the suspended cores.

"We can talk now, if you want to ask something." Yang feng asked Su Yan once they sent the disciples to go and recover. "Where have you been since entering the cave." Su Yan asked him after looking at him for a moment.

Yang feng just smiled and said,"looking for opportunities.", Su Yan nodded as everyone would do the same. "Is this much distance enough or should we retreat more." Su Yan asked while looking towards the cyclone.

"This should be enough." Yang Feng replied also looking at the magnificent but deadly scene of nature unfolding in front of him. He then turned his focus to the two pair of people and a single person approaching him.

He saw and recognized them, the first one was Hu Mie'er and Hu Jiao'er, while the second one was Feng xiqi of the storm manor with the same girl from the canon. The third one being his brother yang kai.

"Greetings Brother Yang, that was quite the punch, this feng really admires you." Feng xiqi said, "brother Feng doesn't need to beat around the bushes, you want to ask about what is going on right now, right?" Yang feng ignored the flattery and asked Feng xiqi with an amused smile.

Seeing that his purpose was discovered Feng xiqi just said," please enlighten me brother yang."

Yang feng didn't delay either and asked," brother Feng, can you tell where we are right now.". Feng xiqi looked at him strangely and said," in the inheritance cave?"

Yang feng unbothered by his gaze asked," and what is there in the inheritance cave?" When he said this feng xiqi had a look of understanding and excitement on his face. "Does brother yang mean...?"

He asked to confirm, to which yang feng just nodded and looked towards the growing cyclone, "the true inheritance of the cave is about to reveal itself." Yang feng stated, confirming not just feng xiqi's but the doubts of everyone who were just listening to their conversation.

The four then greeted him and left towards their sects disciples. He then shifted his focus towards yang Kai who was looking at him with some worry.

"Why are you looking ate like that brat.", he said in a playful tone. Yang kai hearing his tone just shook his head with a sigh, "looks like your ok then."

Yang feng just smiled and asked, "how was your adventure since entering the cave, I saw that you seem to have a really good relation with the Hu sisters." Yang feng said with a smirk on his face.

"Like you are any better.", he replied indicating subtly towards Su Yan, who was just recovering while sitting cross legged. At this yang feng didn't say anything but only glanced at her for a moment.

"*Hah* it's good that you are ok. You should recover till the inheritance reveals it's self." Yang kai said, having heard the talk yang feng had with the others and walked away.

Yang feng looked at his retreating back for a moment and sat down cross legged and ate a pill to recover full his full strength till the golden palace shows it's self.

It took a few hours for the cyclone to come to a stop and reveal a golden staircase that seemed to lead to heavens.

When the cyclone was close to stopping, yang feng suddenly got a mission from the system.

Reading the missions and rewards he didn't show much of an interest in anything except the map and unknown item, but shifted focused on the golden staircase in front of him, the next moment.

When yang feng saw the golden staircase clearly, he could hardly control himself. So when the winds stopped blowing he directly leeped into the air and flew towards the staircase, while his voice reached Su Yan," see you on the top."

Instead he immediately used his Qi cultivation scripture 'Celestial Chaos Scripture'. Although his technique was not a pure yang technique, but it could absorb anytype of Qi, which included yang Qi.

When he used his Qi cultivation scripture, the Qi in the staircase started entering his dantian at a really fast pace. He didn't stop to absorb all the Qi contained in the step and continued accending the stairs.

When he reached the 100th step the Qi changed to Yin Qi. Yang feng unbothered with change continued to revolve his scripture and absorb the Qi.

The Qi attribute of the stairs kept on changing every 100 steps. He had noticed that the amount of Qi kept on increasing with each 100 steps, when he reached the 2000th step an idea came to his mind.

He then stopped for a moment and started using both Qi Cultivation scripture and Body Tempering Technique at the same time. When he did, the Qi entering his body multiplied by 3 times.

Sensing this yang feng was satisfied and started accending the stairs again. He was able to reach the top in just a few hours. During his 10,000 steps climbing, his body had absorbed a lot of Qi.

So when he reached the top his Qi cultivation had increased from the initial 4th stage True Element Realm to 5th stage True Element Realm, while his Body Cultivation increased from Low Tier 3 (1st stage) to high Tier 3 (7th stage).

When he had climbed the initial 10,000 step a wind blew from the top of the stairs and pushed all the males from the stairs, who in turn started wailing and cursing whoever was the reason.

Yang feng who was the reason for the wind didn't know nor did he care and was focusing on the 100 more stairs that came into his view.

When he stepped on the first step, he felt a much more violent yang Qi entering his body, but that Qi was swiftly absorbed by him. He then continued to go up the stairs and when he reached the 100th step, he came face to face with a wall made of pure yin Qi.

"This is it.", yang feng then gathered the yang Qi that had entered his body and attacked the wall using his fist.

*Creak* *Creak*

As he punched the wall, cracks started showing on it and it shattered the next moment. When it shattered, a golden gate came in view of yang feng. "Finally reached it."

He pushed open the gates and entered with a triumphant smile on his face, but found that there was no one in the palace. "Did I arrive earlier than Su Yan?", yang feng thought to himself and looked at the two sources in front of him, the Dragon source and the Phoenix source.

"Looks like I'm the one who has to wait for Su Yan to come." Yang feng said to himself and sat down in front of the two sources and thinking of what to do after he goes out of the inheritance cave.

Hey guys! So I was reading some info on the fandom and came across the Heavens Order bloodline. It said the Heavens Order bloodline is the parent bloodline of all divine beasts, so does that make her like a mother of yang kai in the original 🧐.

When I add her (you know who) in the harem, would it be counted as incest? Or not? [I don't really care about the answer, was just curious😂😂. She will be in the harem.).
