[Foundation Rejuvenation Nirvana Pill]

[Description: A pill made by (???) Grade Alchemist. It can be used by cultivators of all realms. It is a pill that is said to allow the consumer to be reborn like a Phenoix experiencing Nirvana and rebuild his cultivation foundation.The pill's medical properties are divided into 5 parts, each part stronger then the previous one, and can be absorbed consciously by the user once each major foundation realms.

The pill absorbs all of your cultivation and makes you drop to the Peak of the lowest realm (body tempering). From there the pill will slowly release your cultivated energy back to you in steady stream(depending on the usage of Qi by the user and the amount of Qi absorbed by the pill), so that it can be used to quickly perfect your foundation.]

Yang feng was staring intensely at the orange-red color pill in his palm. The pill was covered in distinct cloud marks, those seemed to be alive and revolving around the pill. The pills fragrance contained something special, his body was craving the pill with such hunger that he physically recoiled just resisting it. He instinctively felt that the pill will allow him a chance in achieving perfection that he so desires.

Yang feng could not hold himself back any longer and placed the pill into his mouth, although he felt that the pill would have been more effective if he took it after increasing his cultivation.

But he also knew that it was the best choice to eat it as quickly as possible. Once the pill entered his stomach, he felt a terrifying absorbtion power that absorbed all of his yuan qi and the sharp decrease in his cultivation realm.

It did not even took him a few minutes before he fell from the 5th stage initial Element to 9th Stage Body Tempering Realm.

Once the absorption was completed. He began to clear his mind and thought back to the method he created to improve his body tempering realm.

Once he stabilized his state of mind. He swiftly entered his mind palace and reached the part where his body tempering technique was stored at.

Previously he had only been using the first part of the technique and forgot about the it's latter parts. Now he was here to learn all the parts or at least as much parts as he can.

It took him a few hours to reach his limit and he had only read upto the third part of the technique. Although he could not learn the complete technique similar to his Qi cultivation scripture, he still got the information he needed in these three parts.

He left his mind palace and circulated the second part of the Primal Chaos Body Refining Technique which allows the user to refine his body in segments.

The refining was done in four sections:

1) Skin, muscles, bones.

2) viscera/5 main organs

3) bone marrow

4) blood

He went for the first section and used the energy the pill was providing in a small stream, as the source and began tempering his skin.

As soon as he began, he felt as if someone was using steel nails to poke all the pores of his skin. Although feeling pain yang feng persisted. The pain was increasing with each passing minute, even a few seconds seemed to have turned into hours for him.

From steel nails poking his skin, to felling his skin burning, to feeling as if ants were crawling and biting him on everything part of the skin and many such feeling that felt like his skin was going through different types of tortures.

Although he was feeling such pain he did not let out a scream, he only grunted a few times while grinding his teeths.

After a whole day of refining his skin, yang feng could be seen laying down in the cave. His face was pale as a sheet, sweat dripping from all over his body. Although he looked miserable there was a small satisfied smile on his lips and his skin looked to be brand-new now.

{A-Note: Remember that his whole body has been refined to a certain degree in the body tempering realm.}

"Finally done.*sigh* although I was able to do the skin tempering there is still a lot to be done." He said weakly while laying down on the floor. He knew that he was able to complete skin tempering so quickly because his body was already tempered to 9th Stage of body tempering realm. Otherwise it would take a lot of time.

After a few minutes of rest he slowly stood up and checked on the arrays he had set up before swallowing the pill. He planned on living here for some time so he laid down there simple arrays, a concealment array to hide the enterence to the cave, a voice blocking array to keep the sound of his screams from going out of the cave, and a High-common grade Qi gathering array, with the materials he had stored in his inventory.

After confirming that the arrays were fine. He took out a piece wolf's meat, he had taken from the body of the wolf he had he killed. After Setting on a fire near the enterence of the cave, he cooked the meat with some spices he took from the kitchen before leaving his house.

After having eaten his fill. He laid down near the fire to get some heat. After some time he went to sleep, but not in a deep sleep. He would wakeup at anytime someone or something was getting near him or he felt any disturbance. After his fight with the wolf he had been on constant alert, especially now that his cultivation was back in the body tempering realm.

A few hours later, he woke up and started cultivating again. This time refining his muscles. Starting the refining, he first felt his muscles gradually becoming hot and when they reached a certain point they began tearing apart all over his body.

No matter how ready yang feng was, he still let out a scream filled with pain. He screamed but did not stop the circulation of his technique. This time he was not able to cultivate for the whole day but still completed about 30% of the muscles refining.

And so the days went by as he continued to refine different parts of his body all the while enduring the heart-wrenching, gut- piercing pain, with his screams filling the cave.
