Ruin you

Sage's eyes widened in shock.

"Never!" She growled and placed her hands on his chest to push him away but he held her even closer making sure that their bodies pressed against each other.

"You cannot defy me nor can you resist me," He whispered with pride and she shivered due to his cold breath that fanned her ear. "No one can resist me not even a parrot like you."

Sage could not believe her ears. She had gotten married to kill her spouse and he had also gotten married to her to kill her. Why was he speaking like this?

"Let me go." She growled angrily.

"Why should I?" Cyrus asked, his voice emotionless.

"Your subjects are staring and I am sure they will not like to see their king get slaughtered by his wife," She said trying her best to be calm.

No matter how she denied it, being the arms of Cyrus was making her feel strange. She actually felt comfortable and felt like she was going insane.

Arthur watched the couple in awe and so were the people passing by but they were scared off by the black nine tailed fox who was standing beside the road side.

"How unfortunate," Cyrus said with a chuckle and finally released Sage who immediately raised her hand to his cheek but froze when her stomach made a loud sound.

Her face turned red in embarrassment while Cyrus narrowed his eyes at her then walked away into the carriage where his panthers were.

"Sage, what have you placed yourself into?" She asked herself nervously and swallowed hard.

She walked towards the carriage and looked at the ground seeing snowflake who now look like darkflake. Sage was frightened but for some reason, he still looked adorable and she could not help but carry him in her arms.

"I can not be scared of you," She giggled and climbed into the carriage.

The sun was already setting when they arrived back at the castle.

Sage was the first to exit the carriage, holding a snowflake in her arms and her crimson clothing, after a silent voyage. She made no effort to wait for Arthur to open the door for her.

When Cyrus noticed that she had entered the castle with his nine-tailed fox, he frowned at Arthur, who was staring at him while deep in thought.

"What?" Cyrus asked offended.

Arthur came out of his thoughts and laughed nervously. "I am sorry your majesty, I am just surprised." Arthur said and lowered his head to avoid those sharp slit blue eyes.

"And why is that?" Cyrus asked and looked at his demon panthers who were at his sides staring at Arthur.

"You seem more chatty in this form of yours." Arthur replied.

Cyrus had switched form with his guardians because they probably felt that he was in danger. Cyrus knew that Sage must have said something threatening that triggered them to switch forms. It was obvious that she had said something to snowflake before they stepped into the shop.

His personality changed drastically in his dark form, he was more than ruthless and heartless.

Cyrus who didn't expect the sudden switch back at the shop, left the main room to the back room next to the changing room to switch into his dark form. His hands always itched to spill blood during the switch which was why he told Sage not to come out of the changing room. Lisa had unexpectedly followed him which led to him killing her silently and unfortunately, he didn't regret it.

Arthur knew that in his dark form, he hardly spoke and just killed wordlessly without hesitation but it seemed like he was now chatty with his wife.

"To be honest, I am surprised myself," Cyrus said with a deep chuckle.

Arthur's eyes widened in shock but he controlled himself and cleared his throat.

"The warriors are in the castle to have an important meeting with you sire," He informed and Cyrus nodded.

"Go to the forest and hunt," Cyrus told Venus and Ares then walked away from the carriage into the castle.

"Cyrus!" A familiar feminine voice called excitedly.

Cyrus sighed as Isabella appeared running towards him. He stood and waited for her until she stopped harshly and bumped her head on his shirt and coat covered chest.

"S.. I'm sorry," She apologized groaning in pain as she rubbed her forehead.

Cyrus stared at her with full disinterest. "What?" He asked.

Isabella laughed nervously as she admired Cyrus in his dark state. He was deadly handsome, his aura was frightening and unapproachable but she was in hurry to talk to him.

"I saw the mage walking away with snowflake and a dress in her arms," She said slowly trying to start a conversation but the boredom in Cyrus's blue slit eyes was eating her up and making her feel tiny. "Well I um.. I know you hate her." She suddenly said.

Cyrus did not react neither did the boredom in his eyes disappear and Isabella felt intimidated.

She knew how quiet and heartless Cyrus was in his dark state.

"I..." She didn't know what to say anymore and Cyrus was getting even more bored. "Cyrus.." She paused again nervously.

Cyrus without saying a word, walked around her and away from her. He went straight to his room to see snowflake who was still in his dark form curled like a ball on the bed and there was no sign of Sage.

His eyes trailed to the balcony and sighted a certain red head standing there. His lips pulled up and he walked towards her.

"Do not come closer." Sage said without looking at him.

"And you think I will obey you?" Cyrus questioned, ran in her direction, grabbed her arm, and forced her to look at him.

She came close to him when he put his arm around her waist.

Her small hands were on his chest as she attempted to push him away, and he loved the wrath that was evident in those emerald eyes of hers. Her chest was harshly rising and falling as a sign that she was extremely angry.

"I told you not to touch me!" She screamed angrily.

"And I told you that you will bear my child." Cyrus said calmly.

"You really want to die in my hands." Sage growled, her eyes turned raging fiery red.

"You have been saying that for a while now," Cyrus said unbothered.

"I shall find your weakness Cyrus Dragos, I stand on my words that I shall kill you on your birthday." Sage said confidently.

"And I shall not bother to delay the time to claim you dear wife," He whispered and leaned his face to her ears. He heard her heartbeat skip a beat and a devious smile appeared on his lips. "I will ruin you." He whispered, let go of her, and walked away rendering her dumbfounded.
