Dave was interrupted by a ring tone from someone else's phone.Members seated in the room , started to throw curses at the person who refused to turn his phone off.

Avery was startled when she heard her phone ring ,she bit her lips when everyone was looking at her ,later she brought out the phone to disconnect the call when she heard a deep voice beside her

"Well are you going to answer it or what?"Alex said .

She looked at him dumbfounded before she nodded her head ,she walked out of the meeting room to answer the phone call.

She looked at the caller's id and looked her eyes at it .The call was from her bestie ,Suzy ,she was the only person who could call her anytime she wanted and the caller's id was kinda intimated ,she saved her number"Baby girl"

"What!?"Avery yelled at her.

"Woah!!,girl come down,what's the yelling for?"Suzy asked.

"You literally called me at the wrong time ,what do you expect"Avery said rolling her eyes

"Ouch!how can you say that to me , I'm sorry ,I couldn't come to the park as we planned ,my boss added extra work to my current activity,that's why I couldn't come"Suzy said

"So why didn't you inform me?"Avery asked

"Baby Avery ,as I said I was busy "Suzy said in a tiny voice.

"OK , whatever, I'm busy right now , I'll call you back"Avery said.

Suzy whined when she heard what Avery said to her.

"Avery , I'm sorry,just listen up will you?"

"Will talk later, I've got a meeting to attend"she said.

"OH MY GOODNESS!You got the job didn't you?"Suzy asked in a surprised tone.

"Yeah,yeah whatever , we'll talk to later".Avery said before disconnecting the call.

She took a deep breath before entering the meeting room ,all eyes were on her again when she entered , she wondered if she has committed any crime.

"Begin"Alex said to everyone.

Spending hours in the meeting room ,Alex began to yawn .Alex looked at her the looked at everyone seated there.

Introduce yourself"He said to no one in particular.

Avery bent down and asked in his ear

"Are you talking to me?.

Alex looked at her then said harshly

"Yes, I'm talking to you ,who else is new here?"

Avery rolled her eyes at him

"OK, I'm Avery ,the boss's secretary"
