i usually dont write reviews, but i really do like this particular book. the main thing is that it is so hard to find a female lead cultivation book where the mc can stand on her own, and is focused purely on getting stronger with her own power through non-broken ways. dont get me wrong, i dont mind some romance with a female MC. but usually female cultivaton novels end up being A. a female lead who was wronged by her family, Fiancé, sister ect. and is spending 500 chapters plotting a complicated revenge that could have been wrapped up in 50 b. instead of being a fighter she is a doctor or alchemist and needs to be constantly rescued c. she has some insane system that gives her all her powers. also, the mc isnt having interference from a male mc who is A. overbearing and domineering b. over possessive of the female lead to the point of yandere c. stupidly overpowered in wealtj, status or power to the point of overshadowing the female mc. It is a solid cultivation wuxia novel that has a good female MC that is not overshadowed or overly weak or brokenly OP.
5/5 because just reading the initial chapters, i fell inlove with this novel ♥️ I love the writing style and so as the plot. It felt like I was not reading but watching a movie instead. I will stay tuned for Ming Yue's adventure and growth as the story progresses. Great job author-nim 🥰 If you have yet to read, I say READ!
I only have one word for this novel, one word only. Are you curious about my one word too? Why so curious? Stop reading to find out my one word man. Omg, please stop being so curious. Curiosity will kill the cat, don't you know this. Fine, seeing how you're so desperate to know my one word. It's collection. What's collection? Obviously, it's adding this novel to your library fool.
the developement of the world through the protagonists eyes is skillfully done. It may be a cultivation story, but it reads like a true novel, and I truly hope the writer enjoys writing it as much as I do reading it. Strong character developement, a plot with little to no holes, a well developed and described world, and a constant opportunity to expand. I took the time to make a fan cover with how much I enjoyed it. mostly AI generated but I hope somebody likes it.
Hey! Well, I found this books' synopsis interesting at first glance that I started reading a hundred chapters for a whole day. The story is not like something that I have read before. It completely portrayed the character of the female cultivator that isn't bound to anything and does whatever she wants to do with confidence. It's refreshing to find out that there is no male lead here, but overall, it's interesting and I will continue to read more. KUDOS to the writer!~
Oh gosh, I have no words to say to describe how much I absolutely LOVE this book. It has a strong FL, but well, plenty of books have that. The unique thing about this book is that it has no romantic interest. The ones that I usually see always have a male MC, which is fine but as a girl, ya know I prefer reading female MCs. And while there isn’t essentially anything wrong with MLs, how many cultivation stories with an ML doesn’t halfway through turn into the ML helping the girl with everything? Or the whole goal at the start changes to revolve around the ML? That’s also the main reason for me quitting so many books halfway through. On another note, the author’s style of writing is really clear and continues the flow of the book really well. I feel morivated to write a novel myself because of you author, though my motivation is short-lived and only lasted one chapter haha
