Slowly Waking Up

It's been three weeks, Aria was now in her private room the twins and Jason would be with her from 11 am to 4 pm they would tell her about their day when they wouldn't visit her and they read books to her, she would open her eyes here and there but would close it. They asked the doctors what that was about, and they told them she's forcing herself to wake up but her body is still weak and needs more rest, her brain activity is still strong. So Jason spoke to Aria telling her just to rest, after that Aria kept sleeping she hasn't open her eyes yet again for five days.

"Water" a horsed voice was heard

Jason and Donnie stop talking and looked towards the bed and saw Aria looking at them, Jason poured warm water for her as Donnie moved the bed up a little for her to sit as Jason help her drink the water once she was done she sigh out.

"Where the boys?" she asked

"Mom took them to the amusement park with dad and your father, they will be here tomorrow " Jason said

"You want to see them don't you?" Donnie asked

"Yes, but let them have fun. I'm still let tired" Aria said

"Yes the doctor said you will be sleepy, after you wake up" Jason said

"I know I am a doctor too" Aria said

"Well, I am glad your awake. I'll tell the family to come until tomorrow when your a little bit up more" Donnie said

"Hmm, I'm hungry now though" Aria said

"I'll get you some soup" Jason said

Jason walked out of the room, as Aria lead back.

"Did you guys find out who attacked us?" Aria said

"Aria" Donnie said

"I know you guys don't want to worry me but I was shot and before I killed that guys he was talking to someone" Aria said

"What did he say?" Donnie said

Aria was about to open her mouth when Jason came back into the room and saw them.

"What is it?" he asked

"Aria, said the guy said something" Donnie said

"What did he say" Jason said

"He said [the girls is shot] and then someone spoke to him and he said [copy that] he was about to shot me again when I stab him in the neck" Aria said

"Hmm, so they were the target" Jason said

"What?" Donnie said

"The boys room at the house were a mess like they were looking for them, and just a few days ago my assistant found the pictures of Aria and the two boys in the other guys pocket so we checked all the men and they all had their pictures." Jason said

"Why didn't you tell us?" Donnie said

"Because, their my family" Jason said

"We are all family" Donnie said

"Guys stop, what is important now is protecting the kids and the whole family" Aria said

Jason and Donnie calm down a bit.

"We have my men and Donnie's mean following them" Jason said

"Where's seven? I want him to watch the boys" Aria said

"After the attack they went after Seven's sister, she got lucky one of her friends was wearing her clothes so they got the wrong girl. The girl was saved but shaken up from the kidnapping, they are coming back from England now they had to settle some stuff first" Jason said

"Okay" Aria said

Aria yawned out, so Jason told her to take a nap while they wait for the food she nodded and went back to sleep for a bit, Donnie went to work so Jason stayed with Aria. The family heard that Aria was awake but they agreed to meet her until tomorrow since she was still sleepy. The twins wanted to see their mother that they called Jason if they can spend the night over there, Aria hear their plea to Jason.

"They must have worried about me, just have them set up another bed for them" Aria said

Jason was hesitant but he nodded his head and test his assistant to bring the boys he also asked the nurse to bring in an extra cot so the boys can sleep in he didn't want either of them laying with Aria since her wound was still healing. When Jason got back into the room he saw that Aria fell asleep again, so he waited outside for the boys to come so he can tell them that she is sleeping.

"Dad!" Jude said

Jason saw his oldest son walking to him, while Julian was being carried by his assistant.

"What's wrong with Julian?" Jason asked worried

"Sleeping, I wanted to see mom before I sleep" Jude said

"Well your mother is sleeping now, I set up a bed for you both" Jason said

He picked up Jude as they went into the room, Jude saw his mother sleeping on the bed.

"Can I kiss her goodnight?" Jude asked

"Okay" Jason said

He laid Julian down first and picked up Jude and help him lean over Aria to give her a kiss, Aria felt something wet and warm she open her eyes and saw one of her son kissing her, she could tell by his eyes it was Jude.

"Jude" Aria whispered

"Mommy" Jude sob out

He got out of Jason's hold and hugged her arm tight as he cried, Aria had tears in her eyes too as she rub his head trying to calm him down, he finally stop because he had hiccups.

"I'm so glad your up mommy" Jude said

"I know baby, but mommy had a wonderful dream of you, your brother, and everyone else" Aria said

"Was I a big boy in your dreams?" Jude said

"Yes you were very handsome just like your daddy" Aria said

"Don't sleep for long anymore mommy" Jude said

"Okay, you sleep then mommy will be here" Aria said

"Okay, night mommy I love you" Jude said

"I love you too baby" Aria said

Jude fell asleep by Aria as Jason laid by Julian the family of four went to sleep.
