37-Night out.
A night on earth, something I don't really enjoy doing, reading on Nova's thoughts, I could tell how much she hates it here, she didn't want to come but didn't want to let me go alone. I agreed on her coming with me, since we have some time before my meeting before the rest make it here, I decided to take Nova shopping, the thing she has back home, I bought them all for her, but she could choose some on her own. I usually leave the job around the earth for Keiran, but this time I had to come myself, I hoped to make it one quick job before leaving.
"What do you want? Other than kisses?" I ask Nova, every time I ask what she wants she says a kiss, but I wanted to spoil her, not make out with her. "Uhmm...new teddy?" she asks, now that's something I could get her, I have a special place we could get to, first she needs to freshen up, how could she mess her hair, and clothes so quickly. I took her toward the bathroom, washed her face for her, fixed her hair, something she never likes, fussed over her clothes, and finally held her hand walking out of the hotel.
I got one of my men to drop one of the many cars I own in front of the hotel, I'm the one driving, I helped her into her seat before getting in the driver seat and taking off toward a special shop, somewhere to get my special girls a special teddy. We made it to build a bear, humans and their ideas, sometimes they come up with good ones, this is one of them. "Ohh!" she says all excited when she saw the shop we topped next to, she was ready to run inside and go get her new bear. "Hold, wait for daddy," I say making her stop, until I got out of the car, opened the door for her, and held her hand walking inside.
She wanted to skip ahead until we made it inside, she went to hide in my side, scared of the other humans, humans that hurt her, humans that never showed her any kindness, I understood her pain, but now she's with me, and I'll never let any of them hurt my little girls, not ever. "Go ahead and choose," I say let her chose what kind of bear she wants, of course, my little girl chose a wolf one. She didn't ask the human for help, instead, she kept coming to my side asking me for help, telling me to do the next step for her, she's too shy to look at anyone but me, we had the wolf all ready with the wolf name stitched to it, "Charity".
"What else would my baby want? Maybe ice cream? New clothes?" I ask walking out of the shop with the bear in her hand. "Ice cream!" she demands, ignoring the clothes option, my baby would choose food over clothes. "Let's go" I say driving toward an ice cream shop, I saw the little wolf, playing with her wolf teddy the whole drive there. "Wait for me" I order her again getting out of the car, opening her side of the car taking her hand and walking inside the shop, again my baby was close to my side, she didn't even talk in front of other people, she just pointed to what she wanted.
We got our ice cream and went back to the car, sitting in there, and eating her ice cream making a big mess of course, I shouldn't feed her ice cream before dinner, but today is a special day, I know how much she hates this place, I'm just trying to make it up for her, until we leave, make this place not as bad as it is in her memory. "I love ice cream, why don't we have it back home? It's cold enough" she says with a pouty face making me chuckle. "I'll add ice cream to our menu" I answer her, making her clap with happiness. "I'm taking you back to the hotel, the rest should be there, I want you to stay with Andy inside the room, order some dinner, watch movies, and go to bed." I order her. "Does bedtime applies? You said bedtime back home, we're not home, I can stay late?" she says with the cutest puppy eyes. I should say no, but it's the only thing that made her smile tonight, I should allow her some freedom, it's the only day we'll be away from home. "Just no leaving the room, stay inside until I come and get you." I say, she nods her head yes quickly. "Yes, yes promise" she says with mischief filling her eyes.
