Preparation for the day

As soon as the plane landed, she rushed out. Taking luggage, she exited the airport. Her family was waiting for her at the exit, holding a signboard "welcome back!!! Lisa". She felt embarrassed seeing that how can they just hold that in public, what will happen to their reputation if any paparazzi click their photos.

'Oh, god..at least they should take care of their image in public' she thought and laughed at their stupidity. She went to her family and hug them one by one.

"Welcome, Darling" Her mother said to her.

"Thanks, mom"

After a small reunion, all of them entered the car and left for their home.

After coming home, she sighed. She really missed her room, her family, her mother's food everything here. After freshening up, her mom called her for dinner. She came down and started having dinner.

While dining, she told, "I heard that Robb and his GF have broken up"

Everyone's hand stopped and looked at her. They looked like they wanted to say something stopped when they saw her eyes were full of excitement and confidence.

"SO..." her dad said

"I was thinking of the promise he made"

"what promise??" her brother asked.

"Oh, bro you forgot!! He promised that at 22yrs of age if he is not with his GF or lover then he will marry me." She said while giggling.

"What??"

"yes, bro...hehehe"

"Mom, Dad, you were there at that time right. You will accept our marriage right if he accepts me ."

Her father was in dazed.

"Dad" She shouted softly, grabbing his hand.

"huh..huh..sure sure I will gladly accept it." Her father said with a reassuring smile.

"Thanks, dad"

She started eating while everyone except her lost their appetite.

After dinner, she went to her room and started planning her proposal to him. She looked at the calendar and clapped merrily.' yes after one week, it's his 22nd birthday'

While on the other side, Father's study room was gloomy.

"Dad, are you gonna let that happen? What if he says no, it will hurt her, you know. Plus is it true that they broke up, I heard that they are gonna hold their wedding next month." Issac said.

"I don't know Issac, but I think we should let her do what she want. If he says no then she will learn that she no chance. If he says yes, then its very good." dad replied.

"Ohh god, why my daughter has to face this. " mom started crying.

"It's okay, dear. She will learn her lesson. then maybe she can move on from him. What we need to do is find someone better than him." dad replied patting mom's shoulder.

"What if her condition deteriorates more than before, dad. What if she does something that she shouldn't do?" Issac said concernedly

"Don't worry, I will assign some bodyguard for her." dad said.

"ok, then, let's see what happen" Issac said.

Then everybody turned silent, secretly praying for her.
