Finally going out

Ren is quite bored this past few days after the Moon Worshipping night. Mar didn't bring her every time he went out for hunting or even going into the village.

On those days, she practices her sewing skills. She is getting better and better, after a lot of tries and a more lot of prick in her hand.

Mar on the other hand have been looking out for the new beast boys that just turn into ages and help them with their training.

Today, her bleeding is gone. And she knows that Mar will let her go out with him if he goes out.

She doesn't really know why he doesn't want to bring her along. All he says is that she must rest until the bleeding stops.

Mar doesn't want Ren to get any more attention.

After breakfast, Ren is readying herself to tell Mar to bring her out with him.

"Mar, my bleeding is gone. Can you bring me with you if you are going on a hunt today? I'm feeling bored in here. I want to go and play by the river and catch some fish."

He understands that being at home all day must be pretty boring, even for a female. He knows that Ren is different than those other females in the village who doesn't want to do anything than being lazy and lay down all day.

"Okay Ren, you can come with me. We can catch some fish for you. Is that all you want today?"

"Yay, thank you. If we can also find some potatoes, that would be lovely. Also, if you can hunt some bird too."

"We will do that. I will find you everything that you wanted." Mar notices the new clothes that she is wearing. "You look wonderful by the way."

"Isn't it pretty? I made it myself from the hide that we gather from your hunt."

"They really look nice on you. If you are ready, then we can go out now."

"Yes, I am. Let's go." She has a bright smile on her face. She is happy going out again after the few days of confinement at home.

Mar brightens up seeing how she looks and smile.

While on the hunt, Mar left Ren beside the river shore, as he knows she will be safer there than going with him for hunting.

She tried catching some fish with no luck. She then just plays in the water while waiting for Mar to come back.

Mar got a lot of potatoes and three different kinds of birds for Ren. He also gets an egg of that big bird that Ren's like so much. He then returns to where she left her.

He saw how happy Ren is, while playing on the water.

Ren then saw him coming and very delighted with what he got.

They cleaned the potatoes in the water and plucked the bird's feathers and cleaned it.

"You really got what I wanted. Thank you Mar. You are the best."

Hearing this makes his heart platter. He really wants to give her everything that she wanted.

"It makes me happy seeing you like this. I will make sure to get what you asked of me."

She then kissed Mar on the lips and then smile.

There goes the butterfly again in his stomach. His face turns red and looking shy.

They went back to the village soon after they are finished with the hunt.

Seeing that they have a lot of food, Ren's tummy grumble, as if she hadn't eaten since morning.

This makes Mar laughed.

"I will prepare this so we can eat. What would you like to do with this bird and potatoes?"

"Can we make a bird stew with potatoes?"

"Sure thing. I will start cooking now. You can change your clothes and dry yourself."

Mar then went to the kitchen and starting cooking, while Ren dry herself up and changed.

She went to the kitchen. Seeing Mar busy cooking, she feels happy. She has now a family, and a handsome one too.

She then hugs him from his back and close her eyes.

Mar is surprised with the sudden hug, but happy that Ren's is hugging him.

"Thank you Mar, for taking care of me."

"You don't always have to say thank you. I like what I am doing."

"But I wanted to say it. So, thank you."

Mar face Ren and kiss her on the forehead. He feels lucky having her as a mate. He just wishes that she won't take more mates. Or this happy moment will be gone for sure.
