Chapter 5: A Trap, Or A Double Trap?

- You are a strong and skillful hacker that the boss recruited you personally, so how hard can it be? (HENRY)

Both Tom and Henry were stunned by his response, but also at the same time curious about what he will say next, except Carlos who already knew the answer.

It was a petite woman around 1.65cm with olive skin color. Her brows were arched thick styled, with long straight loose bangs with side-swept black hair. Her eyes were upturned feline dark brown, her face was round soft, with Grecian soft nose and small heart lips.

- Miss me, already Kris?? (ANNA)

- Please don't joke like that. When you suddenly were gone, I thought it was Ivan. (KRISTY)

- No, it was just a desperate gangster who wanted to save his brother that got shot. Luckily, I have the best hacker who managed to find my location. (ANNA)

All four of them were in the car heading to the destination, but all of them deep down had a bad feeling that they couldn't admit.

Soon after, that bad feeling became reality! All eleven cars have been hacked and controlled by someone else. The hacker separated all the cars into different directions at full speed.

- Oh no! We got separated from the other cars! (TOM)

- Ron, do something! (HENRY)

- Is the hacker Anna or someone else? (TOM)

- I guess soon we will find out! (CARLOS - CALM)

- HOW THE HELL CAN YOU BE SO CALM RIGHT NOW? I CAN'T EVEN HACK FREE! (RON)

- Will it change the situation or save us if I start panicking and screaming like a girl? (CARLOS)

All three of them were quiet and embarrassed by losing their cools so easily. They knew that they were walking into a trap, indeed they underestimated their opponent, and now they were paying the price for their arrogance. But who would have thought that it would happen so soon?

- Stay calm! Observe the area or anything that will be useful to notify our men to come for reinforcement later. (Carlos)
