Unfamiliar Feelings
"Welcome to Bellarocca Hotel and Resort sir, ma'am" Aaliyah and Kristel greeted the newly arrived guests of the hotel simultaneously as they hung a sampaguita necklace around their necks.
The way they act and look, you can tell that they are foreign guests, Aaliyah thought except for a male guest who is staring at her intently, Aaliyah is used to be being stared at for a long time by male guests because of her unique beauty that being misunderstood as asian american because of her chinita eyes and creamy complexion, thin and naturally red lips, and her height which is not normal for an asian female, plus her flickering lashes. She was a little taken aback by the stare of the man whose mysterious eyes seemed to penetrate her soul.
Kristel who was on her side elbowed her.
"We ... Welcome sir at Bellarocca Hotel and Resort" Aaliyah stammered and at the same time hung the flower necklace around the man's neck.

The male guest who seemed to be amused by Aaliyah's reaction. He walked along with the other guests inside the Hotel but Aaliyah was still standing.
"Hey besh what happened to you? You're not used to it, all of our male guests are handsome, especially foreign male guests" Kristel said with a shudder but she didn't notice because as female front desk personnel she needs to be professional in her actions.
"Huh ?, nothing!" Aaliyah replied and she walked towards the front desk.
Kristel also followed her friend, she was fascinated by her actuation, this is the first time she saw her friend's reaction to a male guest.
6:12 pm
"Where's Joshua?" Aaliyah asked her friend Kristel inside the Hotel's Shuttle bus.
"Ms. Tiger told him to do a straight duty" Kristel is referring to their front desk manager.
"But I saw him in the male locker room to change the hotel uniform, I just got in the shuttle bus late because a guest asked for helped with his luggage"
"Ahh That's why you weren't on our seat when I went up here" I heard Ms. Tiger talking to him, because one of the male staff at the front desk for night shift was unable to report for duty, that's how I saw Joshua’s face could not be painted, Kristel explained with a smile

"Who ?" Aaliyah asked innocently.
"Mr Miguel Alvaro Monteagudo" she said. Kristel had looked earlier the name of the male guest in the database of the hotel's itinerary of reservation.
"Who's that?" Aaliyah asked in astonishment.
"The male guest earlier" Kristel observed her best friends facial reaction while looking other staff inside the shuttle bus
Fortunately, All of the Hotel’s staff were busy watching the beautiful views outside the shuttle that will pass by it.
"Crazy! Ms. Kristel Serdoncillo, you stopped."
"Okay, Fine! Kristel calmed down, she knew her friend when she mentioned her full name so she stopped.
"Poor Joshua, we have too many hotel guests this morning, and our friend is already tired" Kristel changed the topic
"Because its opening Day of the Business World Summit that’s why there are so many businessmen foreign guests who checked in to Bellarocca for 3 days event.
Their beloved province was chosen to host the annual World Business Summit that year. It was a big help to the tourism of their province.

It was already dark when the shuttle bus arrived after an hour's journey to town proper.
The shuttle bus stopped at the town proper to unload the other staffs.
“I have to go beshy” Kristel suddenly bid goodbye to Aaliyah
"Why? Your house still far from here" Aaliyah asked curiously.
"I have to get my Mother’s dress at the dress shop, I texted the owner to wait for me, I'll just ride the tricycle from here, be careful“ She kissed her best friend and got off the shuttle.
"Be careful too besh, I won't be able to go with you I’m already tired, we need to come at the hotel early tom."
"No worries besh" And finally Kristel got off the shuttle ..
A few minutes later, Aaliyah got off the shuttle in front of the subdivision. She immediately rode the tricycle that was reserved for the residents entering the subdivision.
"Good eve mom" As she kissed her mother’s hand when the door opened.
"May God bless you”, Change your dress first and you may eat your dinner with your brother” Mother Julie replied.
Aaliyah just took off the blazer and scarf around her neck and laid it on the sofa with the shoulder bag and walk straight to the kitchen.
"Mom where is Kevin" Aaliyah asked.
“He is in the dressing room, he was just arrived from school, Kevin; your sister is here you can eat together" Shouted the mother.
"Hi big sister!" Greeted Kevin as simultaneously sitting at the dining table opposite her sister.
"Mom how about you?” Aaliyah asked their mother while putting foods on the plate.
"I'm done, you knew I'm taking maintenance" she replied to her Daughter. Kevin, after you eat, you wash the dishes and other utensils" And she turns around to watch TV in the living room.
"Yes mom" Kevin replied.
"Oh Wow, Why you are so obedient today, I'm nervous " Aaliyah looked at her brother at the same time.
Kevin smiled widely "You are really my sister” Joshua continued while smiling and earing at the same time.
"Tell me right away what you wanted? Aaliyah asked.
"Eh" Kevin hesitated.

"All right, I'll leave it to mom before I leave tomorrow for work, I know you will wake up late since your class will be in the afternoon"
