His expression at that moment was unlike his usual sunny disposition—rather like a frigid dragon emerging from its slumber, it was neither sunny nor approachable.

Fredrick inhaled deeply for a brief moment before opening his eyes. With that, he tamed his dragon and reverted to his sunny demeanour, as a small smile formed on his lips.
