Delilah gave Frederick a chilly glance and said, "But sir, I think this should be a misunderstanding, I..." Delilah was battling for self-righteousness when Mr. Zhou interrupted her,
" You've grown some pretty large wings Delilah Chen, talking back at my orders are we now, huh!?" Mr. Zhou snorted, his eyes deadly at that precise moment.
Delilah bowed apologetically, she had her reasons for not being in the same place with Fredrick:
(One) If Grandma finds out, she will be skinned alive; (two) If Amy finds out, she will be shredded like lettuce; (three) She will be butchered by Fredrick's fan girls; and, finally, what will Harrison do to her!?
Mr. Zhou calmed down, waving his hand idly and saying, "Say what you want, Delilah Chen."
Delilah nodded and continued, emphasizing each and every word with power: "I do not think it is appropriate for two students of different genders to... remain in a room without supervision."
Fredrick's immaculate smile cracked at that moment, and his brows wrinkled... his heart skipped a few beats, and an indescribable feeling flowed into him.

The class inhaled sharply as they anticipated Mr. Zhou's answer.
However, Mr. Zhou grinned cheekily and evilly, saying, "It seems that Miss Chen does not want to share a room with Mr. Li..." He then nodded sympathetically.
" I'll present you with two options ….", Mr. Zhou said, his face darkening to match the eerie smile on his lips.
" You let me hit you six strokes with this ruler or… you go to my office!" he said. The class held their breath again as waiting for Delilah's response.

Just as Mr. Zhou was about to send them away, Delilah's confident and clear voice emitted throughout the classroom,
"You can hit me sir…. Moreover, classmate Frederick is innocent, please let him go sir", she stretched out her hands. There was a tone of coldness in her voice when she mentioned Fredrick's name.
The class exploded again,
" Did you just hear that!"
