New Job

We bought a lots of item by cheating and I was more than happy because of this. I and Zoa came back and now were ready to proceed towards the next step of surviving.

Zoa said "now we need the most important thing that is job because I don't think we want to do this glitching techniques each time."

Right I totally agreed with her because we were always good people and never wanted to use any of our powers for cheating but .....

"Zoa, how will I get a job because I don't have any qualification."

"you do have."

"no Zoa I am not again misusing my powers."

"nor do I but the thing is your qualifications are truly real. aren't they?"

"ummm I guess."

"I will use the same percentage and scores as per the results you got at Z22 so, that means you are using your real qualification to get the job."

I agreed because I am not going to cheat but use my real marks to get in the job.

Now the problem was the job vacancies. How will we know where to go? Zoa was busy making my mark sheets as per Earthlings and I was actually walking on the road to find any job vacancies. Now I felt that it would be good if I had my animal form. Why? simply because normally the people with electric powers had the animal form as birds that would totally help me search for jobs more easily.

Then I found out a few vacancies in travelling companies but that was totally useless for me because it was kind of opposite my powers.

After ages of walking which I felt but it was around 3 hrs of walking I found a job vacancy for a head researcher in Sunbay mall.

But I was thinking of..... "why would they need a researcher? what would they research for?"

But seeing this I ran back to the water body and guess what I ran so fast that instead of stopping I fell inside the water.

Normally a bucket of water is what my body can sustain because my electric powers gets glitched inside waters. I can never sustain such a water with so much of coldness and loneliness inside.

But here the fact is different because somehow I feel that I am not at all affected by the water and the coldness is in surrounding but there is heat developing in my body automatically. I was never so surprised because somehow this power was building up inside me completely automatically.

I swam up and I saw Zoa completely tensed now that I came out Zoa was kinda surprised and I said "I know it is weird but inside waters I didn't feel powerless and I felt heated automatically and just now I also discovered that I can read minds as well."

Zoa was surprised "and you didn't even tell me?"

"I never thought actually that this power is true but I always thought that it was a coincidence."

"so much for coincidence?"

"forget that and let's concentrate on the job."

"Okay so, your name here would be Ari and you are an electrical engineer and also controls technology very well. Get it?"

I nodded and went to sleep in the broken ship.

Next day we went to interview and I asked Zoa to transform into turtle so, that I can take her with me as well.

As I went inside the mall I was shocked to see its beauty and while watching I clashed with a beautiful lady and all the files in her hand slipped. We both bent down together to pick up the files and that lady said "thank you, I will do it myself."

I said "no... no I made a mistake so I will help."

She angrily looked at me and was about to say "why don't y....." She was shocked to see me and believe me the feeling was mutual because she was the one who I met in the mall that day.

I felt some weird aura around her and it felt like I was familiar to this aura then I continued saying "Can you tell me where is the interview room?" she was though staring at me weirdly but helped me anyhow "that way."

She pointed towards the escalator and asked me to go up and turn left.

I followed to her instructions and I was walking to find the interview room. I now turned left and walking but then I saw a guy that came infront of me and looked at me shockingly for no reason and stopped.

Now I saw his face he had a chiseled face with perfectly slicked black hair and brown eyes. He was tall about 5'8" wearing a tightly fitted white shirt and a coat in hand talking very gracefully to a guy from some particular department before he stood staring me.

He asked me "who are you?" after a minute of staring.

"i I actually am here for the interview."

"hmmm but you are on the wrong way. the interview room is on the left side not right."

I widened my eyes and looked back to see I actually took a right turn instead left. How very careful🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️. I said "sorry." and ran away to avoid that guy. I looked that he smiled behind my back. I guess he found it interesting. Who wouldn't? but little did I know who he was.

I came to the interview room where people were waiting and I quietly sat down and asked Zoa "Zoa tell me what is happening." through brains ofcourse and Zoa answered "they are waiting for there turns to come." I had nothing to do so, I had an idea of trying and reading there minds.....

After sometime I was called and the interviewer asked me something about myself and I answered "what do you want to know? isn't everything written on that paper?" The interviewer was taken aback. I guess no one answered him like this until now but was happy to hear the truth.

Even if it was blunt, the truth can't be changed. And said "okay no problem just tell me about your family."

That's it!!! because what should I answer on this but I said "my female genetics died two weeks ago and I know nothing about my Male genetics." The interviewer was again taken aback hearing that because who on Earth would tell there mother and father a female and male genetics.

Then suddenly a tall and handsome guy entered as I turned back I saw his angry face. Though angry he looked cute and was wearing a blue tight shirt and a coat above it looking so good and tall and very attractive.

He just barged in as he came near me his anger was going down like I was breaking some spell on him. He then came and banged the table looked at me and said "you're hired as my secretary."

I was taken aback and said "what!!! a secretary."

Everyone kept looking at him and me.
