Audreya Young?!?!?!?!

The mysterious 'A' with a red heart, and Noah's girlfriend was Audreya Young, Josette's best friend and roommate. So, Josette was the person she was so agitated to introduce Noah to. I understand, from what I've noticed from a year and a half, she is so grumpy and tetchy, but always says exactly what's on her mind without any sugar coating and can kill if you hurt the ones she loves, well maybe not exactly kill but she'll definitely rip you apart and won't even apologize for it. That's why I like her, she's a badass.

I've been to LGC a couple of times more in the past week. My dad was surprised at how much I learned, just by visiting the company two or three times. Noah's been helping me too, whereas he's also been spending time with his girlfriend. I love how he manages everything so effortlessly though.

The day when me and Noah went to Dean's Diner to meet his girlfriend, we just sat there, waiting. She got a bit late, he said, covering up for her. When I saw Audreya walk in after 5 minutes, Noah gestured to me and I knew it was her. She and Noah made eye contact, and as soon as she saw me sitting beside him, she looked the other way. I loved how nervous they both were. When she saw me sitting with Noah, she was already halfway to our table, so she cleverly greeted us both, "Hey there"-with a nod, while she walked past us. Noah called her name, and I could see her tensed face when she turned to his voice, she was flabbergasted. She was about to pretend by sitting on the table behind us like she was waiting for someone, which we knew she wasn't. She walked to our table pretending she didn't know why he called her, but watching her so agitated Noah stood up to comfort her, to which she tried to push him away politely.

"It's okay, babe. He knows." She was still in shock, of course, any girl would. When a girl tells you to keep a secret, keep a secret or you'll end up being a secret. "What?" she whispered surprisingly standing in Noah's arms. Noah asked her to sit down and offered her some water. After her breathing normalized, which was not earlier, Noah told her everything about how I came to know about them. While talking to her, I realized how opposite Josette and Audreya were. Audreya was sweet, calm, kind, and all sunshiny, while Josette was chaos, confident, savage, and very straightforward. That's why I like her, she's a badass.

  (Next day, at uni campus)

"..... motherfucking Marshall barged in and threatened to kill me, that bitch⎻" What the hell happened yesterday? I skipped one day and all of this happened! "I suggest you to shut up," I growled. "You've already spoken too much, and hereafter, I won't just sit here and let another foul word out of your mouth about anybody."

"And why do you care?" she stood up and started walking towards me, but her dirty little tricks neither ever did nor ever will work on me. But she was a girl. If she was a boy, I would've punched him till his facial structure was dismantled, but she was a girl.

"Watch your tone, Nailea. He's not your little toy" Noah said defending me, she was pretty provoked. Luke tried to calm her down and told her to sit. I was done with her games though, so I stood up and walked out, Noah came after me.

I wasn't paying attention to what she was saying until she said her name with her filthy mouth. I would've never said a thing if it would've been about me, but no one, I repeat no one was allowed to call her indecent names, especially not in front of me.

"Chris. What was that?" Noah asked. "She was using improper and indecent words," I said in a straight voice.

"I know it's not about words, dude." He sighed. We were still walking down the hallway when we saw Josette, Audreya, and Evelyn walking past us and going toward the cafeteria.

"I suggest you tell your girlfriend it's unsafe for them to sit in the cafeteria." And without any questions, he stopped them and asked them not to go to the cafeteria. He knew I was right, it was unsafe for them, not just for one but all of them, especially when neither Noah nor I would be there to protect them. Besides, my quota of tolerating Nailea for today was over.

As usual, the stubborn Josette had to question Noah, whereas Audreya could already sense the distress but still she couldn't take his side because then it would probably make Josette suspicious. I had to do something, so I stepped into the argument.

"I recommend you to listen, and try to understand. It is perilous for you all to be there." I tried to convince her but of course, nothing comes easy neither life nor Josette.

"You recommended, we ignored. Also, what could possibly go wrong? It's not like there is a shooter inside, ready to kill us." I know she would probably destroy Nailea just by talking but I couldn't take chances. I was definitely not going to let her inside the lion's den, I know she's the lion but still.

"We heard you had a little issue with Nailea." Noah insinuated.

Josette quickly said, her tone turning into anger. "Yeah? Tell her that I'm not afraid of her. And I will destroy her in every possible way if she even thinks of coming near any one of us." That's my girl! Well, technically not my yet, and I wish for the day to come very soon when I could tell this to her myself. I was so proud of her for being so strong and independent, but again I couldn't let her go inside.

"Evelyn Jane, I suppose?" I asked the only possible one of them who could do something now, to which she nodded. "I'm sorry for what happened to you with Nailea. But, the air inside is pretty harsh and probably a little disturbing too, especially for you. Now, why would me and Noah stop you ever from going inside? We've never even exchanged a glance, have we?"

"Now, we have," Josette said, mockingly interrupting.

Evelyn was sort of convinced so I didn't just stop right there, except I kept going. A few more TED talks and I hope they'll drop the idea of a cafeteria. "Being someone so uncommonly friendly can either be good or worse, and you're well aware of the worst after yesterday's incident, I presume."

"He's right. You're right. Thank you, I understand. We- we won't go to the cafeteria." And here, Evelyn was finally convinced, thanks to my amazing convincing skills. Audreya was also nodding at what Evelyn said.

After Evelyn agreed with everything I said, Josette was confusingly furious, standing with her arms folded around her torso while tapping her foot on the ground over and over again. After completing our TED talk, me and Noah were off to Sadie's.
