The Awkward Train Ride

The three people looking at each other like some kids in the class that have bad social skills. This is what happens to those kids who have poor social skills and it got much worse when all these kinds of kids got together. Would result in an awkward situation like right now and all of the three people in the present know this issue. Yet, unable to start a conversation as they are one: bad at expressing oneself, two: often misunderstood by others, and three: bad tempers.

Alexius is often misunderstood by others, Elijah bad at expressing oneself, and Amelia, who has a very bad temper and stubborn personality.

All three of them sigh all together as they knew that they are very bad in this field and often fail in this subject. Alexius reminiscence back when he was in third grade where he was introduced in the class.

"Everyone meet your new classmate who just transferred come here Alexius why don't you introduce yourself to others."

There was a boy who came into the classroom all of the children inside the class were surprised and curious about the new student. They were surprised as they saw a handsome boy with a red backpack on his back as he came in front of them. He looks towards his teacher in which the teacher encourages him to speak. He then opens his mouth to introduce himself to the class.

"Alexius Hendrix."

There was a silence the other children were expecting more from him to speak but greeted with silence. He was not speaking anymore he then proceeds to sit in his chair as if he didn't notice how the class look at him. Ignoring the eyes of disbelief from his classmates there were oppositions of only introducing his name.

"Teacher why did he only introduce his name it's not fair!"

"Yes, teacher!"

"His right teacher!"

And more followed his opposition the boy who claims it's not fair was a young boy with a rebellious look. As he smirks at Alexius, as he believes that Alexius deserves to be taught as he is the leader of this class, he shouldn't be ignored by his likes him. Alexius notices the taunt of the other he knows what he thinks he wanted to ignore it but he remembers his aunt, he doesn't want to be dragging his aunt's reputation so he must fight for himself. He then looks at the other boy and looks into his eyes focusing only on him like a predator who looks into his prey.

"Why should I introduce my likes and dislikes to someone whom I didn't even know in the first place? To please your inflated egos? And lastly, I don't want to befriend someone who is pretending to be my friend and then backstabs me later. If you don't like me as who I am right now, you have no right to speak like you are right."

As he turns his face towards the window ignoring the clamoring beside him as if he wasn't the one who said those words. Alexius thinking about his actions that day he didn't regret one thing from what he said, although his words are sharp as they held the truth. The last thing he wanted to have a friend are the ones whom you trusted will betray you first.

Suddenly there was a soft voice calling out that broke his thought as he looks at the person who was calling at him. It was a female train employee wearing light blues long sleeves with a necktie and a mini skirt.

"Sir and Ma'am would you like to buy snacks and drinks for the meantime before you arrived at your destination?"

As she politely smiled at the three people it was amazing that she can handle not one nor two but three awkward people. She ignored the awkward atmosphere of the three as she show her selection of snacks and drinks in her trolley. The three were silent at first then started to ask for all sorts of snacks and drinks resulting in the three of them be filled with snacks in their chairs.

'As there is a saying one way to open one's heart is through his or her stomach.' are the thoughts of the female employee.

"Thank you for your purchase customers see you again!" she then leaves them and started selling to the other passengers on the train.

The three are looking at their snacks and drinks they have purchased there are all sorts of desserts and snacks laid upon in front of them. There is a slice of cake, donut, all flavors of candies, cookies, chips, finger snacks, and others. There are also beverages like milk, soda, and nonalcoholic flavored beer.

Amelia bought a slice of strawberry cake, two slices of blueberry cake,1 box of donuts, and a dozen of nonalcoholic flavored beers. As she begins to eat her strawberry cake paired with her beer as she noticed the stare of the other two.

"What haven't seen a person eat a cake paired with a beer?!" as she continues to eat totally ignoring the other two and feeling satisfied enjoying her snacks. As she eats the slice of strawberry cake she feels her sweet sensation with a creamy feeling as she tastes the blend combination of sweet and creamy feeling. She then proceeds to drink the beer to rinse the sweet and creamy feeling with a bitter and fruity flavor of the beer. She continues to eat her meal as she enjoys the taste of different flavors popping in her mouth.

Elijah then proceeds to eat the snacks that he bought which are a box of fish crackers, Pretzel stick, Daifuku, Dango, and 3 bottles of soda. He first eats the Dango paired with a soda as he enjoys the sweet and sticky sensation in his mouth. As he drinks the soda feeling the popping sensation electrifies his mouth as he sighs with the satisfaction of his snacks.

Alexius was also encouraged by the other two and looks at the snacks that he purchased. There were Songpyeon, Dasik, Yakgwa, Hotteok, and a carton of milk he notices the stares of the two people then looks at them.

"What?"

"You like sweets?" asked the two as it was a bit unexpected they thought he would go type of snacks that are tasteless or something opposite.

"Yes and Do you have a problem?" as he looks at them with serious eyes he immediately denies it and continues to eat their snacks

'Does it feel like what do they called it gap moe?' is what Amelia and Elijah thought at the same time.

'I guess everybody has all sorts of different tastes in their snacks you can never judge a book by its cover.' is what all of the three thought while eating their snacks.
