Will wait for you

Jack POV

I woke up not feeling good. As I look around, I know I am in my place.

As I kept thinking about it, I slowly got up and walked to the bathroom.

No idea how long I spent there, but when I finally came out, I walked to have a light breakfast. I ate too much yesterday.

Thinking about this, I shook my head. I will need to ask Paula for one dish which they had there. Thinking about this, I could text her, but I do not want to wake her up.

I smiled and looked at what I had in the fridge.

After taking a little ham, I cut yesterday's rolls and made a sandwich. While having it, I could add tomatoes inside.

Thinking about this, I took it, and after cutting it, I put it inside. While having it, I started eating while waiting for the kettle to finish. As I kept doing it for some time. Finally, the kettle has been done.

Hearing it, I made tea and walked to the bedroom. No chance, for now, to be longer on my feet. I need to lie and do nothing.

No idea how, but I will try to do nothing.

As I lay, I ate and grabbed my laptop. While having it, I started it.

Looking at it, I started checking stocks. I do not need to move too much. Just grab the mouse and connect it.

As it is, everything is now working. A smile shows up on my face, and I started checking a few. Which is most interesting to me now.

Seeing slight growth in them, I sold one. For rest, I will keep up. They have not touched the point. I have plans to sell them.

Seeing it, I smiled and checked the rest of what I had here.

From the point at which grandpa gave me this account, I grew it.

Not too much if I wanted to sell all of it. It might be five million more.

I have not calculated everything.

I just do not want to know how much I have there. Seeing the money which started coming, I sent some on my card, and the rest left.

I do not want to go around searching for what I can invest in.

When I had done this, I put my laptop on the side and lay down better. As I looked at the TV, I started it.

No idea what I can watch now. Knowing it, I started going around. Seeing football, I left it.

No idea who is playing. Just to have it ongoing.

As I kept watching it, time passed. A few times I almost fell asleep, but the commentator started screaming like hell.

Which woke me up.

Looking at the TV, my phone started ringing. Hearing it, I answered and said, "Yes."

"Oh, Jack. Can we meet today?"

"Oh yes," I said. I did not know if Paula would call me about the meeting. Maybe we have to talk for some time.

"Great. I am going there. I will wait for you," Paula said.

When her words came out, I said, "Ok", and hung out. After doing it, I changed and as I looked around.

Seeing that I can take nothing with me, I checked if I had it all and walked out. As I came to the elevator, I texted JJ, 'going out.'

When I came outside, I could see him in the car. Seeing it, I came closer and said, "Going to have a meeting."

"Come in. I will give you a lift," JJ said. Hearing it, I nodded, and when he smiled, he drove me close.

Not too close. Seeing it, I came out and started walking slay to my destination.

After coming there, I could not see Ann around. Maybe she changed her car, or someone else is now here.

Thinking about this, I shook my head, and after coming inside, I smiled and walked to the floor where Paula was waiting for me.

After coming to the doors, I opened them. I could hear Paula's voice. Therefore, I tried to not make any sounds. As she showed up, she nodded. Seeing it, I closed the doors and waited for her to end the talking.

I could hear her talking with Lucy. Knowing it, I keep waiting like that. As she finally did, she came closer and hugged me.

Seeing it, I looked into Paula's eyes, and when she moved a little, she kissed me.

Feeling it, I still cannot believe that she is kissing me.

"You had come."

"Yes. Something is happening," I asked. Hearing me, Paula shook her head. Seeing it, she said, "a lot."

"Oh, with something I can help you with?" I asked. Hearing me, she shook her head and said, "You remember how many people came yesterday?"

"Yes. A lot."

"Yes. Most of them come with gifts. Now I do not know what I can do with them," Paula said while realising me from her hug, and she strolled to the living room.

Seeing it, I followed her. After I came closer, she looked at me and started showing me photos.

Seeing them, I could not believe what she had shown me.

"It's a lot."

"Yes. I do not know what I will do with some. Especially with them," Paula said while pointing at one photo.

Seeing it, I looked at her, and when she smiled, she continued, "We will see. I think I will give some, and a few will leave for me."

"Oh," I mumbled. Hearing me, Paula smiled, and as I looked at her, she hugged me and said, "Soon, Ann should come here with consoles and some food."

"What," I said. Hearing me, Paula smiled, and continued, "I came out from the car, and she drove to take it. Do not worry. She will handle it."

"Oh still," I said. Hearing me, Paula smiled and continued, "if Ann will need help, she still has her partner there."

"Oh so," I said. Hearing me, Paula smiled and said, "only Ann knows about you and me. Rest that we are learning. So we will take books out and start doing it."

"Ok. So you want to know about it."

"Oh," Paula said while smiling, and when she took a notebook out and some papers, she said, "So let's do this."

"Ok," I said. Hearing Paula, I smiled, and as she looked at me, she showed me it.

Seeing it, we sat down, I looked at her and I started explaining everything to her. While I kept doing it, I smiled, and when we kept it, at one point, I could hear knocking.

Hearing it, Paula smiled, and she strolled to the doors. Not long after, Ann showed up. Seeing her, she smiled and said, "Here is food. To heat. Here is what you wanted to miss."

"Thank you," Paula said. Hearing it, Ann smiled, and she walked away. Seeing it, I grabbed a bag of food and said, "I will go with it."

"Ok," Paula said while grabbing the console. Seeing it, I smiled and walked to the kitchen. Good, I took mostly what is happening here.

After opening the fridge, I could see milk, which I do not know how long it is here.

Seeing it, I opened it. As I smelled it, I asked, "When will this milk come here?"

"Yesterday. I come here while bringing petty stuff," Paula's voice comes.

"Ok," I said. As I looked at it, I shook my head. As I looked at it, I smiled and moved slowly to unpack everything.

While doing it, I kept thinking about how Paula used milk. I can see that she did something with it.

As I keep thinking, I finish unpacking and come out. Seeing Paula keep looking at the console. She said, "so long."

"Oh, I needed to unpack. Lunch we will have around," I said.

"Oh hour," she said.

"Ok. Therefore, we will heat food. Why did you use this milk?" I asked.

"Oh, coffee."

"Ok," I said. Hearing me, Paula nodded, and when she smiled, I looked at her.

Seeing my look, she smiled, and when she came closer, she hugged me and kissed me. After doing it, I continued, "you need help."

"Yes."

"Ok," I said, and as I looked at Paula, I started helping her with it all. As I kept doing it. We had taken it all out and connected. Good that we have a big TV here so we can play on it. More likely Paula will play.

As I looked at her, she smiled and she started it all.

Seeing all there, she looked at me and said, "I will deal with this after coming back home."

"Ok," I said. I nodded, and when Paula looked at me, I smiled, and she hugged me. Seeing it, I smiled and patted her head.

Seeing her moving head and looking at me, I kissed her forehead.

"Nice."

"I hope so. So now we will," I asked. Hearing me, Paula smiled and looked into my eyes. Seeing this look, I smiled and continued, "you have something planned."

"Yes. I have. You will see it later. Now I have this to talk about," Paula said while moving the necklace. Which I bought for her.

Seeing it, I smiled and wanted to know what she wanted to talk about.
