She did not show up

My sleep was not so bad. After waking up, I walked directly to the bathroom. Time to have showered finally.

After ending it and doing the rest of my morning routine. I changed and trudged to the kitchen. Now time to make something to eat.

Knowing it, I smiled and looked around.

As I could see no one.

Which is a good thing? Did I make food?

I need to create a new bank account. Send their money, which I earn. Maybe this should be the best for me now.

Knowing that I will go there after school. Potentially JJ will tell no one from the family.

As a grandma, I do not want to use their money. So I will not.

Possibly once a month, I will buy something with mom's money. Potentially.

I should not think about this for now.

I will need to check it all later.

Now I need to make breakfast and lunch.

Because of my overthinking and making plans, I almost cut my finger.

As I looked at the knife, I shook my head and focused on what I was doing now.

Not thinking about the future.

Knowing it, I smiled, and not long after. It was all done. After packing lunch, I remembered about one thing.

Almost immediately, I touched my lips.

I will need to have a word with Paula.

This is for sure.

My tummy made a sound.

Hearing it, I know I cannot wait any longer. Therefore, I started eating. While I kept it, for some time, I had done it.

After cleaning everything, I walked to pack my bag and change.

Before going out, I looked in the mirror.

My eyes are a little red.

I just hope all will be ok.

With some excuse, I can always say that something goes into them.

So that is why.

When I grabbed the bag, I came out.

Knowing that still, I have some time until school starts.

Seeing JJ in the car, I came closer, and after leaving my bag there, I said, "I will go for quick shopping."

"Ok," he said.

Maybe for the last time, I will use mom's money.

After coming to the shop, I looked around and bought juice. Waiting in the queue, I took two sweets bars. Having them, I bought them not long after.

Seeing them in my hand, I sat inside and passed one to JJ.

"Oh, thanks, Jack."

"No problem. After school, if I do not have time to learn, I would like to go somewhere. I will tell you later," I said.

"Somewhere," he asked.

"I will tell you. This probably will take me some time. Just in case I am informing you," I said. Hearing me, JJ nodded and started driving.

Seeing it, I smiled and looked outside.

The drive to school goes like always.

After parking in his normal place, I came out and looked at JJ.

Seeing my look, he said, "I will be there like always. Thanks once again."

"No issue," I said while zipping my backpack.

When I did this, I checked if I had my mask.

I forgot to wear it while coming out.

Now I do not have it with me. Therefore, I cannot hide my smile under it.

So what's left for me is not smiling and looking down.

After changing, my waiting began.

Slowly, everyone started coming.

I could not see Paula anywhere.

I keep looking.

As I kept doing it, the bell rang, and she did not show up.

Maybe overslept.

I still need to talk to her.

Knowing it, I smiled, and lessons began.

School passed like always. As Paula had not come, I did not know what I could do. I would like to ask her a few questions.

Seeing that everyone came out, I changed finally and strolled outside.

Seeing Emily and Lucy waiting for me there, I looked at them.

"Jack. We need to talk," Lucy said. Hearing her words, Emily looked at me and continued, "yes. So let's go on."

"Ok," I said. I could see JJ there. Seeing it, I took the phone and said, "About what?"

"What happened between you and Paula?" Lucy said.

"Oh, nothing."

"Really. I don't believe this," Lucy said. Hearing it, I looked into her eyes. Seeing my look, Emily said, "If you touch her, I will knock you down."

"Oh, a few times I had. She wanted," I said, almost immediately adding the last part.

Hearing me, Lucy said, "During the dance, don't count. So hold your horses, Emily. I hope you did nothing to her. If yes, we will need to deal with you."

"Ok," I said, and as I looked at them walking away, I shook my head. Seeing it, I strolled out and started walking to the meeting place with JJ.

He probably had an eye on me. As I keep walking, I come to my destination, and when JJ comes a few seconds later, I get into the car and take the phone.

Seeing it, I checked where the bank was, which I know, and said, JJ where he needs to drive.

This took us some time. Good, that it is not far away from our normal route. Knowing it, I smiled, and when JJ parked, I came out and asked, "You want something?"

"Jack comes on. I will go shopping. You want something?" he asked.

"Oh no," I said.

Hearing me, he nodded, and when I walked into the bank, waiting in the queue began.

As I kept waiting no idea how long, but when finally my time had come, I sat and said, "I would like to open a new bank account."

"Ok. ID," the men said. Hearing it, I took my ID out and passed it to him. Seeing it, he started explaining all.

When I keep listening to him, I added, "not this address which is on ID."

"Ok. It can email one," he said. Hearing it, I nodded, and after passing it to him, he nodded.

Seeing it, I smiled, and it took some time.

When I continued doing these, I had done this at one point. Seeing it, I smiled, and he passed a few things to me.

Seeing them, he said, "all for online."

"Ok. Thank you."

"No problem. Have a good day," he said.

"Thank you too," I said, and after taking it all, I came out. After coming into the car, I looked at JJ. Seeing my look, he said, "new account."

"Yes. Do not tell anyone. Just what I heard. I want to be prepared," I said.

"Ok" JJ only said, and we started our ride to the place where we will have training.

Seeing it, I took my notebooks out and started doing my homework.

As I kept doing it, we had come, so I did it, for now. After talking, I came out and saw a few people around. JJ said, "something new."

"Visiting from another branch. Commander."

"Ok. Jack. Let's go for our training," JJ said. Hearing it, I nodded, and I walked to change.

When I did this, I came out and started stretching.

While I keep doing it, JJ has not shown up yet. Knowing it, I was done with it all and started waiting for him.

No idea what he has in plans for me today. Therefore, I keep sitting.

Seeing the bag on the side, I looked at it and came closer. Seeing it, I looked at it and started punching.

"What is happening? You should know everyone has a meeting outside," a male voice comes.

Hearing it, I looked at who had come. Seeing it, he said, "Move your ass now."

"Ok," I said. As I looked at him, I came out. I could see all four divisions there. Seeing them, I started walking closer, and the person who talked to me earlier said, "go to your group."

"Can you shut up?" I said. Hearing me, he looked into my eyes.

Seeing this look, he said, "What? I can punch you, and nothing will happen to me."

"JJ!"

Not long after, I could see many looking at me.

Seeing it, I looked at the person and could see JJ and my sister's bodyguards running to me.

Seeing them, Marko said, "young master. What are you doing here?"

"Oh, just come out. As I do not know what I need to do."

"Oh," JJ said, and as he looked at me, he started explaining what I should do.

"Who let you go from your positions" a guy who yesterday held a knife voice came. Hearing it, I looked at JJ and said, "I."

"Oh sorry," he said and turned.

Seeing it, JJ continued, and when he had done, I nodded and said, "So I will go there. When you are done here, come."

"Ok," JJ said. Hearing it, I smiled and trudged to my training place.

While being there, all had begun. I keep with what JJ said to me. As I kept doing it, I could hear doors opening.

Hearing it, I have not moved but kept training. Hearing steps, I turned and could see grandpa Williams.

Seeing me, he said, "What are you doing here?"

"Training," I said.

"You can always go to the gym."

"Oh, there, I can't learn self-defence. Yes, I keep learning this here. I do not want to have buses all over my body. Not even one," I said.

Hearing my words, grandpa kept looking at me, and I continued, "I only had one bone broken. It was my nose. So I want to handle it."

"You," grandpa only said. Hearing it, I looked into his eyes and said, "Yes."

"Nothing."

"Can I come back to training? Or I will be kicked out," I asked.

I do not know what grandpa is planning.

Hearing my words, he shook his head and said, "You can train how long you want. I do want to know about your injuries."

"Oh, a poor boy in a school full of riches," I said, and as grandpa looked at me I smiled and continued, "life can be brutal. I just want to know how to defend."

"I heard. I will go now," grandpa said, and he turned. Seeing it, I nodded and went back to my training. Waiting for JJ to come finally.
