5* TQ 5*SoU 4* SD 5*CD 3*WB This novel honestly intrigues me and I hope it gets picked, as in my opinion it's the best out of this back of trial reads that came out this Friday. That being said, this novel is not amazing from what I've read so far. To be honest though my opinion is quite flawed as I have only read up to chapter 40 and from that I can't judge too hardly. But the reason which I don't find this book amazing is due to the world background, I mean I literally understand nothing. Not only in terms of world knowledge but power knowledge as well. All I know is that the Mc is strong as he has rank 9 skills, how does that translate overall I don't know. I'm extremely confused and for that reason I gave WB a low rating, if in future chapters they explain this more clearly in a more organised way while maintaining the level fo everything else this could be a fantastic novel.
So far seems like best of this batch of novels. Start is interesting, but then again i have seen many good(?) novels get ruined after excellent start. I will put this on 4 stars (scale for this website) for now. It could go up to 4.5 or 5 stars, but i cant really judge based on just 40 chapters. It could be one of the better xuanhuans if author actually builds the world and plot, but it could also go down to 2 or 3 stars if author uses same repeated cliches seen in many novels. So far i am hopeful of first option.
To fellows like me who hate generic copy paste trashs with passion, you're gonna love this one. The quality and translation is superb. MC is a calm and collected fellow vastly different from the generic hot blooded, loud and obnoxious guys who think with their penis. Everything is described vivily. You will feel absorbed into the story and experience it like it's happening just right around you. Since this is not an easy to translate generic copy pasta trash, knowing web-novel, I don't dare hope for it to be picked up. If it does picked up, that's nice. If it doesn't .. well that's fine too.
I have only read the free chapters so far, but this book seems to actually deal with some of the more difficult things in life, don't want to spoil it with an example though π. The pace of the MC's development of power is very fast, but probably had to be in order for his survival to be at all believable. Well written!
Simply quality! This is an, in my opinion, extremely well done books with the perfect mix of Action and intrigue. While people who dont know buddhism lose some of the meaning of the philosophizing in the book. Due to its tie in cultivation and growth of power it's still enthralling. Definitely want this translated. My wishlist falls as such. 1. Long Live The Emperor 2. The Era of Gods 3. Fantasy Simulator
choose this one. please webnovel, dear god, choose this one. the mc is actually clever and patient, and there's no petty revenge faceslapping like in other cultivation novels. instead, he bides his time, and that's what makes the revenge all the sweeter. he's willing to suffer as long as his enemies suffer more, which i think is a mark of a brilliant mc.
