I had significantly powered up in the short time that I was in this world. After using Observe on all the servants in the house I knew that I was roughly twice as powerful as they were and as for Uncle Ling, his stats were roughly twice mine, but from what I remember from the story he wasn't actually very powerful. As for Fourth Mother( from here on Ah Xian) I still couldn't see more than her name when using observe. Thinking about it from what I remember her and the originals mother were born from a tree right? Either she's under some sort of protection or she's a kind of higher level race whose to strong for my Observe skill to work on.

Well the biggest thing coming up as far as I'm concerned is the upcoming family tournament. I don't plan on winning it, as that would put to much attention on me as a six year old brat. However I intend to make a good showing so that I can receive resources from the clan. I don't intend to use them to level up my rank as a warrior but as a way to grind skills. I absolutely have to ask for the quintet seeking golden mice puppet, as I have recently found a few treasure chests in the zombie IDs. The items haven't been great, but a few like the Wisdom Fruit and Lustrous Branch have been found thanks to my good luck. Even the spear I'm using Black Skull is a Bronze Rank One Star Magic Weapon. It's not that different from my normal spear except for it's additional effect, Festering Wounds. Damage caused by the spear festers and burn the target, however the effect is near negligible unless it's stacked multiple times.

More new information about my IDs is that they apparently have stages that are unlocked after defeating the IDs Boss. The enemies on the second stage have stats that are 50% higher than those on the stage below and the enemy variations are more abundant. I had defeated 3 different zombies on the second stage. The power types with excessive strength that carry large poles or hammers, the quick type that speed and movement ability is almost on par with mine and finally the 'OH HELL NO!' types that spit out something that looks like acid. That much would be bearable if only it didn't look and sound like they were hoking lugies at me. Thankfully they were the least common type of new enemy, at the moment I think my biggest fear is that one of those spitting zombies is going to be the boss of the second stage.

Speaking of bosses the first stage boss even had a cinematic cutscene. Well not really but it felt like it. I had stumbled across a large hoard of zombies surrounding a glowing purple stone, thinking it might have been a rare item I charged toward the zombies intent on plowing through them storing it into my inventory. However what happened when I got closer surprised me so much that I stopped moving and ended up just staring as the boss was formed. Every single one of the damn things looked up to the sky and roared. If anyone asked I most definitely didn't wet my pants at the sight of a 100+ zombies staring at me as they finished roaring, then shattering into purple black smoke that gathered and formed a giant zombie. It was grotesque and had faces, arms and legs of normal sized zombies sticking out of it randomly. It was the first fight in which I liberally used Arts along with Enchant Weapon - Holy. The result was after an hour of spear strikes, he had finally killed the giant zombie. It actually wasn't that hard after he had severed its ankles. Afterwards it was just avoiding it slow palm slaps and stabbing its face repeatedly. Unlike the other zombies after it was defeated it burst into a puff of purple black smoke. What was left after the smoke cleared was my current spear Black Skull, as well as a Wisdom Fruit and Lustrous Branch. It was really a lucky encounter considering I hadn't found the boss spawn point again.

Back to the original point, I've convinced Ah Xian and Uncle to let me participate in the clan tournament. I really can't wait to introduce Yue Tian, Yan and Bao to the floor with my spear. That was if any of the bastards dared to enter. He couldn't recall if any of them had grimoires at the moment, but if they did it wouldn't matter. As for Yue Ting, from my memories he was just simple and honest, I don't mind helping him occasionally, but I won't put my full effort behind it like for Bing'er and Shuang'er.

I prepared a normal spear and various other goods for the two day trip to the Yue Clan Castle with my family. It was rather uneventful, and I was bored the whole time I wasn't playing with Bing'er. As for the new year tournament, there was still a few days .

I opened an empty ID and called out my grimoire, despite what my status screen said I still had only level 1 Purification. It would likely rank up when I reached level 10 with it on my status. Flipping the page I looked at the cause of my increased Summoning level.

I had let the ghost-freak lookalike creature run wild in the zombie dungeon while I was hunting. It's Soul Eater ability was actually effective on the zombies and soul possession worked as well. It was similar to the Possession skill the Phantom Shadow obtained. Though it didn't make the zombies a permanent summoned beast it had temporarily turned it into a Silver Ranked Zombie Warrior.

After leveling up it had even obtained the Multiple Body ability. My current concern though was how did the Rank level correlate to the System level. If my beasts could only be leveled up to 100, that would mean each of their status points is precious. The same goes for me I'm not aware of any level cap in the system that may exist. Other than for skills which have a Lv: Max.

Well even if the level capped at 100, by pouring at least 100 points into Intelligence and Wisdom should vastly increase the possibility of my beasts evolving into Holy and Divine Beasts. Speaking of beasts I should add some besides the puppet mice to my collection. Taking into account the 8 pages I'll have leftover after contracting the mice, I need to think carefully about the beasts I should contract. Thinking carefully the originals style of combat truly focused too much on himself as the main. Granted he didn't have a lot of time to train his beasts, though they grew abnormally fast like him after he contracted them. I wasn't sure if cultivating a Golden Crowned Thorny Flower Queen was the proper thing to do this early. Though if I did manage to cultivate one it would be a significant boost in power, and would likely grow into a Goddess of Flowers like Duo Duo. Along with thinking about beasts to contract, I needed to think about IDs to create that would facilitate the growth and learning abilities of his beasts. For example the Spitting Thorny Flower, requires many living humans and demons to grow to grow. Various other beasts will have different but stringent requirements to grow as well. I wouldn't be satisfied unless every beast I had contracted had become a Holy Beast at the minimum.

After a small amount of deliberation with myself, I decided to spend most of the 8 days asleep to cultivate my 9 Heavens Spear Qi. The time I spent awake was used to play with Yue Yu and take advantage of my still small status to take some liberties like I do with Ah Xian.
