Break Up!
pIt's been two days since Yeona has moved to Royal Hills her apartment was located on the 17th floor with an amazing view of the whole city. Yeona woke up lazily when the sun peeked through the thick blinds "today is another boring day" she said looking so uninterested, the buzzing of her phone snapped her out of her thoughts looking at the caller ID she frowned, "who is this" she asked without even saying 'hi' to the caller "it's me Hao Jin, are you mad at me" he asked teasingly, its been a while since he last talked his girlfriend he was too busy with work he couldn't spare time for her and felt bad about it, hearing the name Yeona whole body went stiff it was the name of the man she loathed the most "you are the last person I would want to talk to" she said she didn't care if he's hurt by her words he didn't even bat an eye when he pushed, "Yeoni I know your mad at me for not talking to for weeks now" Yeona cringed at the name 'what kind of nickname is that' "listen sir, I don't care whatever reason you, I would like to break up with you bye" Yeona said as she hung up on him.
She couldn't bring herself to talk to him anymore, no matter how much she hated him there was a tiny part her heart still hoped everything she went through was a dream. She strolled over to the window and reminded into all the sweet memories she shared with him, he was once her comfort zone, a person whom she felt safe with but everything was just her illusion as she thought back. She was snapped back to reality when her stomach growled hungrily, after washing up she walked to her fridge looking for something to eat but to her horror, there was nothing but milk inside. "ugh my there is no food, looks like I need to go out" she hated the idea of leaving her house, even before she was never a social butterfly.
After buying the stuff she need and was going back to her apartment, but on her away she tripped on her own feet and fell forward, 'I can't get clumsier than this' closing her eyes tight she was waiting for the pain to hit her but before she could see how, someone shouting made her open her eyes "so this is the reason", she opened her eyes slowly and met a pair of black obsidian eyes, she felt her self slowly drowning in them until "umm are you planning to get off me" he asked, somehow this voice sounded familiar to her but she couldn't recall it well, "uh sorry" before she could get up someone yanked her up and there she saw him that one and only person who made her life into a turmoil.
"Is this is it? Is this why you broke up with me? because of him?" Hao Jin asked her, he was so eager to come and surprise his girlfriend thinking she was just upset until he saw her in another man's embrace seeing this he concluded that she broke up with him because of her new lover. "What do you want from," Yeona asked while she was trying to free herself from Hao Jin's grip yet his grip tightened even more, "I already told you we broke up and it shouldn't concern you whether I'm with some else or not" "so what Mei Ying said was true" it wasn't a question but a confirmation before he came here and Mei Ying told him that Yeona was cheating on him but he didn't believe at first but when he saw her, he believed it just like that. "If you believe whatever she says then why are you here" "to confirm her words fine" after saying that she walked towards the man who caught her when she fell and yanked him by the collar as she kissed him right there in front of Hao Jin, her action didn't just surprise Hao Ji but all three of them including her self.
"There I confirmed it now can you leave" she shouted at him, Hao Jin was so much upset that he wasn't even expecting his next action, without even thinking he slapped her, everything around her stilled Yeona didn't expect this either no matter what happened in the past he had never scolded her let alone slap her, she thought just because this was a different place or wherever she is and he was different too but what he did right there proved her wrong, she realised no matter how many centuries or decades go by but he would never change. But what came after the slap surprised her even more as the man she just kissed pulled her closer to him as he said "I don't remember giving you permission to touch my girlfriend", "throw him out he's an intruder" he said, then suddenly some men in black came and dragged Hao Jin away. Seeing Hao Jin was out of her line f sight Yeona created some distance between her and the man "thank you for your help" just like that she ran to her apartment leaving her groceries on the floor.
