Many years have passed since Yamamoto finished his training simulation. With the new points he had earned, he decided to do the best thing he could, upgrade his SP generator. So he upgraded it from Rank D to Rank C.

Now he didn't only get 2 SP/second, but 4 SP/second. That's right the amount doubled for each increase in rank, except for Rank S, it quadrupled then. No Rank: 1 SP/second, Rank D: 2 SP/second, Rank C: 4 SP/second, Rank B: 8 SP/second, Rank A: 16 SP/second, Rank S: 64 SP/second.
That was not really a lot of Skill Points for the amount he had to pay to upgrade the skill. Rank D, cost him 10'000'000 SP and then upgrading it to Rank C was 1'000'000'000 SP. That was a 100 times increase in pricing. Rank B was 100'000'000'000 SP and so on.
This left him with 11'598'563'070 SP. In the first month, he didn't do anything. He was relaxing. His Hanma blood didn't stand a chance against the indifference that he had gotten. But it was still helping him get his motivation to train or learn new things back very slowly. During this time his monotony resistance increased in rank.

This helped him as well. His clones didn't manage to create a house for him, since they had no idea how to create one. So they started to build one from feeling. It was horrendous. Yamamoto desummoned them and then created 1'000 new ones. He noticed that he didn't have chakra, but the skill used his natural energy. And he had boundless energy so 1'000 wasn't really hard ... at all.
These clones tried again to create the house and failed. Desummon, resummoning, failure. And that process continued until they created a nice little house for him to enjoy himself in. He didn't really need a house. It was just convenient in case it rained. The constant use of his Shadow Clones helped him increase the rank of the skill as well.

After two months of doing nothing and procrastinating, Yamamoto decided to get back to some training. He still had some things he could learn and skills to create. So he went back to training inside the Instant Dungeon. He wanted to level it up, in order to fight stronger enemies. He cleared all of the dungeons with ease and managed to rank up the skill in the first week.

That's right, he managed to reach Rank S with the Instant Dungeon skill and elevated it to almost limitless possibilities. The dungeons now allowed him to fight any monster he had already slayed before and set the parameters for each dungeon as he wished. Since that was the case, Yamamoto decided to fuse the Instant Dungeon skill and the Virtual reality sparing skill.

His virtual reality sparing skill had reached A-rank and so he decided to fuse them together. He was now able to fight any and all enemies he wished and he could also give them any weapon he chose as well as have them use any energy. He just had to buy them first. And the best part was that he could set the gravity as high as he wished and he could also increase the time dilation up to 500:1 for now. Another cool thing was that he gained SP for winning and killing enemies.
Since he was at it like that, he thought about creating another skill which he could fuse with these two.
[Dungeon Mining: Rank D]
This is a skill from the Gamer and can generate a range of items from monsters in illusionary barriers even if the monsters don't have physical bodies. These items include crafting and healing (usually potions) items, real money, weapons, skill books and other magical items - this ability is referred to by him and others as mining. This is considered turning an illusion into reality.
It was a good way to earn not only SP but also money and skill books. He could use skill books. Saving money was always welcome.

After he started to train again, he first picked up the two martial arts, where he left off.

He continued to train those two and very soon began to use Garou from One Punch Man as an opponent to train using these two martial arts together as he did. After fighting against multiple heroes and due to his immense training, Garou is able to utilise two styles of martial arts simultaneously such as Water Stream Rock Smashing Fist and Whirlwind Iron Cutting Fist, as seen during his fight against Orochi and Darkshine.
The fight was intense ... for Garou, not for Yamamoto. He was unimpressed and only entertained Garou, or the virtual representation of Garou because he wanted to see the martial arts when he used it. That was the easiest way for him to copy it. His Hanma bloodline as well as training like Saitama, granted him near instantaneous uptake in everything that is fighting.
As the fight progressed, Yamamoto noticed that Garou seemed to become stronger and stronger. It seemed like his explosive growth rate and adaptability were also there in his virtual reality self. And that made the fight so worth it.

Yamamoto watched as Garou got back up from the ground, where he had just punched him. Garou attacked again, this time using both the Water Stream Rock Smashing Fist and the Whirlwind Iron Cutting Fist simultaneously. He was dual-wielding martial arts. Yamamoto had a slightly surprised expression on his face as he saw that. Garou has subconsciously attained it through talent, capable of single-handedly performing this powerful technique by using Water Stream Rock Smashing Fist in his left hand while Whirlwind Iron Cutting Fist in the right.

Yamamoto was using what he was seeing at the moment to defend himself. But Garou was very impressive, his speed rose again and thousands of attacks hit Yamamoto. Yamamoto felt like dozens of martial artists were focusing their attacks on him. But attacks of this degree wouldn't work on Yamamoto anyway.
Suddenly, Garou's fist was grabbed by Yamamoto and stopped the series of punches. Then Yamamoto began to use what he had just learned on Garou. His hands weren't visible anymore but they left streams that were a mix between fluid water blue and sharp wind white. Garou stood no chance. He was defeated at that moment as the strength of Yamamoto was just too much for him to handle.

Yamamoto stood there and remembered the feeling he just had. He summoned Garou again, this time when he was a bit stronger than now. There was still more to this dual-wielding than meets the eye. So they went at it once again. The fight was brutal and the speed was out of this world. Garou was slowly growing stronger as the fight progressed. And then he used another attack on Yamamoto.
He moved both his hands in a circular motion and then...

... he unleashed thousands of attacks on Yamamoto. Garou proceeds to perform both martial arts of Bang and Bomb at the same time and strikes Yamamoto, sending intense shockwaves through his body and trying to destroy it from the inside. The shockwaves unleashed from this technique are shown strong enough to turn even debris into powder within the vicinity. Due to it creating shockwaves that travel through one's body and destroy them from within, it is an extremely dangerous fighting style but sadly for Garou ... it does nothing against Yamamoto.
On the contrary, Yamamoto gets into the same stance and then ...

... he also unleashes the attacks in a blur and ignites the air with his fists. Garou is defeated in an instant.

But Yamamoto does not let Garou rest. He summons him again after defeating him for the second time and they begin their fight ... again. Yamamoto controls his strength so that Garou doesn't die again. He wants to see Garou grow more and more powerful so that he can copy more and more fighting styles and martial arts. And that does indeed happen. As Garou grows more powerful, he begins to use more and more martial arts.
The battle seems to reach impressive heights and then finally, Garou begins to use the martial art that Yamamoto has been waiting for. Garou's movements begin to blur and leave after images. His arms move separately and he gets into position and then he unleashes his attack.

Yamamoto's body is embedded into the ground and there is a giant crater.
As Garou was breathing heavily, a voice was heard from below.

That was the first time, that the instant dungeon broke like brittle glass. It just showed that Yamamoto shouldn't use martial arts together with his strength, which would only doom the world. But apart from learning the martial arts, Yamamoto also gains something else.

After this training in unarmed combat, Yamamoto decided that he had to be careful from now on. If the Instant Dungeon, which is a rank S skill, can get destroyed, then the Soul Society wouldn't fare any better. So he went back to using his sword for a while. He could use the change of pace after that small sparing session.
After perfecting Gol D. Roger's swordsmanship as well as Dracule Mihawk's, he decided that he wanted to get the skills of another skilled swordsman. But he wasn't sure. He thought about Flashy Flash since he was already on a One Punch Man trip and then did just that. But unlike before, he didn't buy the swordsmanship skills or experience. This time, he did it just like with Garou, he fought him and learned the swordsmanship while fighting. That was much more enjoyable.

The fight between those two was an interesting experience for Yamamoto. He enjoyed the high-speed sword fighting and picked up on Flashy Flash's fighting styles in a ... flash. Lol, but seriously. The important ones are these:
Ultimate Techniques: Flashy Flash's set of ninjutsu techniques is unique to him.
- Flash Slash: Flashy Flash's ultimate technique. He moves at immense speeds toward his opponents, slashing them before they have any time to react. Furthermore, this technique can be used to cut his opponents in half or decapitate them.
- Flash Fist: Flashy Flash traverses the distance between himself and his opponent and unleashes a barrage of punches on them. He first uses this technique against Platinum Sperm.
- Flash Kicks: Flashy Flash delivers a kick numerous times at immense speeds. They contain enough power to stun two Dragon-level monsters.
-- Maximum Speed Flash Kicks: Flashy Flash delivers numerous kicks using one leg at his fastest speed.
All in all, this was nice for Yamamoto and he even gained a skill from it and a reward.

Now close to 200 years have passed and Yamamoto was never glader that he created the monotony resistance. By now it had increased in rank.

Apart from creating a few skills, training and enjoying some food and tea, Yamamoto also trained the skills he had from this world. He was a future Shinigami and so he began to train some of the skills he would eventually get.

He stopped putting in that much effort even with Hakuda and Hoho at Rank A, he was far beyond what the world of Bleach had to offer. If he had to guess, he'd say that Ichibe was probably in the mid to high B-ranks, but he wasn't sure and it didn't matter anyway. He created the skill Kido.

Yamamoto was currently sitting in his small home, which had seen many upgrades and renovations over the years and was drinking tea when he suddenly felt a 'big' spiritual pressure enter the Soul Society.
