The Universe of the Underworld, Part 1

The planet above me was smaller than the one that I was in. I could see the planet up close. Half of it was covered in water and the other half was covered in land. It looked similar to Earth, but it was far smaller. I could see a landmass clearly from the angle I was standing at. I saw the curved planet and the stars in the sky.

To witness a planet up close was fascinating. Without a shred of hesitation, I walked back to the place where the distance between the two planets were the least; the castle. I climbed the castle which was about to touch the ceiling. I climbed the top of it and jumped into the other planet.

The gravity of the other planet acted and submerged me in the deep water. I swam up and looked at the current sky that was burning from each corner. I swam through the ocean to reach a nearby landmass.

As soon as I reached the land, I saw a being that looked similar to a demon, but had water flowing through its body instead of lava. Two horns, with water twirling around them and trickling down like waterfalls. Water flowed through their rock-like body in such a complex algorithm that I couldn't possibly describe it. Perhaps, it was controlled by MP.

Before I made a move, the water demon blasted water through its mouth. It managed to hit me and pushed me off of the ground. I fell back into the water, and I could tell that my chest was bruised from the hit. These beings were far stronger than the demons.

I leapt into the air and spoke, "System, hand me a tusk."

[Command accepted.]

With a tusk in my hand, I was progressing through the air to crash into the water demon. However, to my surprise, the water demon emitted another blast of water before I could land the tusk on his head. This blast made me fling back and broke a rib in my body. I fell back into the water.

Not only was this being stronger than the demons, it was also faster in its attacks. I swam back to the shore after I devised a solution. I ran towards the water demon and the water demon attacked before I could. As soon as the water demon emitted water from its mouth, I ducked towards the demon and grabbed its leg since I was near enough.

After dodging the demon's attack, I pulled the water demon's legs as I slowly got back up on my feet. The water demon had fallen. Before the demon could attack once more in its position, I spoke, "System, hand me a purple core."

With a purple core in my hand, I smashed its head into pieces. What I had done was no short than tactical savagery. The water demon similar to the demon, began to explode. I could tell this as its body enlarged.

"System, store the demon's body."

By storing the demon, I had enough of a backup to deal with another one of these creatures. I progressed forward, and spoke, "Status open."

I walked over the landmass that was filled with grass and beautiful flowers, herbs and trees. The trees were well spaced and made the scenery look less like a forest. It was then I wondered, could the skill [Inspect] be used to check on things outside the system?

"System, could you tell me what that red flower in front of me is?"

[Command understood.]

[Skill [Inspect] can only be used outside the system when asked.]

[Item analysed.]

[Eaten to heal. Wounds above seventh tier damage will not be healed.]

This was an interesting turn of events. Now, instead of being bloodthirsty for a fight, I was now interested in collecting mysterious items while exploring this unknown land.

My keenness lead to the deactivation of the [Rage]. The aura however, still remained. I walked further into the land while biting on the herb that looked similar to a rose. After digesting it, I felt the pain of a broken rib no longer. I took off my wet shirt and threw it on the ground. I then spent a few minutes to collect the wonders of this world. Each and every time I would want to store a new item, I would have to pluck it off the ground to ensure that it would be dead.

I laid on the ground, and spoke, "System check items."
