Unlike the usual medieval-themed settings in ash_knight17’s previous books, this one takes a more modern approach as our female lead has to deal with a thug-like rebel in some exclusive university. The nerdy, yet pretty girl has to learn to cope with this predator who has set his eyes on her. Love it, keep up the good work!

The author is well known for her slow-burn books (which in my opinion are all masterpieces). Reading how this story has developed slowly into meaning and action, I have no doubt it will continue to rise as one of the top works here on Webnovel. The writing is exceptional - smart, witty, calculated and real. Expressions, humor, the psychology behind each action and word are on point. All characters have a depth to them - you feel that there is much more than meets the eye for every single one of them. The intrigue and mystery builds up throughout the chapters - slow yet meaningful. Worth your time. Worth your power stones.

this storyline is so interesting throughout and I love how the author gives each character a unique personality and charm to make every seem easily distinguishable and equally important. There's not one moment where we're not hooked on to this story and that... is a really tough aspect to capture the reader's attention throughout. Contemporary romance stories are not really my thing but here I am, reading one because if its written by Ash Knight, then it's definitely gonna be an exhilarating ride.

Ash has been known to weave magic and this book is no different. Making the readers crave vampire bad boys. The book is our fantansy written beautifully.

5 stars for my favorite author Ash knows how to tell a story that leaves you on the edge of your seat. She has a way of drawing you in to the world she creates with each story. you long for more, yet want to slow it down so as not to reach the end too soon. i really feel like i am "developing " along with the characters as they progress through the story. what i wouldn't give to see these characters come to life on screen. at the same time, I want to protect them and the story from Hollywood...such a dilemma
