Welcome to California

Looking out through the window , I can't help but wonder how great or ... awkward my life might turn out .

My name is Rafella liberty Andersson . I and my father are moving from Seattle to California , why? My dad got promoted in his work place and since it a long drive he said we have to move so here we are and also I lost my mom a year ago , so he thought moving away might help me to stop thinking about her .

California... just the way I imagine , it... super boring and I could see that my high school life is going to be so..... boring it gonna feel like hell .

"This is our new home " my dad said coming down from the car .

I look at the house , it definitely not as big as our old house and also every memories of my childhood is in Seattle and I'm not used to changing environments.

"Off load the bags" my dad said going in with the bags in his hand .

I was going to take the book box in but fell making the whole book fell to the ground .

"Need some help " a voice asked.

I raised my head up to know who it is , it's a girl she seems to be around my age , she's not beautiful but she's cute .

Hey! Don't judge me for assessing someone I just met .

"Ok" I reply .

"You just moved here? " she asked helping me with the box .

"No" I said sarcastically, what sort of a crazy question is that ? Of course I'm moving here , why would I be taking in the box and bag into an empty house if I'm not moving in .

"Sorry" she said .

I nodded , "do you live close by ? " I asked walking in .

"Yeah , my House's two block from here " .
