"Shit," was the first word Ethan muttered when he saw the Arachnomind Enthraller attach itself to RageHeart.
In the short time Ethan had encountered the Arachnomind Enthraller, he had realised two things.
The first was that while the Arachnomind Enthrallers appeared harmless on the surface, they had the power to control the minds of whatever they attached themselves to, as evident from their influence over the female archer, male mage, and the black crow.
The second thing he had learned was that the Arachnomind Enthraller seemed to attach themselves to another conscious being if the one they were inhabiting lost consciousness.
However, even after knowing this and the risk of the Arachnomind Enthraller attaching itself to him if the female archer beneath him lost consciousness, Ethan did exactly what would cause that.
