CHAPTER 34: BEAUTIFUL IN WHITE

EIAN

I was a nervous wreck after graduation. I was just being confident that Callie would say Yes to my proposal. We did not leave the school in order for them to prepare everything. It should be totally ready once we arrive. I want this moment to be PERFECT.

THIS IS THE BEST DAY OF OUR LIVES.

I was talking to her brother Charles on the line. I am close to him too just like all her siblings and my sibling. He let me know everything. He gave me 30 minutes allowance to settle everything perfectly.

I know I cannot see Callie inside my car but I am sure she is fine with her food's takeout. Yup! I asked someone to buy something to eat after graduation. She needs foods always.

When time is up. I took a deep breathe before going inside my car.

We were arrived safely without giving her hints. Thank God for the foods. She was not aware of anything going on inside their property.

I left Callie with her parents when they appeared in front of us. They know what to do. I quickly go and change into a new suit for this special day.

Waiting for them to come out. Recalling what I did few days ago behind Callie's back. I made some excuses just to leave her for a while. Thank God for Caria and Zany's companion. She will be fine.

I talked to my parents and Callie's parents secretly. I do not want Callie to know my plans.

When we sat together in our living room area in my parents' house. I talked to them about my college acceptance in NY University.

"So, what do you want to do?" Uncle Colton asked me.

"Well, Callie told me that she will go wherever I would be. And she is also accepted the same school as mine." I told them. "Even if she did not say it. I will still bring her with me. I do not want a long-distance relationship. I do not want to part ways with them." I added. "I know we are too young for this situation but I am stand firmly for what I believe for us."

They nodded looking at each other. I sighed.

"Is there anything else you want to tell us?" Aunt Shana asked.

"Actually, yes, because I really need all of you some help." I spoke. "On graduation day, I will propose to her. I am confident that she will say Yes." I grinned.

"Really?" My mom teased me.

I laughed. "At the same time, I am planning to marry her the same day." I am being serious with Callie.

They both in silence for a minute then nodded.

"I do not want her to know my plans. I do not want to move to NY without officially hers." I said firmly. "It is the best time before our baby will born."

"Okay, okay, we get it. Leave it to us that Sky will have no hints of what's going on." My mom assurance was definitely ease me.

"Do not worry about the place you will be living in NY. I will let you have the Penthouse we used to live there." Uncle Colton said. "It is a better place for you and Sky and the baby too. It is near everywhere'"

"Thank you, Uncle Colton, Aunt Shana, Mom, Dad. Without you guys, I guess we won't be ..." I paused.

"Do not worry too much, son." Dad said. "We will always be there for both of you."

Yeah! Callie and I were both lucky to have parents like ours. Too cool and open-minded people. Too lucky that we were not lack of love and even financially. But still need to prove our worthy not just to them. Not just to ourselves but to our child and future children too.

.....

It brings me back to the present when I heard the piano played "Beautiful In White."

I turned my head up to look at the aisle. I saw how Callie's expression changed. She was shock of what was seen in her eyes. I do not know either negative or positive way but it scared me.

For a moment, she smiled to her parents. They were moving towards me. I relaxed a little bit and focus on her. She is so beautiful in white wedding dress. A tiara on her hair, she really is a princess. My Princess.

She smiled, looking at me as I looked at her. This is what it feels like marrying the one the you love. The one that you want to spend the rest of your life with.

I will love her until the end. Tears that I did not recognize that slide down my eyes. A tear of joy that I finally found the one.

This is not just me thou. Her eyes were wet too as she is nearer.

Stop in front of me, looking at her closer.

"God, you look so beautiful." I said in a low voice.

Then I heard Uncle Colton's clearing his throat. Callie chuckled. I forgot that moment we are here. We were getting married.

We are now facing the priest, listening with his words until the best is yet to come.

"In the witness of the people who are here right now. You may kiss the bride."

Okay, this is what I am waiting for to announce that she is totally mine and on mine.

"I love you, sweet Callie." I whispered before I kissed her.

We were facing in front of our families and friends. Showing our rings as they clapped their hands.

I looked at her as she is happy smiling to all. I know what I did to surprise her was worth it. Really worth it.

"Are you that happy?" I whispered.

"Hmmm... Thank you for doing this." She spoke.

"Thank me later with lots and lots of it." I teased her as I bite her ear.

She slapped me and giggled. Picture taking with family, friends and relatives before we all seated.

Being here with us was the best day of our lives.
