Sengoku part.6 (End)

Let's enjoy it for a while, as long their feelings are responding to each other.

Right now, both Sengoku and Moriarty are walking. They walk with their hands being entwined to each others. For Moriarty, this moment can be one of the best time ever in her time line. After all of that waiting she can finally beside the person she has been waiting for and even though he's not in perfect condition, the warmth from his hand is enough for her to enjoy her life.

There's a small tint of red from her cheek, showing how happy she is. All of her joy and happiness are clearly visible from how charming her face every time she have a conversation with Sengoku. The distance between them which she have known while on their small trip in Soukai city, for her is enough as long he can stay beside her so she can ensure, the one beside her is not a dream.

[..Yes, you're very strong.]

"What are you saying? Stop with your false flattery."

While on their small trip, Sengoku saw few old faces he had known back in the past, though not everyone of them. They run to hide in their house just like what they're being instructed from loud speaker, news, and their own TV, because those who are still busy outside are the one who got late to heard the news about the fall of Monolith, to far from evacuation center or maybe didn't know any safe place to hide.

"...Oi, absentminded girl."

[Yes?]

In the middle of that chaos which slowly subside, Sengoku asked Moriarty. His hand didn't let got of her small hand even though its the only hand he have right now. Watching those people move like an ant, Sengoku talks to her.

"I don't care about you, not even bit. No matter how many times you shout for help, no matter how many time you ask to be forgiven. My thoughts about you will not change, nothing."

"What you are looking for is a dark path that can sink you to your death, no matter what you are."

[...]

"Helpless and apathy, those are what describe Zei the most from my point right now. He who already lost any meaning to life, is none other than a scum who can't pick a reason to live."

"That's why we're there, to stop him being selfless and drown into nothing."

Sengoku keep his speech while they both talked to the destination which he decided. He keep talking as watching his front without making eye contact to Moriarty, while Moriarty do the opposite as she listen and watch his face.

"...Absentminded girl, you're weak. That's why this path is something you shan't pick until you have gain more strength."

[...]

There's a small changes from Moriarty face when she heard this words, to be more exact, its when Sengoku told her to not pick the path to know more about him. After all, the realm Zeimachi belong is already far from how logic could guess.

"...*Sigh* Its not something I used to say, but...you have that kind of power."

[...The power to pick that path?]

Moriarty face become bright again, she draw Sengoku face closer to her because of how the girls' hope rose from hearing his words. Due to how close their face are, she can feel his breath tickling her nose, but as if to break her fantasy, Sengoku snorted at her face.

[Umph...]

"Stop interrupting me we're no in forum right now!"

[...yes.]

Sengoku got a little bit angry because she just make him forget what the next sentences is. But his misfortune didn't stop until that, from a distance, another resident of this world who have seen and know his face slowly walks...no, he run quite fast onto his way.

"i....found....yoooouUUUUU....BRAATT!!!"

"Ah?! WHo Tf- Bhuughhkk!!!"

[...ah, Sengoku.]

A charge from someone who have known about his presence or his body in this world had drop kicked him, he got kicked so hard that he forget to counter against the assailant (and because of Moriarty from before), which make him bounced away crashed onto another person who hold him back.

"I got you, big brother."

The person who got his back from destroying another people property is none other than one of his sister in this world. She had a blonde hair tied in pony tail while still using her school uniform, however don't underestimate her because she had single handedly caught him within her own strength.

"Bianca! What are you doing?! Just let that brat suffer! Not only he left without telling us where, even during this time he can leisurely walked in the middle of the street without minding how worried his parents are!"

The man shouted with a high temper at Bianca who have caught him, however Bianca who has indeed heard his voice into her ears payed more attention to where it was supposed to be his brother right arm, which is not there when she see it.

"...Big brother, can you hear me? What's happen to you?"

Bianca lay him onto the ground to make him more 'comfortable' after being drop kicked by the person beside Moriarty. She caressed of where the impact hit him, while analyzing his lost arm. On the other hand, the person who had drop kicked him, though still infuriated, he asked Moriarty beside him.

"...psst, young girl...here here."

[...?]

Which in truth is only his act or deceit from being to lean against his son. He whispered while waving his hand to signal her coming closer, because he didn't want someone to find out about what he'll ask to her.

"...are you two...really eloping?"

[...Eloping? I don't know what it means...]

Moriarty being confused for real about the meaning of word eloping. She tilt her head while looking at her hand which have no warmth from his hand. Moriarty slightly dejected.

"hmm...I see, for now let's move from here. Don't you heard about all those robots roaming around. Though this is not our first meeting, I'm that deadbeat father who can't even block a simple drop kick. You can call me father later after we have become a family."

The man introduced his self as the father of Zeimachi's body in this world, although he got some loose-cannon aura with all of that introduction, the real him is...well,at least better than that.

[...Yes, father.]

On the other hand Moriarty called out to him with the same face that had returned as usual, her with a blank face. However, she underestimate the damage she had done to the one who heard her words and voice, or more specifically...Siegfried.

"??!"

*Inside Siegfried Imagination*

A flash of image formed in his mind,this image become more cleaner and more fluid just like when he remembered his past playing an old game.

There's every member of his family, friends, co-workers, and also his wife beside him. Her wife beside him will always be the most beautiful woman ever in his life and also his cute daughters who also standing on the podium with each male holding their hands.

'Ah...My daughters have really grown up.'

His wife smiled beside him with some tears flowed down to her cheeks, and being a good husband he is, he tried to calmed down his wife who is crying looking at their daughters wedding. He embraced her to his arm while in melancholy of looking his cute daughters in another mans arm.

Even so he can't stop them, this is their choice as an adult and his destiny as their parents. He tried to hold his emotion from spilled out while hugging his wife tighter into his arm.

"Papa, mama! Thank you for everything! I'll be a bride soon!"

"Thank you father, mother. For raising me with every care until now is an honor for me."

"*Crying* Unnn...Thank you! Papa Mama!!! I'll always be your daughter who you can proud of!"

Each of them said their farewell to their parents, his stupid daughter, his mature daughter and one last is his adopted daughter. Even so, he loved them all the same, cherishing their own value as different individual he acknowledge as his daughters.

'...Look at their smile, how can I as their dad can't be more proud than to their wedding right now.'

However, there's still a small hole created from his daughter departure to chase their dream, his eyes wander off to have a better look in his surrounding.

During this time, he met his adopted son who is not as bright as his sisters, but hiding something from him. He tried to figure of what he's hiding, until he also saw another different woman holding a baby beside his son.

[...Your sister are really happy...Hm?? What's wrong are you hungry?]

"Yeah, we got their picture in my phone. You like to move from here?"

[...Yes, let's not interrupt their moment.]

The woman he saw who is none other than Moriarty, she hold a baby in her arms with her charm as an adult woman now. He can heard the content of their conversation even though they're far from him, and its about her gratitude to his daughters wedding while pecking at the baby in her arms beside his son.

'...could it be?!'

After that the scenery have changed.

The scenery which was supposed to be his daughters wedding ceremony, have now changed to his own living room, which make him more happier than before, because of how many people he have known as his family member laughing together.

"Uchu-uchu come here to your aunty Kiana~!"

"Kiana, don't rub his cheek to hard. Pat him with care because you'll hurt him if you're not careful."

"Look who's here~ Bwaa! Look who's hereeee~ Bwaaa!"

Over there is his three daughters, they're playing with a baby in bed in their different grown up form. His stupid daughter have grown to be more reliable, his mature daughter have become identical to her mother, and his adopted daughter who have grown to be the most cheerful between them.

"Oi Tuna, Bianca and Sirin. Stop messing with my kid, I don't want to have him like how you lot are."

And then there's his son, who is also adopted but he got more or less same attitude with his father.

Not long after that, Siegfried also found his wife comes in from the kitchen with many drinks, and pastry on a tray. He enjoyed this moment of joy with his family, until his eye meet Moriarty beside the baby who he saw in the wedding beside his son.

[...]

The woman smiled at him, and the illusions end.

After that flash of illusion inside his mind have reached its end, Siegfried blinks quite a lot to apprehend what's going on just now. He already met someone who can manipulate and fabricated someone else mind similar to how mind control or hypnosis worked, but this time its different.

"...W-What is this??? Its...Its as if something have been lifted from my chest..."

'A future? Is that something like precognition or something?!'

Siegfried touched his chest after he felt something have been drawn from it. However, there's nothing more than that, he can't feel it anymore after that process just like how he can't catch the meaning of that scene in his mind.

Siegfried put a stop to all about thinking and look at Moriarty, he don't know if that's her power or maybe some other influence, but he'll do anything to keep his family stay in one piece. Protecting them with everything he could without endangering them.

"...Can't get it. I don't know what was that, however don't you think you can mess with my family."

Siegfried have acknowledged another presence or something that could be the chance of the destruction of his family. He still didn't got the clear meaning of that scene yet he already know something is aiming at his family, as expected from Kaslana I guess.

A few second later, Moriarty have arrived beside Bianca and Sengoku. She kneeled on his side while using her magic to heal any wounds she can, she also want to regrow his arm which had been severed from his battle, however, someone put a stop at her act.

"Like I said, I don't need another arm. Don't make me repeat myself absentminded girl."

Sengoku sit up to collect his mind, the more he stay in this world, the more he got scar from it. He didn't mind if its about death match but to gain such scar like family and relationship, he can't bear the shame. Those things are only for those live in the light, him who have and always in the darkness have no need of those things.

"Are you alright big brother? Can you stand?"

Bianca who watch and hear their conversation asked him, although her brother is not on par with her strength, he should've at least dodge that attack and not tanked it instead.

"...Who are you calling big brother? I don't have any sister."

"..."

Bianca once again struck with another speculation formed inside her mind.

"...I'm your sister, Bianca. Can't you remember about me?"

"No, there's no such thing like sister for me. Maybe you pick the wrong guy? And who TF did that to me?! HAH!???!"

She didn't want to come into half-baked conclusion, yet his demeanor have changed one hundred eighty degrees from how her big brother supposed to be. From her view, her big brother is someone who can't be trusted because she got tricked everytime by him. He's not that good in sports or battle either, but when you asked him something, he'll do it until he can.

"Yo deadbeat, seems like you got lack in training huh?....where's your other hand? and what's going on with your eyes?"

"Hah! So you're the b*stard who kicked me?! Let me do yours!"

"Oi wait wait! First, what's going on with your right hand?! and what is all that blood stain on your clothes?! T-There's no way its because of me right?"

"How can you even hurt me anyway?! Take-whaat?!!"

Not long after that Siegfried also reached his place, he want to greets him like how a 'great' dad he is, until he got the first look at his body. Standing in a hurry, Sengoku used his fist upfront to show Siegfried who is the strongest.

If I have to put a description of how his body right now, first he's one armed. Second, after losing his arm and got a heavy bleeding trauma from his shoulder, he's low in blood and got a pale face, he can urge his body to produce more cells, but this ability is affected from how his temperament is.

Next is from his fight using Surtr Muspellverd, the big moves he used to burnt everything into cinder also burned his hand in the process though not much as when he fight Thomas and its minion. Using Golden Fleece to counter its particle beam attack in a close range, make him could mitigate its damage to its AT field instead, so he got some leeway for that.

The last is, from his fishing with Leviathan and being transported to echi scene doujin room with Vill-V. He got some stain cleaned in the ocean which is good but not everything, and then when he got a little angry his wound healed a bit. Then move to when Moriarty healed his burned arm, and don't forget about his eyes.

"Wait big brother! Don't you remember him about our father?! Please remember it."

"...Bianca."

For the first time in his life, Siegfried saw her daughter showed that face. Her face which could be shown from how much he wanted Sengoku to stop and remember the things she meant to. However, her wish will never be occur.

"Oi..."

Sengoku stop his struggle because her arms holding his waist, she got power even a though its just a fraction of his. But what stopping him is about another matters he need to settled, because this matters are concerned about Zeimachi's well being and his other persona deep inside him.

"Big brother?"

Bianca looked at her big brother eyes which have become more dark and twisted than before. His eyes starred at her as if to pierced her instantly, yet she didn't even flinch and showed more unwavering bravery again his eyes. She keep waiting for his answers while Sengoku considering to pluck her eyes.

"My parents are dead, and no such things like sister exist for me. Let go."

"I'll not!"

Sengoku become more enraged, his rage is not like when he faced Bronya back then, but its pure rage from how this girls before him who could only do much act like she can hold him down. Yes, weakness and bravery, for him, that's the recipe to create another meaningless tragedy.

For him there's no such thing of hero's tales to gain their sacred sword, neither the prince who can fight demon lord with the power of friendship, group of brave who saved the world and the good demon who raised a beautiful children, and in the end because of this thought, the seal Zeimachi put on him also reacted.

For him, there's only hatred to those who block his way.

"Cih...Right when I'm really me. Oi absentminded girl!"

[...]

Using the last time he got, Sengoku shouted to Moriarty beside him. He didn't lower his head but looked down on her instead, while Moriarty raise her head to gain a better look of him.

"Remember about what I say?...You got that power."

[...What kind of power do you mean?]

"Hahaha! What else?! The greatest power, which could even make the weakest into the strongest."

His body fell to the ground, with his eyes slowly returned to his former form. Bianca caught him from hurting another part of his body, with Siegfried who got panicked and picked his body up.

"Shit! Stop spouting nonsense you brat! Bianca, you take care of that girl. I'll bring him to medic."

"Yes father, please...take care of big brother."

[...]

Seed of doubt have been planted in her, Bianca who heard his big brother statement from before slowly become more doubtful about everything she heard today. Siegfried who trust his instinct and his battle nature, moved to safe his family. Then Moriarty, the one Sengoku said to have the greatest power without hearing his full meaning.

"...You have it...absentminded girl...haha!"

Sengoku's vision slowly fade.
