Chapter 13 - Truths Revealed Part 4

After a very good night's rest, Aunt Holly suggested that we shower first and change into the clothes she had prepared for us. 

 Anywho, after we all got ready, we threw ourselves on the couch - not stressed about how long we would be on this island but to relax. Well, back to the Aunt Holly saga - I haven't told you before but I will share just a little background info on Aunt Holly:

You see, our uncle Davis got married to Aunt Holly and wanted to have kids but they had a miscarriage twice, unfortunately, so they took us all as their kids as well. But, not too long after, she started to act cold towards us, whatever our great grandma would suggest, she would quickly butcher the plan. Sometimes, I can't help but wonder if she just did not interfere, how would life have turned out? One thing is for sure, we would be such a united family. Secondly, maybe our great grandma wouldn't have died because she would be in the city with good health care, and maybe...maybe our second eldest uncle wouldn't have disappeared, if not died.

Oh news flash - our second eldest uncle suddenly fell ill mentally and when we all suggested that we get help, everyone - including Uncle Davis turned their backs on him, which made our second eldest uncle Tim run away, causing his disappearance. Months later when Uncle Davis was asked to call as they had found someone like Uncle Tim and wanted to know more info on him, nothing happened.

Well, being the oldest, I don't show my feelings to anyone...I try as hard as I can to hide them. But that's all in the past! Let's leave all the sentimental info behind and look to the future!

That's all about Aunt Holly in a nutshell. We all have forgiven her, but Biance still struggles with trauma but coping well - in fact, it's all gone now!

Back to the point:

As the morning continued to rise, Aunt Holly made some breakfast for us. While enjoying, Amy decides to ask the question regardless.

Amy: Um, Holly, Nabia, I don't mean to meddle but if I may ask, how are both you, including David, Biance, and Cianco, related?

Aunt Holly: I am their aunt - I got married to their uncle.

Amy: Oh wow! That's great, maybe your plane crash wanted you guys to visit your aunt!

Biance kept quiet. Cianco just slightly giggled.

David and I: Hehe...

Me: Maybe? Perhaps?

Amy: I think so!

Then after a few seconds past, Aunt Holly began to speak.

Aunt Holly: Ah right! Um, if I must say, I have something important to discuss with you all...it's about your airline.

Everyone stopped eating within that second, their mouths opened wide, shocked with fear.

David and I were not surprised as Aunt Holly informed us about the point of her deal last night.

Ace: Okay, what about it?

Aunt Holly: I was only notified of this six days ago, so I decided to help out anyone who was stuck on this island with no way out. You see, let's just say I am a secret spy, spying on the airline's company okay?

Me: What, you are?!

Aunt Holly: Okay, yes I am. What I found out were three major things:

1. Everyone who books a flight with the automated pilot/airline gets saved into their data system, meaning every luggage to take to the plane gets a spy camera stuck on it.

Me: Meaning that once the passengers arrive at their "destination," they get spied on?

Aunt Holly: Spot on!

We were all shocked at what our ears heard - were we tweaking?! We started to adjust our seating, to that of fascination, wanting to hear more of this logical explanation about our flights.

Aunt Holly continued with her explanation:

Aunt Holly: 2. By always making the airline fail, the ensure that their targets are in one spot, as this island is the center of all islands, so no matter where you are going, the airline will have to fly past this island. And 3...

Everyone (excluding Aunt Holly): And 3...?!

She then looked at us.

Aunt Holly: Okay...number 3 - you are all being spied on as we speak.

We looked at Aunt Holly with horror.

Everyone (excluding Aunt Holly): (in one's mind) We're...being spied on?!
