26-Preparation
Rogue's Reinforcements have arrived. It was a force of 10,000 Monsters with Full Equipped Technology. The Droids have already cleared the surrounding area and created a small fortification for Rogue and her Army. The Monster Army began preparing themselves and line themselves together to meet their Emperor. It was time for them to begin the Battle. A War that would secure their ownership over the land. While the Monsters were preparing, Hundreds of Attack Drones flew above the skies. Rogue looked at the attack drones while smiling as their Skies got secured.
In the Northern Region, A Few Dozen Kilometers away from the Mountain Ranges. A White-Haired Girl was standing upon a Giant Pillar of Rock. Her White Silver Hair waved through the Air, and her Golden Amber Eyes looked upon the World below it. In front of the White-Haired Girl was an Army of Monsters. They were Monsters with Cannons and Guns behind their backs. The name of the Girl was Rogue Krieger, The Krieg within the Planet Exodus. It was time for her to give a speech to her Army, who waited for her appearance. She looked at them with a graceful appearance and spoke.
"We have been asleep for a Million Years. Our path towards our Future will be full of Hazards and Calamities. Our Existence depends on whether we can have a Foothold within the Cosmos. Many Races have rise and fall during our slumber, and it is time for our Turn. We will embark on a Great Crusade towards the Cosmos, and this Planet will be our First Foothold. We will devour everything in our path and let the Cosmos know that we exist upon the Reality. Such a path is full of thorns, but I will let everyone know that the Monster and the Krieg's Legacies still exist within Reality. Like my Race's wish..."
"So I will only lay simple words towards my Army... Devour everything and Dominate the Cosmos!!! Ahem! And of course, let everyone know who we are."
Rogue smiled as she left the Giant Pillar of Rock. The Droids were already preparing the Supplies they needed for the War. She never thought that a Mining Expedition would end up like this. While Rogue was walking on the ground, She heard some cheering in her hivemind. She looked back at her Army and shook her head. They are still simple-minded. Rogue never had any grudges against the Monsters under her. After all, They were under her command, and she needed to take care of them. She looked at the skies and wondered what Darius would do in this situation. "I may have been affected by the Hivemind while saying that speech."
A Hivemind wasn't something simple. It was complex as it had every Monster's thoughts within it. Rogue may have a large influence within the Hivemind, but she still would get influence by her underlings. What her Underlings want would be the basic instinct of a Monster which was to get Biomass. Rogue already planned to do that as her Army needed Biomass to grow. With this in mind, Rogue entered the Temporary Command Center that got recently set up by Typhon.
Meanwhile, In the Clear Area, Rogue's Army was gathering and preparing themselves. It would be their First War, and they needed to adapt to their new Weapons. It was fortunate that the 10 VanMonsters had a good database about their weapons, which got transferred towards the 10,000 VanMonsters. The Harvesters all got their own Database from Exodus, which made them understand what to do with their new weapons. The Monsters were lining up, and they looked like a Grand Army. The Turrets at their back pointed themselves to the Horizon where the Sun rose.
The Harvesters were Giant Behemoths in Rogue's Grand Army. They were 500 Meters Tall and looked like Small Mountains. They had an Electromagnetic Accelerated Cannon, which could destroy a Landmass out of existence. They had Electromagnetic Machine Cannons that would destroy any Army that tries to get near them. Their Last Technological Weapon was the Strong Lasers in their Tentacles. It would slice anything up or kill anything that it touches. The Harvesters were surrounded by a Dark-Metal Armor that was for Battleships. They also had strong Shield Generators.
There were 10 Harvesters within the Grand Army. They were standing steadily with thousands of VanMonsters below them. They got their Cannons pointed towards the Horizon with the same intention as the VanMonsters. The only thing they needed to do was to wait for Rogue's orders. They were prepared to charge and destroy every army that tries to attack their Emperor. All of them were hiding their Bloodlust within their bodies and planned to release it during the Battle.
*Comrades, Prepare yourselves. Be Patient and Follow our Emperor's Orders!!!* Exodus's Voice echoed within the Hivemind as the Grand Monster Army immediately replied. *The Emperor's Order is our Covenant!!!* The Monsters said at the same time. They keep repeating such words as their Consciousness swept all over the Land. It seemed that the Hivemind also had many uses, such as pressuring creatures that don't have a hivemind or controlling them if they were weak enough.
In the Command Center, Rogue was looking at the Holographic Map. 6 Days have passed since the report of war was given to her. She looked at the Map and saw a large number of creatures preparing themselves behind the mountains. It seemed that they were serious about having a War as their Number reached over 10 Million Creatures. Instead of being afraid of such an Army. Rogue was smiling as 10 Million Creatures meant Biomass. She then ordered Typhon. "Typhon, Observe the Battle from afar and give me reports of it."
"Understood..." Typhon replied and prepared the observation drones. Rogue wanted to get data about the Battle and looked at what Type of Monsters were having a good time or having a bad time. If a Type of Monster didn't have a good time in the Battle, That type of Monster would get scrapped, and she would have to build a new type of monster. It was the simple testing of her army, and she would see what her army lack and what she needed to improve.
"Now that I have a lot of time behind me. I should begin testing the Skills I gained from Darius." Rogue mumbled as she began activating the first skill. It was called Armament Energy. It was Sharp, Hard, and Slick. It can change into any form and was a stronger type of Energy than Primos Energy. The only problem was the fact that this was Artificial Energy made from Primos Energy. Rogue would need to use her Primos Energy to have an Armament Energy, but she sees no problem with that. She had a large amount of High-Quality Primos Energy within her body, so a supply of Energy wouldn't be a part of her problem.
Rogue looked at the Armament Energy with curiosity in her eyes. She then activated the next skill, which was Armament Creation. She could use the Energy to form any weapons she wanted. Rogue began using the Armament Creation and formed a Sword using her Armament Energy. The Sword was Hard, Sharp, and Durable. It was a good sword that could rival the Sword she used in the Virtual World during her fight with the Monsters. She began swinging it with her hand and smiled as she was satisfied with it.
The Next Skill Rogue activated was Armament Control. It was a Simple Skill where the Armament Energy could be controlled no matter where it was. Rogue created 10 Swords with her Armament Energy. She then used the Armament Control, and the Swords began levitating in the Air. She commanded the Swords to do many things such as Charging, Piercing, Swinging, and Blocking. With the Armament Control, Rogue could fight against a Large Number of Enemies.
A Footwork skill was also within the Archive. It was called the Armament Footwork, which would make the Armament Energy in control of the surroundings. Rogue would easily dodge anything that passes it, and she could even step on the air itself and stand upon it. It would take a time of training to master the skill, but Rogue was satisfied on seeing it. She smiled as, after the war, she would train her techniques.
The Next Skills were Hostility Detection and Danger Sense. Hostility Detection would give Rogue the ability to see if someone or something was Hostile against her. Danger Sense was like a Sixth Sense that would activate if Rogue was in danger. These two were simple but useful skills. She would need to use them well and make them adapt to her own fighting style.
The Last Skill was Recovery. It increases her Recovery by a Thousand, but Primos Energy will get used to activate it. It was a Good Skill that would help Rogue to recover injuries gain from a Battle. Recovery would be one of her best support skills against an enemy. It wouldn't even matter if she got one of her limbs cut off. She could attach it back, and it would recover as nothing happened.
After checking her skills, Rogue sighed while smiling. She couldn't help but be grateful for what Darius gave to her. It has been a while since they met, and she still remembered the way he acted. She would have been a Commander or a General if history continued without anything harming it. She would have Krieg Comrades behind her back, and she would lead them into battle. She would gain a home without waging war to gain it. 'Well, there is no use as my Life with the Monsters and Typhon are enough for me.'
"I must protect them," Rogue mumbled as her eyelids closed themselves. She slept peacefully within the Command Center had a good deep sleep. Even though her body had a lot of energy, Her Mind has gone through many things. Meanwhile, outside of the Command Center, A Message got passed towards the Monsters and the Droids. "Be quiet... The Emperor is having her Slumber." With such words, All of them were quiet and continue to do their jobs.
The Monsters and the Droids understood that their Emperor needed to take a rest, so they were willing to be silent while doing that. The Silence in the Area was almost eerie as Monsters and Robots were moving all around it. Such thing continued until Time passes by, The Nightfall passed peacefully, and the Dawn Arrived. With the Dawn was the Rising Sun.
As the Bright Golden Sun rose from the Horizon, Rogue stood upon the Air while looking down upon her Grand Monster Army. Long ago, She noticed that she slept an Entire Day and no one tried to wake her up. She was happy that they didn't want to wake her up, but they were about to go to war. There was no need to be worried as she was their leader. She would lead them to battle and fight against the Creatures that wanted to fight them. She shook her head and thought within her mind. 'There is nothing I could do about it...'
She looked at the Grand Monster Army that lined up together. All of them had Black-Metal Color Armor and had their Cannons pointed towards the Rising Sun. They didn't move until Rogue ordered them to move. They froze in place as they prepared themselves to fight against the Enemy of their Emperor. After observing them from afar, Rogue smirked as she was satisfied by their behavior. A Good Army was something that would follow orders. A Disagreement of the Plan was okay but not following orders would cause chaos and disobedience in the Army. It was something Rogue hated.
"This will be the Judgement Day. The Day where the Ruler of this Land will be known. Let them know our Strength and smash the Hammer of Power towards them!!!" Rogue shouted as the Monsters began marching towards the Mountain Ranges. It was time for the Battle to Start.
