As Kurama and his group walk on the dirt road that leads towards the palace built in the middle of the capital city the surrounding kitsune all bow before Kurama.

"How do they know I'm their leader and not just some random person?"-Kurama asks his group.

"Its the same way we knew who your where we could sense it from your chakra"-Hana

"Yes my lord every member of our race has chakra which grows stronger with every tail we grow and I'm sure you have already noticed that your the only one with 9 tails so your chakra speaks for yourself"-says Gin with a light grin.

"Yes I have also noticed that I'm the tallest around here"-Kurama

"Yes my lord your the tallest member of our race,where the male's stand at 6ft and females at 5ft 10 you stand at 7ft"-Kasame

"Yes now tell me about our race"-Kurama

"Yes lord our race the kitsune are fox yokai with orange fur black tipped noses and tail and white tipped ears,when a member of our race is born they are born in their fox form until they grow their second tail then they will take their humanoid form and grow from there.With every tail they grow their body and power grows"-Kasame

[Kitsune growth periods

1 tail-Newly born,they will stay in their fox form until they can grow their 2nd tail after 50 years.

2 tails-Child,they take the form of a 6year old child until they can grow their 3rd tail after 50 years.

3 tails-Adolescent,they the form of a 12year old until they grow their 4th after 50 years.

4 tails-Teenager,they take the form of a 16year old until they grow their 5th tail after 50 years.

5 tails-Young adult,they take the form of a 24 year old until they grow their 6th tail after 50 years are are immortal at this point.

6 tails-Adult,they keep their young adult form since it's when their bodies are at their prime and the only that changes are their power.

7 tails-Adult,they keep on mastering their powers and gain a new tail every 50 years.

8 tails-Adult,they wait for 50 years till they get their last tails.

9 tails-Adult,they have reached the peak of their race and they are essentially immortal even if they die outside of the realm they will reform inside the realm.]

"Good now that we have reached the palace I want to put in new laws"-says Kurama while take a seat his throne.

"Yes lord we await your command"-Kasame

"Yes one for my first act as king I will be changing my title to God-King Kurama and I'll name the realm to the kitsune kingdom"-says Kurama in a voice filled with pride.

And a week went by with Kurama making new laws in order to make his kingdom and race thrive,this laws are[1st law- ranks are established.

God-King -Kurama,the supreme rule of the kitsune kingdom and race.

Grand elder -Kasame,the god-king's 2nd in command they are also the god-king's secretary they make sure the god-king's commands are followed and done properly.

4 Elders -Hana,Gin,Oda,Sakura,they rule their respective cities and regions in the god-king's name.

50 Chiefs -Each chief appointed by their elder rules a town and it's surrounding villages.

1 000 Village heads -Each village head a elected among the villagers and they rule their respective village.

2nd law-A military is established,here are the military ranks.

God-King -Kurama, supreme commander.

5 General's -Kasame,Gin,Oda, Sakura,Hana, each general has a their own army which is called a division.

25 Commanders -5 commanders work for each general and each commanders has a incharge of a regiment.

25 Captain -Each captain works as a commanders 2nd in command with their own battalion.

50 Lieutenant -2 lieutenants work for each captain and command their own squads.

3rd law-Military service is compelsoury for every kitsune,when they get their 3rd tail they start training and buy the time they get their 5th tail they would have already chosen which path in the military they will take.They can pick to be spearmen,swordmen,archer mounted or not.

Battle mage-Mages who serve as the artillery of the army.

Healer's-Mages who the medic's.

Seal mage-Mage who apply seal's on the army equipment to improve it and they create seal's that make barriers,hide a persons secent and and explosion tags and many more.

Enhancer mage-Mages that enhances their units by providing them with higher level buffs like greater defense or greater stamina.

Alchemist-Mages that produce potions that are handed out to the army that help the like potions for healers when there is not enough healer's are the healer's must focus the the critically wounded first.

4th law-Guilds are established.

Hunter guild-Its members hunt animals and then give the animal they hunted to the guild who sell it to butchers.

Mage guild-all those interested can go and get trained to be a mage,guild members can take missions like providing seal's for a temple or help out the hunters guild hunt.

Miner's guild-its members mine minerals then give it to their guild then the guild sells the minerals.

Blacksmith guild-its members get resources from the miner's guild then process it into a finished product and sell it.

Timber guild-its members process wood into finished products then sell it and so on.

5th law-A bank is made it mint's the currency and is a place where the citizens can have a savings account and get their bank cards which are made from silver and a special seal on it with the uses bank information.The currency is broken into the following-

1 Platinum coin=20 gold coins

1 Gold coin=40 silver coins

1 Silver coin=40 copper coins

1 Copper coin=1 copper coin.

6th law-The state religion is Yokaism where their god is Kurama and each settlement is required to have at least one temple that is run by a priest or priests with their helpers.

7th law-Homosexuality is banned and punishable by death....

(A/N:Joking😂😂😂😂 here's the real 7th law)

7th law-A police and justice system is made in order to punish all law breakers.

8th law-A schooling system is introduced for all everyone from when then are born will they are young adults.

'Good with my changes to kingdom done I just have to wait for it to develop and it's developing I can continue with my training'-Kurama

(A/N:All kitsune have chakra so in the time skip Kurama taught them how to use it.)

[TIMESKIP NO JUSTSU 100years]

In his palaces training room Kurama sits in a cross-legged with his eyes closed.

'Its been 100 years already and I must say I've improved alot in my abilities,I have mastered fire release,wind release and sage mode now I'm starting to transforming my self into one of those elements but just at the first stage and I know that when I master it I will be invincible since can just turn my body into fire if an opponent gets close to me and turn myself invisible and silent when I turn into wind.My sage mode provides me with a boost to all my stats and I've also mastered my pressure manipulation now I can increase the gravity around and make a my surroundings had for anyone to move and if they don't have strong bodies they will become pancakes'-Kurama

'And my kingdom has grown to a population of over 1 million and the system I put in place has worked so now I can start focusing on earth specifically on a group of warrior women'-Kurama

' I have a base in the land that will be later know as portugal.The base is small one that has 500 members total '-Kurama

"Kasame I'll be leaving for a while make sure everything runs smoothly"-says Kurama while he makes a portal to his base on earth.

"Is it time already lord"-replys Kasame in a sad voice.

"Yes but I won't be gone forever just a couple 100 years give or take"- says Kurama while entering the portal.

A portal opens up in the training grounds of Kurama's base on earth and out walks Kurama in his humanoid form wearing dark version of king vegetas clothes with the Kitsune symbol on the cape.He is greeted by everyone in the base kneeling before him and the leader of this base captain Dai welcomes him with a greeting.

"Lord Kurama we are honored by your visit"-Captain Dai

"Yes captain I appreciate the welcome but I will not be staying, continue with what you where doing"-Kurama

"Yes my lord"-Captain Dai

Kurama starts flying towards the amazons home using his wind release though he does not know where exactly it just the general area.

"Though I don't know the exact place of the island know the general area and with my sage mode it won't take long for me to find it"-Kurama

And after 3 hours of search he found the island.

"Ha found it now it's time to announce my arrival,but I guess not it sees they already spotted me well let's go and meet the mighty amazons"-Kurama

And with that Kurama slowly flys done towards Hippolyta but made sure to keep a good distance between him and the amazon queen,all around him the amazons are confused they don't know if they should be angry at a man for coming to their island or to be curious since this man is like nothing they have ever since he has fox ears,orange skin and 9 tails.

"Greetings mighty amazons I'm Kurama God-King of the kitsune kingdom and I've come here with an offer"-Kurama

"I'm afraid I have not heard of you or your kingdom but I do acknowledge that with amount of divinity you have you could only be a god of high rank,and what is it that your offering?"-asks a serious Hippolyta

"Well since my kingdom is not on this planet it's obvious you wouldn't know anything about it,what I'm offering is an alliance you give me most I want and I'll repay you"-Kurama

"An alliance and what do you want from us?"-Hippolyta

"Training specifically in hand to hand combat and in return I will aid you in your time of need"-Kurama

"Training? is that all?"-asks Hippolyta with a confused face.

"Yes I found myself lacking in my hand to hand skills and what better way to fix other then training from warriors who are highly skilled at it"-says Kurama with a slight smile.

"And what can you offer us if you need training?"-Hippolyta

"Now don't be mistaken just because I'm lacking in hand to hand combat it does not mean I don't have the power to destroy this island and everyone on it"-says Kurama while he raises his right hand above his head and a tailed beast bomb starts to grow until it's the size of the whole island.

"I see you have made your clear we accept"-says Hippolyta in a slightly nervous voice.

"Good now let's get started"-says Kurama while he disperses the tailed beast bomb.

"What? my queen we can't he is a man"-says a angry Artemist.

"Yes I may be a man but I'm no human and it will be unwise to turn down a offer like this"-Kurama

"Alchemist I know you don't trust him but I must do my duty as queen and that's protecting the amazons"-Hippolyta

"Yes my queen but the rules we can't just believe every man who comes here"-Artemist

"You it's better to have allies then enemies"-Kurama

"Yes it is and that's why I'm accepting your offer and let me not regret it"-says Hippolyta in a serious voice.
