Ouroboros System
Within the vast universe, where countless galaxies, stars, and and planets reside, laid a particular galaxy known as the Milky Way. There lied a solar system that housed a planet called Earth. The current year for earth was 2023 AD. The humans on Earth have advanced so much in technology that their own bodies haven't caught up with the changes! Causing lots of problems for most people's health and mental. This was one of the major reasons the necklace chose earth as a suitable planet for Kubera, as he would progress a lot better.
Of course, things never go the way you'd hope..
Kubera was deep asleep, but not inside the body he had lost both arms in, but a newer body that the necklace was currently analyzing as he slept.

The teachings from this country's educational system has caused vessel to be highly dependent on others for knowledge, hence the use of technology for knowledge instead of their own experience. A few hours later, Kubera struggled to wake up, but the moment he started getting up, his senses were hit by the necklace from before. (Task: Put your hands up now!)

Not knowing what was going on, or where he was, or anything really, he did as instructed as he at least knew to trust the necklace. For some reason, he had this urge to grab something when he was waking up, but didn't know why.

Being more awake, yet still feeling slightly weird due to being in a new body, he did as he was told, 'Ouroboros System' he said in his mind, causing words to appear in front of him yet would stay in front of him no matter where he turned.

Kubera saw this and sighed a breath of relief. He knew that this sort of information will be crucial for him, so he sat up on his bed and began reading and comprehending everything in each page.
A couple hours later, he was done reading through everything. Everything was simplified and organized so it didn't take long to read which made things a lot easier for Kubera. He now realized he was in a tight situation.
Firstly, this Earth planet was rather peaceful on the outside, but in reality was filled with a lot of danger that was present in the technology, food, and more because of the higher powers of this world. This will make things a lot more trickier to handle due to everything being in tight control already, it truly was a terrible time to be in this vessel. However, this would make it easier for Kubera to grow with the help of the System, of course it will take time to remove the impurities plaguing the body, but once dealt with, the rewards will be major!
Secondly, this Jake was apparently an average human of this world! There's supposedly millions maybe even billions of people on earth whose life revolve around the internet such as the previous owner, truly terrifying how such an invention is being utilized to corrupt people.
Third, he was 17, and apparently you need to be 18 in this world to get most of your freedom! Jake was jobless, couldn't legally drive, and lived in a 'dangerous' city! "What do most people do before they're 18?"
He couldn't help but think back to his days of fighting selkies as a form of training, although exhausting and life threatening, he truly did feel alive. But now, knowing there isn't some sort of great danger to fight for glory or land to find undiscovered treasures and secrets in, he couldn't help but be sick at how stagnant the people of this world are.
He decided to redirect his focus to the other tabs in the system.
Authors note: As Kubera's knowledge and experience changes, so does the wording. Which is why he goes from calling the system 'necklace' to 'system', he's learning!
