Life is an uncertain race, none knows where they might lead one day, when Kylie gave up on everything in her life, like a miraculous change, she got into family of Winchester and now she even got a chance to change her life once again.

With the guidance of Mr. Ray, Kylie improved her knowledge a lot compared to her previous knowledge currently she got a chance to grasp more interesting things.

Currently after completing all her works Kylie is sitting in the garden while reading the books, with a great concentration.

"Looking like you're interested in learning about hierarchies" hearing to these words, Kylie abruptly looked around and found Lord Benjamin.

She instantly stood straight and greeted him politely, "My Lord! I don't know that you were here, I'll leave now."

"Still you didn't replied to my question" Benjamin smirked.

In return Kylie replied, "I'm so sorry my Lord, it's just I'm not interested in learning those, I'm trying to understand all these for the tomorrow's test that's it."

Listening to her polite response, Benjamin asked, "then can I ask any question from those book?" Kylie smiled gently, "I'll try my level best to answer my Lord."

"Can you tell me how much you know about hierarchies?" Benjamin looked curious.

"King, Duke, Marquis, Earl, Viscount, Baron, this is the hierarchy in an empire from top to bottom" Kylie said with a calm expression.

Listening to it, Benjamin smiled, "so you know well about everything, good to hear that, don't worry much about the test, just give your best dear."

Kylie hummed, "sure my Lord!" Benjamin left from there, even Kylie got immersed in revising all the books.

After a long night, finally in the morning Kylie seemed to be too nervous for the test, watching it headmaid comforted her, "you'll do your best Kylie, don't worry" even the other maids supported Kylie, watching all their love and affection, Kylie felt so happy.

Finishing her breakfast Kylie was trying to hold back her nervousness, Mr. Ray approached her, "are you okay dear?"

With a polite smile, Kylie answered, "I'm fine sir" he chuckled in return, "it's better for you to call me uncle as you're going to attempt the test as my niece."

Kylie was stunned to speak, Mr. Ray asked, "don't you like being my niece?" Kylie shook her head as no, "it's not like that sir, I'm just worried that how can a noble man like you accept me as your niece?"

Mr. Ray laughed, "it's nothing for you to worry about dear, I'm glad to accept you as my niece" Kylie's eyes filled with tears of happiness, holding back the tears, she mumbled, "thank you so much sir."

"Sir, huh?" Mr. Ray raised his eyebrow, Kylie gulped hard, "sorry uncle."

Mr. Ray explained, "as we finally became a family let me explain to you about me more in detail, my full name is, Derek Ray Romano, I'm from Romano Marquis clan in this empire dear, coming to my personal life I don't have a family of my own as I'm unmarried,

Being with his highness gives me happiness so I'm here as his butler while look after both my estate and this palace, and I used to have a brother but he passed away long ago but none knows about his whereabouts so I've said that you're my niece with this people thinks you're my brother's daughter, don't worry none knows about my brother because he is interested only in divine life, hope this clears all your doubts" Kylie nodded her head.

Mr. Ray smiled, "let's go near Lord before leaving to take the test" Kylie hummed and followed Mr. Ray.

Mr. Ray knocked on the door politely, as soon as the door opened Mr. Ray greeted, "greetings to the sun of the empire."

Benjamin smiled, "raise your heads."

Mr. Ray informed, "my Lord, I'm taking Kylie for the test" Benjamin hummed, "good, perform well."

"Sure my Lord, thank you" Kylie thanked in a humble way.

"She can't continue with her old name isn't it?" Benjamin asked, Mr. Ray and Kylie exchanged their looks.

Kylie bowed respectfully, "if so I'm okay with changing my name, I'll be glad if you're the one who suggest a new name to me my Lord!"

Benjamin was silent, seeing his silence Kylie was about to apologize but she heard him saying, "Selene"

Kylie and Mr. Ray looked stunned, "Selene Ray it'll be your new name, do you like it?" Benjamin's words made Kylie extremely happy but Mr. Ray looked confused.

"Thank you so much my Lord!" Kylie thanked him with extreme happiness, Mr. Ray interrupted, "shall we leave dear, I think its already late?"

Kylie hummed, after bowing respectfully Kylie and Mr. Ray left from there to the school, with a huge confidence, Kylie attempted everything in the test, after long hours of stressful exam Kylie came out and noticed Mr. Ray is waiting for her in the carriage.

"I think I've taken too much time to come out" Kylie mumbled, "I'm extremely sorry for making you wait for me."

Mr. Ray chuckled, "it's okay dear, by the way what about the test?"

Kylie said with a low tone, "I've done my best, but decision depends on committe of evaluation.

Mr. Ray hummed, "you've given your best, so don't worry let's wait for the result."

Kylie nodded her head and returned to the palace, all maids were excited to hear about the test attempted by Kylie, she answered to all their curious questions and everyone are waiting for the result date.

With lot of nervousness Kylie waited for two days, finally the day result announcement came, no matter what work she is doing, all she have done is messing with work, with absent mind.

Head maid sighed, "Kylie, today I advice you not to work anymore, just stay calm for one day" the another maid also supported head maid's words, "I agree with head maid, Kylie I'm not bothered about doing your work too, but just don't add more work to me dear."

With a sad growl Kylie hummed and stayed silent, soon Mr. Ray came near them, "Kylie do you know what you've done in the test?" Kylie was stunned thinking she messed in the test, watching her sad expression, head maid tried to comfort her, "oh dear! It's okay, next time you can attempt again don't be sad."

"Why she has to attempt again?" Mr. Ray was confused.

"Then do you want her to be disappointed all the time?" Head maid became slightly angered, "didn't you see how much effort and hardwork she had done for this test?"

After taking a long breathe Mr. Ray spoke, "I don't mean she didn't kept effort, all I want to say is her efforts didn't go in vain, moreover she got selected to school of elites, from tomorrow she can go to school as a regular student."

Everyone became extremely happy, moreover Kylie was so happy, but slowly she mumbled, "is it okay if I go to school? Who'll work if I go to school?"

Head maid caressed Kylie's hair affectionately, "don't worry about it, in the evening you can help us, moreover in the holidays you can do the other works."

Kylie hummed, "thank you aunt, I'll go near his highness to inform about it" saying that Kylie ran towards Benjamin's room, head maid chuckled, "innocent girl!"

Kylie knocked on the door politely, "Lord it's me Kylie."

"Come in"

Hearing to his response Kylie went inside and noticed Benjamin staring outside through the window, "I got selected into the school my Lord."

"Congratulations!" Benjamin smiled, "do your best in the school."

Kylie smiled back, "sure my Lord, thank you so much" saying that Kylie left the room.

Whole night Kylie felt more nervous thinking about her new day in the school, moreover she is scared about getting bullied in the school as her previous memories haunted her, but hoping for best to start a new life Kylie was calm.

Next day morning, she overslept because of sleeping late, headmaid knocked on the door continuously but as door was not opened, she herself opened the door and entered inside.

"This little brat" headmaid sighed, "Kylie, wake up dear, you're getting late on your first day to school."

Listening to it Kylie sat straight with a heavy gasping, "mom" head maid was calm, wiping the tears Kylie said, "I didn't mean to aunt, I'll get ready in few minutes" head maid kissed on Kylie's forehead, "okay, I'm leaving your dress here, get ready and come out."

Kylie hummed, after the shower she took the dress it looked extremely pretty, getting dressed into it, Kylie came out, the other maids sighed watching Kylie.

With a sad expression Kylie mumbled, "am I looking bad?"

A maid said, "it's waste of time, explaining to you, come with us" saying that maids dragged Kylie inside the room, they braided her hair beautifully while adding a little touch ups to the face, but Kylie was hellbent and didn't removed her glasses.

After making her ready they brought her out, watching her headmaid said, "you're looking so cute dear" Kylie smiled, she completed her breakfast, Mr. Ray informed, "you'll be going in this carriage and will be returning in the same carriage so don't get confused."

Kylie was still in a dilemma, Mr. Ray raised his eyebrow, "what's your name?"

Lowering her head Kylie mumbled, "Selene Ray Romano" head maid's eyes gone wide, "can you repeat the name dear?" Kylie said once again, "Selene."

Head maid looked confused towards Mr. Ray but he signaled her to stay calm, Kylie got into the carriage and waved her head to all the maids, Mr. Ray also sat along with her in the same carriage.

A new beginning got bloomed in the life of Kylie leaving her in dilemma about confused future.
