King of The Dead

I used to think that death was in the end. I was wrong. Death is not the end, just another beginning. Reborn in a strange and familiar world, Adrian Klein should have been dead, his body rotting, but he has found himself in a completely new existence. Now as a god instead of a human, he must find his new place in the world. ~~~ I do not own the image. If you are the one who owns it, please tell me and I will take it down. This story is a fuse fic of the god of war saga plus overall Greek mythology with the world of DC, particularly its more mythological and divine parts. I own neither of them. The only thing I own is my OCs.

Hecate silently watched the Underworld. It wasn't impressive to her, mainly because any awe she had for the realm that her beloved ruled was ruined thanks to the fact that every time she slept, she could see herself walking across its lands. Hand in hand with the man she had given all of her heart to.

There was a certain sense of feeling like she had finally come home after a long time as both she and Hades entered the palace, her presence earning curious stares from the patrolling Daemons belonging to the Fotismos Clan.

They looked exactly like she remembered from her visions. In them, Hecate had helped Hades with shaping the essence of the future mystical race, through he still had full control of the project in the end, not that she minded it. After all, she knew the true purpose of the Daemon race.

They were meant soldiers that could fight and be replaced easily, thanks to their rapid breeding. And most importantly were unbreaking in their loyalty to her love, which made sense after all it was woven in their soul and that was the type of loyalty that was most difficult to break.

They eventually reached the doors that led to the bedroom, and Hecate's heart began to race. Would he take her now?! She wasn't ready mentally, but physically. She was more than ready for it.

'As are us! I can't wait to go down on him!' The Child said.

'First, that is very uncouth, second... I also must admit that I am looking forward to it,' The Crone responded.

'Will you two shut up!' The Maiden screamed at her other two personalities.

"Hecate," Hades voice brought her out of her argument with her other selves. "Come with me" He gestured to the bedroom, making her heart beat so rapidly that if she was mortal, she would have definitively died from a heart attack.

But when they both entered, the first thing she noticed was the red head pouting in their direction... she was also naked while in the bed.

"Hestia... what are you doing?" Hades asked as he closed the doors behind him with a wave of his hand. It surprised Hecate that he kept a straight face at the sight of his first wife's nakedness.

"Well, it is simple, isn't it? I heard you were back and gave you a little surprise~" Hestia said, her tone becoming more flirtatious as she ended her sentence. "But I didn't know you were with company, also... wow you work fast, don't you?" Hestia said, summoning her clothes back to her body in a shower of flames.

"What that's supposed to mean-"

"I mean, it took like a couple of years to make me fall for you. But this time it took you only a couple of months." Before Hades could respond to her accusations, which made a lot of sense in Hecate's mind, she turned back to her and gave a bright smile that actually hurt to look at. "Speaking of company, hello Hecate and welcome to the Underworld and this hopefully soon to be a large family. May I know what you two were going to do in here?"

"We were going to discuss some matters," Hades said, and Hecate felt a heat come to her cheeks. She quite rightly suspected which 'matters' they were going to... discuss.

"Oh, so that's what we are calling it now. How dare you not invite me!"

"...Where did this sudden confidence come from?" Hades asked, his tone actually sounding impressed as he had finally processed the entire information since he entered HIS bedroom.

"Well, a certain someone gave me an example of how to be confident and I followed it," Hestia explained, earning a small smile from Hades.

"That is fair. But there are some maters I must attend, and yes you can watch but not take part"

"Oh, come on!"

"Hestia..." Hades made an exasperating sigh "What exactly do you think we are going to?" His question made both Hecate and Hestia blink.

"Well, you k-know the... sex stuff" Hestia said, the last part being a barely audible whisper.

"We would not do that," Hades said, much to her disappointment, which he seemed to notice and give a small grin towards her, before he suddenly grabbed her and kissed on the lips, which made her give a lusty moan. "At least not now"

'Oh ourselves, he is so DOMINANT!' The Child shouted.

'Agreed' The Maiden, and The Crone said.

"I need to ask you question Hecate," Hades said bringing her out of her thoughts.

"Ask away"

"Do you have any idea if there is life beyond here?" Hades asked, and his question was easily answered.

"There are many. In fact, there is one closest to us. The Ma'aleca'andrans, which live on the fourth planet of our solar system, they are natural shapeshifters and telepaths, they are also divided in four different castes according to their skin color. Red, green, white, and yellow." Hecate explained, which caused Hades to nod.

"And beyond here?"

"There are many species relatively close to us, such as Scyllians, the Ungarans..." Hecate said, listening to the names of all different off world sapient species that she knew from her long travels across the cosmos.

"I see. Do the... Ma'aleca'andrans have any active gods?"

"They do, a full pantheon in fact."

"Well, that complicates matters , but they weren't going to be the target, anyway." Hades said which cause her to raise an eyebrow, but it wasn't she that asked that was present on her but Hestia.

"You are planning to go off into unknown territory?!" Hestia asked exasperated before suddenly remembering something. "For some reason, I am not surprised by this"

"I won't do it now. There are some things I have to deal with first, but after that, I will travel across the stars," Hades said, his tone sounding wishful.

"Then I will come with you, you will need someone that knows how to travel after all," Hecate said.

"Can I come as well?" Hestia asked, her tone making her sound like a child.

"Yes" Was Hades simple answer.

"Yey! I can't even wait to see how things are like in those different worlds!"

Hecate smiled at Hestia's enthusiasm. Their bond was not yet the same as her visions, but they would get there, she was sure of it, especially since in their travels they would have plenty of time, particularly with their love. Though she also had one question.

"Why did you bring me to your bedroom?" She asked Hades.

"Because it was the place that I am sure no one can hear us," Hades answered, which made sense. She knew from her visions that her love had made sure that his bedroom had been very much a private part of his palace.

Of course, it was at that moment that all three of them heard a knock on the door. "My Lord, I am sorry to interrupt you but you have guests"

"Which guests?" Hades asked as he opened the doors and stared at the kneeling daemon maid.

"Your sisters, My Lord, and according to them they bring dire news from Olympus."
