Chapter Five: Arena of Valor

Chase is sleeping in his house and snoring, Professor Firenze sound the horns it can be hear 300 hectares in the camp. Chase knackering woke up and wash his face and wear his jeans and shirt.

Chase is wondering what's going on, one man suddenly put his arm in shoulder of Chase and he introduce his name "Hey man, I'm Maximus Son of Juventas. And as far I remember you're son of Poseidon right?" Chase looked at him and nodded as he asked what's going on.

"Arena of Valor bro, It's a 10 against 10 like a video game but its a real thing awesome right?" He expounded. I wondered how old is he so then I questioned him he answered "I'm 15 years old and I was here since 12 years old."

I tag along myself with him can't see Trevor either in the camp or maybe he's already at the arena, my teeth stung and I am rattling I don't know why.

"It's Professor Velcro hybrid Satyr and cyclops, one of the kind isn't." Maximus importunate said. Professor Velcro announcing that the Arena of Valor will be starting at 10.

Professor Firenze expounded "Chase this is Calixtro I think you already knew. Rules are simple destroy the tower of each other and your goal is to defend it. Chase here's your team flag... Protect it as you are the supporting member of Calixtro team."

I take the flag and Calixtro encourage me and said it just a little playtime.

Calixtro is son of Autolycus god of trickstery, he's also charming and romantic handsome teenage man. He have agility and speed and 4th councilor of Hermes cabin.

He give me advice to avoid and remember what we trained, as we need to destroy the tower or diamond tower of Team Penelope.

Mister Ramon sound the horn and Team Penelope swiftly split up and follow the strategy of Penelope daughter of Ares. As My teammate Maximus take the flag so then our enemy dither.

"Hey... Uhmm"

"No uhmm I'm Veronica I have plan okay!? Just stay here and beware and fight if you see them came here. Clear!?" She said clearly.

I truly don't know what she said I just suddenly nodded and confused "Hmm"

"Remember.. Athena always have plans, I'll be back!" She said and left. Time passed by and I been guarding the whole place and it's actually boring I just heard soughing in the grass he alarmed and Penelope and Lilith.

"Your teammates left you because you're weak and powerless!" Penelope sneered. she and other three teammates attacked me I'm weak and defenseless, Penelope cut and wounded me badly.

"Use the water, it will give you strength!" I heard as I crawled and when I'm in the river water healed me. Many witness the power I obtained as I stand up and grab my sword and tantivy attack and beaten them enough as Penelope and me murderous looking at each other and joust like a real fight. Their blades are sharply scuffle many professors impressed and it's just matter of time that Calixtro ran with the great victory and when he sees that Penelope was defeated for the first time he smirked.

"VICTORY GUYS!!" Calixtro shouted.

I sat and gasped and then Veronica just appeared nowhere, "I knew you can do it!" she said sarcasm I think. I facepalmed and asked her why she did that hiding and watching me all the time.

"I need to see your power and it just.. I need to see enemy's weak point." She explained. As I feel compromise my head hurt and I stretching my arms the people around me suddenly bow and I wondered.

"Chase! It's your father he's here..." Veronica said.

Chase been respected in that day and Poseidon tells something in all camp half blood. "Welcome my son as I will give my blessings with you."
