Kaminari's Twin; Izumi

Izumi has had trouble controlling her quirk since it first manifested, and has been in and out of hospitals since she was a kid, and now she is given a golden opportunity from the LoV, without knowing its them, to train and harness her quirk. ------------------ I do not own My hero academia or any of it's characters. I am not trying to take credit for the characters, and I changed the story a bit so you aren't reading the same thing twice. I would recommend you watch the anime and/or read the manga, it's really good. I am only taking credit for the modifications to the story, along with the character Izumi, other than that nothing belongs to me and I'm not trying to take credit for them.

Chapter 3

*Izzie's POV until changed*

*Time skip - 1 week*

I packed my bag full of clothes and other things I would consider precious to me, like my phone, and my brother's hoodie. It would probably be the only thing that would keep me sane when I'm away from my family. "Hey, Denki? Can I borrow your hoodie? The All Might one?" I yelled from my room, and he just tossed it to me from his room.

"Thank you!" I tried to keep the excitement from my voice, then put it on with a loose cardigan over it. By now I had on a plain t-shirt with jeans, and the hoodie and cardigan. I put my hair into a high ponytail, and put on minimal makeup then packed all of the makeup I could fit in my bag. I had made my decision a day ago that I was going to join them, so I only had to tell them my decision.

I had my bag packed, and I was ready to leave my family for possibly the last time. I put my bag down by the door, and sat at the table to eat breakfast. I tried to keep the mood of the table cheery-like and kept smiling. Once I was done, I cleaned my dishes, then left saying "I'm gonna go out for a bit!" I said kinda loudly from the door, then after hearing a response from my mom, I left.

As I walked I made sure I had everything I needed one last time, and kept walking towards the train station to get to the bar. I get on the train, just like last time, shaking even more than the last time. When I arrived, I was looking around for the same run down building from before. Once I found it, I knocked on the door.

"I'm back, one week later with my answer." I said kinda loudly from my side of the door. I put my ear to the door, and heard the handy-guy from before say "Come on in, Izzie. It's unlocked." So, I opened the door and the same man was behind the bar from before and it looked like the first time I was here, except he had a folder in front of the seat I was sitting at last time.

I sat down, and the barstool still felt the same as from the last time I was here. He gestured for me to go first, and I only responded with "If I say no, what would the consequences be. I'm only curious." I gave him a stare of curiosity, and it worked, he told me.

"Well, if you said no, then we would have to get a little more aggressive with you, and possibly catch the attention of the heroes. But if you say yes, we have everything all set for you including the apartment and everything you asked for before." He only gave me the same intense stare from before. I became serious, and put a shadow over my face.

"I have my answer for you. But, before I give it. I must know. What kind of training am I in for?" The man from behind the counter only snickered, then said "What? Are you scared?" I shook my head, "No. It is only pure curiosity. Before I answer, I want to know. It won't factor in my answer, though." I kept a straight face, which felt like a full 180 compared to just this morning.

"Your training will be difficult, but worth it. You will feel your body breaking down and building back up stronger than before. It will be a living hell for you. You will probably regret your choice if you say yes." The handy-man just started laughing hysterically. I was honestly kinda creepy, so weird and creepy, that I had to take a painkiller to help me with it.

"So, What is your answer? We need to know at this point." He got really serious real quick. I look around as if I was suddenly scared to answer, even though I knew my answer. I gulped down my fear, and responded "I am willing to come with you, and leave my family. And, I will put my past life behind me. And, once my training is done, I will be able to return to my family. No matter how long it takes." I reach my hand out to shake, and he takes it with 4 of his fingers.

"I accept your terms, and here is your apartment key and number. It is down the road a little bit. And, this is the report we have on you already, just fill in what's blank and return it to us." He kept his grip firm until he finished speaking, then handed me the key along with a slip of paper. I bowed and wished them a happy day.

I walked out of the bar, and made my way to my new apartment, where I would start my new life. I was beaming happier than a kid in a candy store. I was probably smiling like an idiot, and it made sense to be. "I wish my family could see me now."

When I got to the building, I just walked in and went up to my apartment as if I had lived there for a while now. I went up to my room on the 3rd floor. I open the door, and the apartment was plain looking, just had what I needed. A bed, with a couch and a TV, and a bathroom on the side.

I set my bag down on the bed, and I start unpacking. I lay out all of my clothes, then move on to the other things I packed. Like a small night light and some photos. I put on the necklace my brother gave me for my last birthday. It is a small lightning bolt on a gold chain. I smile to myself, and finish unpacking. Putting the last thing out, which is my comforter. I was happy with the way my apartment looked now. I could happily live here, then I turned on the TV and just turned on some The Office on netflix.

I mindlessly watch it for about an hour, then I remember the file. I open it and it is almost completely blank. So, I do like he told me and fill it in. Starting with my date of birth, and finishing with what my quirk is and why I need this training.
